I have ordered a book through Amzon with a Third Seller. The Seller overcharged me

with mailing and when asked for a copy of receipt, he refused to provide one this was

in 15 October. It was a Standard USPS but at the end of 30 days, the Seller refused to

reply on inquiries. I started to proceed with A-Z procedures. Call the Agents of Amazon

but they could not help. According to them, a team of specialist was looking into the

problem. What I could not understand I have file the case on 30 October and until today

the Specialist could not make up their mind. I lost the amount of 60 Dollars but since my

work was also delayed the total lost was 560 Dollars due to one book. I asked Amazon

to pressure the seller to provide the Tracking Number, but they simply ignored also my

request.

Lesson learned, Do not order books or any ebooks from Third Sellers and Amazon itself.

The quality of service has terribly gone awry. You are connected to these Indians or from

Third World Countries who are rude and with horrible accent. Again I urge Professors and

others from the Academia to boycott AMAZON. You can order directly from the Publishers

or Barnes and Nobles or other large Book Stores. I was scammed by this Super Star and

Amazon did not do anything to rectify the problem

Someone gave me two Amazon.com gift cards for $50 each totaling $100. I bought a Nike gift card form Amazon on Sep. 8th. I loaded a $50 gift card into my new Amazon.com account and there was no problem and the electronic Nick gift card for $25 was delivered smoothly. So yesterday, I loaded the other 50% gift card into my Amazon.com account an I bought another Nike gift card for $75 and had it delivered it to same email address. Instead of delivering the gift card they froze my account displaying the message:

“Billing verification required. For your security, your orders are on hold while we verify your billing information. We have sent you an email with instructions to verify your billing information and ship your orders. If you didn't receive the email, check your spam or junk email folder.”

I did not receive any message to my inbox or spam folder. I got all other messages Amazon sent me however. They would not let me access their contact information logged I was logged in and they would not let me log in so I could not complain. So this tells me they are trying to cheak me out of $75 because they did not even ask me for any billing information, such as address in the first place.

They may have asked for my cell phone number as they know I was in Canada. Or maybe they asked where I was located. I don't want to give these dishonest people any more information about myself and I just want my $75 gift cards delivered as I was supposed to forward these cards to someone as loan repayment and I'll owe him $200 instead of $100 in Nike gift card payments if I don't pay by September 12th, tomorrow.

They have caused me big problems trying to be cleaver and make an extra $75 for nothing.

I bought a Tag Heuer watch sold by a company by the name of Watch Passion. When I received the watch I took it to the Tag Heuer Sole Authorised Distributor for verification. They informed me that the watch was not original but a counterfeit. The watch was send to the police as it is an illegal product.

I informed the seller about what I just described. They asked me for a letter from the Distributor explaining why can they say that the watch was fake, for them to investigate. I submitted the letter to them and never heard ftom them again despite sending more emails asking them for a refund. After not receiving any reply from the seller a A to Z case was open with Amazon for a refund.

Amazon has declined the claim twice lastvtime thecreason was that they have confirmed that the seller is an authorised Tag Heuer reseller. I confirmed with Tag Heur that Watch Passion is not an authorised reseller of theirs, in fact they dont know who that company is. I informed Amazon of that and asked them to send me the proof that seller is an authorised reseller of Tag Heuer and they never did.

Since then I have kept calling and sending emails to Amazon asking for a manager to call me and to reopen my case without anybody contacting me. The seller is still selling watches through Amazon which means more people are buying fake watches thinking that they are original and Amazon is doing nothing about it.

That is a crime, fraud, and Amazon is knowingly facilitating it. Amazon should stop the seller from selling and contact all the clients that bought watches from him for them to verify them and return them if fake. I have told them to do that but they haven’t.

They are allowing for their clients to keep a fake product having paid for an original one without knowledge. That is surely a crime as well. I want a refund from Amazon as my purchase was covered by their A to Z warranty and they are trying not to pay an ignoring my claim and multiple calls.

Today I received a check through FedEx Saturday Delivery in the amount of $2800.00. The check itself was from Window Ware Designs, Inc. out of Basking Ridge, NJ.

I don't know this company or why they would send me a check. I then decided to do some investigating and looked up the sender's address on the envelope. It turns out they have tried to scam others by sending them checks.

About two hours after I received this envelope I received a phone call from some foreigner asking if I received a check and that I should take it to Walmart and cash it right away. I don't plan on doing that but I will take it to my local police department and hopefully they can get to the bottom of this scam.

I hope that people don't fall for this and that these crooks get caught. And I would also like to know how they got all of my info.

About a year ago I applied for a got a Chase Amazon credit card. At that time I had a FICO score approximating 800. The application went through and I was hit with a 64 point reduction in my FICO score (average is 15 points) and an interest rate 10 percentage points higher than the other two cards I have held and service faithfully for years.

When I enquired about these issues I was told that basically since I was getting a 5% refund on some of my Amazon purchases it was their (Chase Bank's) decision to charge the extra 10% rate on the card and the the reduction in my credit score was just too bad.

The bottom line is that you are not getting a 5% rebate from Amazon , but from the extra interest charge made for having the card.

I would not advise anyone to get a Chase Amazon credit card, you will be the looser.

Amazon refuses to refund me $100 for the international shipping cost of a returned cordless drill.

I bought a Greenworks cordless drill from Amazon, but the drill was not “professional grade” as advertised (Exhibit 1).

I contacted Amazon to return the item and two sales representatives told me that Amazon would refund me the total shipping cost once they receive the drill back in the United States (Exhibits 2 and 3). I also read Amazon “International Returns” policy to be sure that the $100 dollars I was paying for returning the item (which was more than the $73 I had paid for the drill) would indeed be refunded by the company:

“About Return Labels Provided at Your Own Expense

If your return postage exceeds the value of the automatic refund issued by Amazon, you can contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you'll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, when your return is processed.”

Thus assured by Amazon, I returned the drill (Exhibit 4). Amazon, however, never refunded me the $100 dollars I paid to return the item.

In response to my complaint, Amazon falsely claims that they issued a $50.00 credit to my account. Amazon also claims that since ten cents of a dollar are equal to the $484.819 Colombian pesos I paid to return the drill, they in fact gave me $49.90 dollars more than the shipping cost I paid. Amazon is awfully mistaken.

I never received the $50.00 promotional credit they mention. They have not provided evidence of that credit in my account. They are also factually mistaken, for a tenth of a dollar is not equal to $484.819 pesos. It has never been. The highest exchange rate between the two currencies has been $5.088 pesos to a dollar. At the rate mentioned by Amazon, one dollar would be the equivalent of almost 5 million pesos, which is not true. (I wish my country never reach that level of poverty.) These kinds of mistakes and inaccuracies reveal a profound lack of training, knowledge, and information, which entirely contradicts Jeff Bezos' goal of making “every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better.”

In my case, every aspect of my experience with Amazon has been a complete disappointment when the company violates its own refund policies and consumer protection laws; it has been a terrible fear of losing my hard-earned money; it has been an unbearable anxiety of being defrauded by one of the largest and most powerful companies in the world; and it has been a travesty of what a real “customer-centric company” should be.

Even after I let Amazon know of their mistakes about the $50.00 to my credit and of their misinformation about the exchange rates, they perversely continued with their initial assertion that I was refunded more of what I paid.

I feel helpless against a powerful company that not only dares to blatantly lie about the facts but also shamelessly boasts to the world that its main business objective is an excellent customer experience. I feel nauseous. What their business name now brings to my mind is the Amazon river where the powerful anaconda awaits its victims to engorge itself with their misfortune.

I bought a Casper Hybrid Original Cal King Mattress from Amazon, At the bottom of the pay page it says 100 Day FREE return/Replace/Refund Just like Casper Mattress'es Policy. After 3 or 4 days Both My Wife and I just could not sleep on it. I ended up in my Recliner every Night in Pain, I have had ( 6 ) Spinal Surgeries, Resulting in a total of ( 8 ) Fused Vertabra with Hardware. Anyway I call no less than 15 times, and spoke to over 20 People in over 10 total Hours on the phone. During those call I was able to get (2) call tags for UPS to pick up a normal size package. They informed me that Amazon would need to Request a Freight tag to get this Bed picked up. After one of the many calls I was sent a Link! to a Freight Company that Amazon uses Called Pilot Freight. So when I was filling out the information of what i had to pick up, When I got to Mattress I was asked if the item was opened, and when I checked off Yes, A pop-up appeared Stating that Pilot Would NOT! Pick up a Mattress. So More calls and I am told that I was being transfered to the Large and Bulky Dept, Then I spoke with a Bryan P. and told him the issue and he said he had to speak to his Supervisor, He returned and Told me that I did NOT have to return the Mattress and that I would be refunded my Money in 14 days. Five Years ago I attempted to run Amazon Book Ads for books I had written to be advertised by Amazon Kindle Publishing. Fortunately at that time I had a business manager whose credit cards were used to book these advertisements. Amazon Ads tried to charge my manager for Ad Impressions made which, were not made. He of course found this out, and Amazon was threatened with Legal problems; refunded monies for these false Ad Impressions that were not made. They wanted to make far distance from us then.

So here I am five years later assuming that Amazon Advertisments have learned to update and fix faulty Ad Impression Systems, and learn some ethics about not trying to fudge Ad Impressions not made. I have been totally wrong! This time using, my own hard earned credit cards, to authorise false Ad Impresseions, not made. I will never ever advertise with them ever again. Below is an in-depth email I sent Amazon Advertisements, along with further information I am forwarding to the Federal Regulation Department, which deals with cases involving firms not treating their clients right and basically downright unethically in terms of asking for money they are not entitled to.

I was sent in circles with what would appear to be for a week; to have Amazon Fleece my Credit Cards for Ad Impressions not made, at exhuberant expense to my finances! There Amazon Advertising BOTS helped to cement this and basically victimize me to a high tune of dollars, owed by me for Ad Impressions not made. Please stay away from these folks. Use another publishing and Advertisment service other than Amazon. In All, Amazon Advertising Services just don't care, and will rob you blind before you can stop them.

Description of issue/inquiry:

Amazon Adverting: the instructions you sent me multiple times, DO NOT WORK, THEY SEND ME IN CIRCLES TO BLANK PAGES THAT DO NOT OPEN EITHER ON DESKTOP Computers NOR OTHER APPLE PRODUCTS SUCH AS MY MACBOOK AIR. I HAVE SPENT OVER A WEEK GOING IN CIRCLES. You have denied me full access to my Amazon Advertising Account, so I cannot see what credit cards of mine you are using to charge my accounts with, Ad Impressions, you have not made. Further compounding this by not allowing me access to even (change a credit card) which you are unauthorised to use; by making false Ad impressions in multiple market places. I have used multiple browsers to no avail with the same affect; being that I am being denied full access to my Amazon Advertising Account, that is being abused by you by making Ad Impressions. YOU WANT ME TO SEND YOU BLANK SCREEN SHOTS FOR PAGES, NOT LOADING!!!

Amazon Advertiser Support

Dear State Regulator: I had problems with Amazon Advertising before, 5 years ago, when they tried to charge my credit card with Ad impressions they claimed, they had made when, they did not. I could not access my Amazon Ad Account for my published books which I tried to advertise. Now 5 years later, today, they are trying to do the same thing again, charge me for Ad impressions they did not make. But this time they are falsely claiming they have made Ad impressions; this is occurring now in multiple market places where I have tried to advertise my books. That is Australia, the United States, and in the United Kingdom.

When I have tried to get to the bottom of this they have sent me on a wild goose chase to avoid helping me, so they can steal money off my Master Card credit card for Ad Impressions, they have not made.

When I have tried to look at the Credit Cards they have used in my Amazon Advertising Account, to take unauthorised money out of my Master Card accounts, they are blocking my access to my Amazon Advertising Account where these credit cards are listed. The instructions that they have sent me are deliberately faulty, and do not open up into pages, where I can look at, or change the credit cards they are attempting to steal my money from.

I have spent over a week with my desktop computer and MacBook Air following their instructions to get into my Amazon Advertising Account, which I have tried to use to advertise my books. With Amazon making unauthorised Ad Impressions and not allowing me access to my Amazon Advertising Account to view the use of my Master Card Credit Card; or to change the card they are using to charge me for Ad Impressions which, they have not made, in multiple countries.

I am at the end of my rope now, and all instructions the Amazon Advertising Department have sent me lead only to dead pages which do not load on any of my computers. When I have questioned them on this, they send me in circles again, so that they can continue to steal Ad Impression payments off my Master Card credit card.

It’s been 5 years and Amazon Advertising has still not fixed their online access to credit cards used in advertising accounts; with me again, as one of their victims charged with Ad Impressions they have not made. Further compounding this by denying me access to records of the credit cards they have used, supposedly in my name, to charge me for unauthorised Ad Impressions. My Bank had initially reflected that my credit cards are valid for use, without knowing, like myself, that they would be misused by Amazon Advertising for Ad Impressions they have not made; and denying me full access to my Amazon Adverting Account, to investigate their misuse. Amazon Advertising wants me to send them Blank Screen Shots, of pages not loading.

I ordered an item. It was defective. At first they didn't refund the shipping. After much complaining, they finally credited my account but I don't want to shop at Amazon anymore after that experience. However, they refuse to refund my credit card and are therefore trying to force me to continue to shop there. Very unfair.

I ordered from Amazon. Co.Uk a new book called Pseudo Cyril which was advertised as new for the price of 99 Pounts plus 20 Pounds shipment total of 129 Pounds. When I opened this afternoon, the book cover had sticky fingers and the pages wet not pristine.

Obviously it was read and returned. To add insult to injury, they forced me to pay the mailing and promised to be reimburse. The problem with registered parcel is much more expensive than the book. The call agents who were indians were incompetent, liars and could not comprehend simple English.

Never buy books from AmazonUK. They simply pull them out from Book Depository. The call agents are stupid and could not help.

I loaded $110 gift card balance in Amazon account. I used $33 to purchase Kombucha. They said they would hold the rest ($77) for protection and release it when I asked for it. When I ask to release it, they won't do it but just release a message to headquarters.

I believe the only way to purchase Prime is by using gift cards. I have $23 on my Mastercard. The Prime monthly membership is not going through. Is there something going on here? Any suggestions?

Amazon prime charges me a prime membership for 2-day delivery and they never follow through with 2-day delivery. I just ordered $300 worth of merchandise and I get the merchandise mailed out to me 5 days and sometimes it takes over 14 days to get merchandise delivered?

Absolutely pathetic I get merchandise delivered from St Petersburg Russia within 3 days so prime needs to stop lying to customers stating that they provide two-day prime delivery? In which prime does not give you 2-day delivery this is an outright Lie. Amazon prime does not give you two day prime delivery they charge you for prime 2-day delivery but you will not get it through Amazon because this is so far from the truth....

They do not give you 2-day delivery they give you two week delivery and they charge you for prime membership to get your merchandise faster 2 days they claim? which they do not provide 2-day delivery is a Lie too get Amazon prime customers to join: but you will never get 2-day prime delivery....

And even when Amazon gets your package in the mailing system it still takes 2 weeks to get your package Amazon outright lies to its customers I'm thinking about canceling my prime because I'm spending money on nothing I'm throwing cash in the garbage because Amazon doesn't deliver anything in 2 days it's always 2 weeks not 2 days:

Prime 2-Day Shipping Has Turned Into 5-Day Delivery The reason that 2-day Prime shipping has turned into 5, 6, or even 7-day shipping has nothing to do with UPS or the USPS. It falls 100% on Amazon as they now say that the “2-day shipping guarantee” is from when they actually process your order and get it in the mail.Jun 6, 2022 https://www.rather-be-shopping.com › ... Amazon No Longer Offers 2-Day Prime Shipping (Here's What To ...

lie to the consumers and this needs to stop if you're not going to provide 2-day delivery then don't charge for a prime membership this company is getting to be pathetic.

Florence & Sheridan brand heated blanket ordered on May 25, 2022. "Free Delivery" and "Free Returns" clearly and unequivocally was advertised. Amazon invoiced and charged my credit card for UPS shipping at $13.69 or 39% of the blanket's cost. Customer service declined any responsibility for the error or false advertising, referring all recourse to the seller.

My sales agreement was with Amazon and did not include any provision for shipping. Amazon billed an authorized amount and is in violation of its sales contract. Although Amazon initiated and collected on an improper billing, it declined any responsibility for it. Refusal to intercede directly on behalf of the buyer for an improper billing is unacceptable. It is unreasonable to charge a consumer directly and improperly and then hide behind a third party seller.

As for the third party seller, instigation of a faulty billing is sloppy at best and fraudulent at worst.

On 10/27/2021, I ordered an item on the Amazon.com website. The order number is 112-5574230-1195403. The seller lives in another country. A few weeks later, I got the order. However, the model number for the product does not match the model number I buy. It seems to be counterfeit. I requested a return. The return was approved by the seller. However, the return label was corrupted and the post office refused to ship the item.

I have repeatedly asked the seller and Amazon to give me the correct return label, but I did not receive one. On December 1, 2021, Amazon Customer Service submitted an A-Z Guarantee claim to help me recover the money. They indicated that the request would normally be processed within seven days. However, every 1 or 2 weeks I have called, they have not yet processed the claim and have to either escalate it or submit another one.

So far, Amazon has spent over 3 months on the complaint and is still not able to complete it. I phoned their customer service 20-25 times. It seems that nobody in their customer service can solve the problem, even the supervisors. The only they can do is to create a new claim or to escalate the existing claim. They are powerless. I think if I keep working with Amazon customer service, it's not going to get anywhere.

Their advertised A-Z Guarantee is misleading the consumers. Also, on 3/9/2022, one supervisor (her name is Charity) told me that some of the previous Amazon employees have lied to me when they said they created the claim, but they actually did not. I am not sure why their customer service department is so corrupted.

This company sent me a shipping link for a product I sold, but I can't open the page I used to.

I submitted this answer to Amazon.com:

Hello, I can't open the link you sent me about shipping. I called support and spoke with Sofia Nyavo. I asked her to help me but she didn't and the way she spoke was very bad, I don't understand her language and asked to speak to the manager, she told me the manager didn't want to talk to me. I was about to delete my account and she sent me a link, but sometimes I buy something on amazon so I still think about it, I didn't ship the item because I don't have the buyer's address.

There is no way to contact the company. They choose people who don't know how to speak English correctly, which is not very nice for customers. I work for ebay and etsy and have never had this problem. I am about to delete my Amazon account. Thanks.

This an official request of a refund of US$ 1857/95 plus shipping cost of US$ 71.00 from Amazon as Amazon did not ship a Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model ), Sold by: STC Distributors (Serial # Recorded) computer to me from STC Distributors for my Amazon order #113-7278314-5411466. Instead Amazon shipped to me a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer from STC Distributors for my Amazon order #113-7278314-5411466.

The Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model ) computer and the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer are not the same model of Dell computers.

The registered owner of the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer with Dell is Jason Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at STC Distributors, company name Netix, inc.. Dell would not provide me warranty for the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer which I received from Amazon as I was not the registered owner of the computer.

I have received an e-mail from Dell, which I sent a copy on October 28, 2021 of the e-mail I received from Dell ( ref:_OOD0bGaMp._5002R1MMtKk:ref) to Amazon, confirming the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer and the package I had received from Amazon had been previously sent to Jason Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at STC Distributors, STC company name Nexit, inc, Dell Order #834892555, on March 16, 2021. STC distributors was the Amazon Marketplace Seller who was supposed to provide the computer to Amazon to fulfill my Amazon order. I still have the package I received from Amazon indicating the package had previously been sent to Jason Wilson. I did not get a reply from Amazon concerning the e-mail from Dell.

Amazon informed me that the Amazon shipping records indicate they shipped me a Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model ) computer which are false. Amazon shipped me from STC Distributors a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer owned by Jason Wilson and a package which both had previously been sent to Jason Wilson from Dell.

All the Amazon shippers did was attach labels and placed a label, indicating the package was supposed to contain the computer which I ordered, on the package that Dell shipped to Jason Wilson containing a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer. By attaching labels with false information on the package could be considered as fraud. Amazon shippers did not confirm that the computers were the same models.

I e-mailed to Amazon on November 02, 09, and 11 photo copies of the labels that came with or on the package from Amazon (originally sent from Dell to Jason Wilson) which contained a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer. Again I did not get a reply from Amazon concerning the photo copies of the labels which I sent to Amazon.

I returned the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer I received from Amazon to Amazon. Amazon discarded the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3. Amazon discarded evidence that they did not sent me the computer I ordered. Amazon discarded the evidence that they sent me the wrong computer.

Amazon is not addressing the issue that Amazon did not send me the computer I ordered from Amazon. Every time I provide Amazon with evidence that Amazon did not ship me the computer I ordered, Amazon does not address my evidence. I have informed Amazon many times that I did not receive the Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model ), Sold by: STC Distributors (Serial # Recorded) computer I ordered from Amazon. Amazon's response on all occasions has been “return the Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model ), Sold by: STC Distributors (Serial # Recorded) computer for a refund”. Amazon's response is stating return the computer you did not get for a refund.

I understand other Amazon customers have received the same response from Amazon “return the objection you did not get for a refund”. On another occasion Amazon asked me do another impossible thing, “on January 15th, 2022, Amazon asked me to respond to an e-mail that Amazon had sent me on January 16th, 2022”.

If I had received the Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model ), Sold by: STC Distributors (Serial # Recorded) computer from Amazon why would Amazon be giving me a refund if I returned it and why would I be asking for a refund?

I have tried to contact STC Distributors, company name Nexit, inc., asking for information why would I have received a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer, registered owner Jason Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at STC Distributors, from Amazon. STC Distributors would not answer the phone or would not reply to any e-mails sent to them.

If I do not get a refund from Amazon for not fulfilling my Amazon order #113-7278314-5411466, Amazon is stating, Dell has provided me false information on the computer I received from Amazon. I will sent a copy of this e-mail to Dell's Fraud Prevention Web Site.

I again may not get a reply from Amazon, this e-mail will be a record that I informed Amazon that Amazon did not address that they did not fulfill my Amazon order #113-7278314-5411466 and I have requested a refund from Amazon.

If I do not get a refund from Amazon or a reply to this e-mail, I will take further action against Amazon in Canada and the USA.

Since October 5th 2021 I've been trying to get Amazon to ship me the merchandise that I paid for and which they refuse to do. They claim they delivered it to the wrong town not my physical shipping address and I paid for the merchandise but never received the merchandise that I paid for through Amazon.com. I contacted my Amazon credit card and they told me they will have the merchandise shipped to me within 3 months and or credit my credit card for the merchandise I never received in which they have not done.....

I've had it with Amazon I will never buy through them again and I'm going to keep spreading the word so other people don't buy from them either until they do the right thing and ship the merchandise that I paid for. My Amazon credit card and Amazon won't correct the situation either (so they both stole from me knowingly) Think twice people about buying online make sure you go to a store and purchase it in person so you know you won't be scammed like I was. Only in America can you go online and purchase something and pay for it and never receive it and they won't do the right thing by crediting my credit card (The Great American Way, steals from anybody you can).

Ordered through Amazon and never received the merchandise,

I did pay off my credit card balance and since then I have not received the merchandise that I purchased and paid for. Absolutely No customer service resolving this problem. I have not used my Amazon account and canceled my prime and I will not use amazon.com because...

There is no misleading or manipulating information. This is fact but Amazon the corrupt company that they are knowingly sells stuff and never ships it and expects people to pay for it. And Amazon takes it home with them. There is no such thing as customer service at Amazon you pay for stuff, and they don't ship it and you get Billed for it do yourself a favor and buy it in person people or go to Walmart indoor shop at walmart.com. I have always received merchandise that I paid for on Walmart.com only on Amazon do I pay for stuff and never get it.

A Year ago when I joined Amazon prime (they delivered in a day or two)? Now Amazon prime 2-day delivery, (yeah right) more like two or three weeks if that? Sometimes it takes over a month to get your package. I would go to walmart.com where they do deliver in 1 to 2 days.

I'm very disappointed in Amazon, they claim they shipped out your packages and I believe they do not because this problem happens way too often and sometimes you never receive your package and they do nothing to help the customer.

They don't answer the phones and you can't get in touch with anybody about a refund for the money you spent on the merchandise or getting the merchandise that you purchased. Amazon has taken a turn for the worst (this company will not last if they keep up there bull crap) with customer service.....

Locked my account because of an unauthorized charge to my mother's card. She uses it for purchases on my acct. I emailed at least 5 or 6 times and also called several times. They keep sending me emails stating an account specialist will get back to me. Nothing happened. I waited over a week and contacted BBB. They responded telling me to call account change dept. and it will be reopened.

I did that on February 3rd. I was told their "back office" has to remove the hold. I was assured someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hrs. That was 5 days ago so i let BBB know i rejected their response. RmThis was yesterday the 7th. I have a $79 credit and want to shop. They also told me i would get $60 for opening a store card. It seemed to "disappear." What i would like is to reopen acct and give me the sixty that i was promised. Their customer serviceis horrible. Hopefully you can help. Thank you..

I ordered a Air/Hydraulic shop press through Amazon from one of their vendors (Tool Shack). I received only half of the order so I first contacted tool shack by their phone number listed with Amazon. During the phone conversation tool shack assured me the remaining part of the missing order would arrive soon after submitting photos of what I had received.

I contacted tool shack 3 or 4 more times and they finally said the company was no londer in Business and they would request a pick up ticket to return the items I had received. I then contacted tool shack another 2 or 3 times inquiring about the return pickup label and was told they were working on it. Needless to say nothing ever was done.

I contacted Amazon's customer service to see if they would intervein. The customer service agent filed a A to Z refund to get a pick up lable. I then received an e-mail telling me to return the parts I had and I would get a refund and on the return label from Tool Shack it stated I would have to pay for the return, even though they had send only half the parts and would never be able to send me the remaining part of the order.

Then I received a e-mail from Amazon stating they had declined the refund. The real problem is this. The original order was for $222.72. I checked with FedEx about the cost of the parts I had and the 90 pound box would cost over $600.00 to send back to Tool Shack to get my $222.72 refund. Itried to explain this problem to Amazon customer service and ask who would refund the shipping cost back to me.

Again they declined the A to Z refund and would no force their vendor(Tool Shack) to refund the shipping cost to me or have Tool Shack to send a Pickup label. So needless to say no one in their right mind would pay over $600.00 to maybe get the $222.72 refund. Both Amazon and Tool Shack complete ripped me off and I have since cancelled my prime membership and will do all my purchases from E-Bay.

I've had Amazon prime for quite some time. Even when I wasn't paying, I was still using Amazon. I have quite a Kindle book library and video bank. Recently I had an unexpected phone number change. Therefore, I could not receive an OTP at the phone number I'd been using. Every other company, bank, whatever that I work with, has been willing and able to send me an OTP on the email I've always used and on the new phone numbe. But not Amazon.

They adamantly claim they can't Verify my identity without asking me to upload My image encrypted, federal ID to their databank, through an email. So, First, I believe that this is one of the companies that was crying out about how requiring an ID is racist. So are they racially discriminating against me then? They're also calling me on the phone number they're refusing to send an OTP to, to tell me that they can't verify that I am who they are talking to, so won't send the OTP to the number they are calling... I've also had an experience trying to buy a round pillow in which they keep sending me a square 1.

Why would I trust my image encrypted ID to someone who can't tell the difference between a round and a square pillow? Meanwhile, they refuse to stop charging me for Prime. I have the bank reverse it and they rebut. But I cannot access my hundreds of dollars of Kindle or video.

The website offered something that I thought was being sold by Amazon Canada.

They said their warehouses were clearing out goods that had been returned or not accepted, for a good price. We decided tp order a package, as did our next-door neighbour. We were both able to track the package until it was reported as 'delivered'. But it wasn't delivered. I contacted Canada Post who also saw the tracking info that it had been delivered. But there was never a package delivered at either of our addresses.

I checked with Amazon.ca and my order is not listed there. Now I have come to the conclusion that someone is using Amazon and Canada Post to scam people. They got my money and I got nothing.

At first, Amazon.com notified me that I successfully changed my password which I did not. Immediately I knew my account was hacked and I was not able to log into my Amazon account because the hacker changed the email address and password linked with my account. By the way, Amazon’s 2-step verification was turned on for my account; however, my cellphone never received any OTC text before the hacker successfully changed my email address and password!

Before long, I got an order confirmation from Amazon which was for sure not placed by me. It's near midnight, but I immediately called Amazon's customer service line and described my situation. It's after 3 times I called this line that finally their specialist contacted me via e-mail after 2 days and told me they solved the issue so I could go resetting my password. But before their specialist contacted me, my 2 credit cards saved with my Amazon account were both used to place totally 3 orders in one night. Fortunately, I called my banks to cancel both cards that night and the next day respectively before Amazon even started to do anything to help.

I could successfully log with the original email address I created my Amazon account and reset the password. However, when I tried to see anything else, like Order History, it activated 2-step verification but sent OTC to a backup cellphone number that I’ve canceled more than 6 months ago. I don’t know why the system didn’t send that OTC to the primary cellphone number I saved with my Amazon account. But because I no longer had access to that backup cellphone, I had no way to pass that 2-step verification and therefore still was not able to access my account further. For this, I called Amazon’s customer service again and replied to the email that Amazon’s specialist sent me. But no response at all!

Shockingly after about 2 hours, I got Amazon’s notice that confirmed my password was changed again via the OTC sent to the phone that I myself had no access to! I really had no clue how could this happen! For this, I called Amazon’s customer service again and reported to Amazon’s specialist too via email. No response at all!

After several days without any contact from Amazon, I called their customer service again, and this time, that agent told me I can create a new Amazon account with the same email address which will automatically put the previous account created with that same email address disabled. I thought that’s a good idea and did so. I successfully created a new Amazon account and was confirmed by the pop-up message saying this will disable my previous Amazon account. I happily changed my password and activated 2-step verification again hoping that would end this “hack” nightmare. Unfortunately, the next morning when I waked up and checked my emails, I got Amazon’s confirmation that my account’s email address and password were successfully changed (by exactly the same hacker with his same email that he used to hack my account the 1st time)!!! I immediately reported to both the customer service by call and the specialist via email. However, no response at all even till now!

I used Amazon.com for more than 10 years and was most of the time satisfied with the overall services. But this time, after going through all these troubles, I decided never to use Amazon.com for shopping online anymore. I really suspect that my Amazon account information was leaked or this act was done by Amazon's in-house staff. Otherwise, how could this hacker even have access to a cellphone number that had already been canceled by me while I myself didn’t even have the access to it? And their attitude towards dealing with such issues made me feel this company is not trustworthy at all anymore.

Their specialist tried once and did not succeed in solving the issue, and they just let it pass by leaving their customer’s information hacked and occupied by the hacker afterward! That’s so unbelievably irresponsible, especially for such a well-established company. And because of their irresponsibility and negligence, I got to replace both credit cards and reset all important accounts’ user names and passwords because I had no idea how this hacker could so easily take hold of my account just like it’s his own! Thank you very much, Amazon.com!

I ordered a solar charger through Amazon Warehouse, "Used - Like new" with "packaging damage". I received the item and installed it to find that the communications with other devices was broken. Would not communicate with the remote, Bluetooth, or USB comm devices. Filed for a refund, and ordered a second of the same item from the warehouse once again "Used - Like new" once again claiming packing damage. Same issue, no comms... but this one also had a defective LCD.

I had not returned the first one yet so now I had two defective units in possession. Second time communicating with Amazon about the second controller, I requested more than a refund for the inconvenience of receiving two untested items. I was offered to get a replacement from the warehouse briefly until I asked the agent when it was going to arrive and if the one they were going to send me was the first one I hadn't yet returned. After holding for 10 minutes that option was rescinded (because they were obviously going to re-box the first one I hadn't sent back yet and send it right back to me).

The whole conversation with their telephone agents was obviously a script being read and the agent would not directly answer hardly any of my questions. Also, asking to be escalated to a supervisor got me the response "they will tell you the same" from 3 different agents. Obvious Amazon doesn't give a crap about your problem and whether it gets solved. The issues with these controllers were apparent at first power up, which means Amazon did absolutely 0 testing to see if the device was actually just packing damage or if it was returned defective.

Gone. No way to return or report on current repeating loop system. No humans. Tried to report fraud. No luck.

For months I had hopes of finally finding a job. Its very hard for me to work due to my disability. I was sent texts and emails getting me set for my first day. I even contacted ERC at (888) 892-7180 and I was told time and time again not to worry and to show up on my first day.

Well.. when I showed up I was sent home at 3:00 am. I was NOWHERE in their system. Amazon lies and they have no remorse. I am now completely homeless.

Amazon Amazon.com Is is the only marketplace that I work with that holds your money owed from sales. eBay, we pay or PayPal any other payment processing program that I have worked with on and that I have worked with always disperses any sales that you have made on their platform at midnight the night of the sale. Amazon requires all sellers to hold their money for 2 do hold their money for 2 weeks. At the end of that 2 week.

They attempt to make a dispersement into your account a dispersement into your account before they will send the money to your account send the money to your account they do initiate a charge it's arch. To see if your car is validated aren't you validated if For whatever reason the card does not process correctly and go through your dispersement will not begin to come to your bank.I have been a seller with for over 11 years and have always is and have always had an upstanding account is standing account. Is I processed thousands of dollars per month on platform alone.

This situation I am describing has occurred to me multiple times. Every time this has occurredThe reason that give is the card information I have on file is not valid. 1st of all the card information that I am providing that they are saying is not valid is for a backup is not valid is for a backup payment method in case something ever comes back and needs to be charged thing ever comes back and needs to be charged into my account.

As a seller of 11 years I have a running balance of thousands is balance of thousands of dollars so any charge back if it does so any charge back if it does occur automatically comes out of my funds dispersement. The chargeback method on my cellar profile has not been used in years because of this is used in years because of this period it in no way should it in no way should affect the dispersement it is not where they are sending my money it's Amazon.com

Mr Clark,

The DeWalt Impact Driver Kit (DCF887D2) was falsely advertised on Amazon website as "returnable" at the time of purchase, a claim proven to be untrue. [I paid about $240.00 including shipping and customs.]

Additionally, you've shipped me a defective unit, which simply won't work--the chuck won't retain the screw bit, and it falls out.

I will be updating this article with modified pictures to show the several cases where Amazon has stolen tips from their employees. What I am editing out, is my personal information. Nothing else.

My state has strict laws in regards to gift cards and tips, yet Amazon has decided as usual these laws do not apply to them. One such law, is taking employees tips, but worse, they delete this info after the sale and the victim is the delievery boy/girl who not only expects the tip they are shown, but also hopes they get more for great service. Unless they took a screenshot, they have no clue Amazon is deleting their tips entirely.

Amazon feels they are entitled to delete tips when a customer uses their gift card, at least this is what several reps told me so far in an interview. What's worse, is let's say you have a $300 order, but at some point Amazon applies a return to gift card instead of back to credit card, which they do a lot, Amazon will delete that tip. Again, for example, a $300 order, you leave a $30 tip, but Amazon applies a $7.00 from gift card, they then delete that $30 tip. This has happened with several orders I placed where their own employees thanked me when I showed them their final tip, to find out next day Amazon deleted it and they got nothing. It's not just immoral, it's Illegal.

Screenshot your orders before and after, because Amazon uses HTML emails where they control the data on their side. This means they can change data from raising prices to deleting tips from their end, which I have countless screenshots of price changes after completed sales over a 8 year period.

Reporting Amazon to the labor board for tip theft is the best option I can suggest. Amazon is a huge monopoly who act as if they are above the law. I'd like to say it's also against the law to retaliate, but as other posts here have proven, Amazon does nothing but scam and retaliate. Amazon expects it's staff to be honest and not steal from them, yet at same time Amazon has no qualms of stealing from their own staff, which is just as Illegal.

If they took your tips, report them to the labor board. They are backed up with past cases, but sooner or later they will look into this.

I'll write my recent issue with Amazon towards the end of this recent report. For those that don't know me, Xanthor or Lord-Xanthor, I'm a reporter whom have been writing articles and running development chats mainly for the mmorpg market since 1998, and mainly these articles are to help and warn people of companies to be wary of, and mostly mmorpg online computer games. Once in a blue moon, I run across a problem in which I go the extra mile to inform the public. Amazon is one of those companies to be wary of, and I'm going to fill in some blanks as well, that many don't even know how Amazon has ripped many off.

First and foremost, the preordering scam Amazon pulls, mostly during the Christmas season. Have you ever paid for a preorder on Amazon, then on release day or close to it, Amazon sends you an email that the preorder has been canceled due to low quantities or other problems? Have you then run a check to see if someone else is selling but instead pull up another sale by Amazon for that very same item, but higher price? Notice how unlike other refunds, this one took weeks till after the holiday? Your not alone. Another big company I will list later did the same thing, canceling an order for 3 Nintendo DS systems saying not enough stock, yet the invoice I paid had device serial numbers for all 3 units, so was not surprising when I went to the game dept and found two of the 3 units locked up in their display with my serial numbers at much higher price. What's happening?

Amazon during the holidays take preorders on new and hot items which they charge your credit card for. They do this because funds at Christmas time are stretched thin in order for Amazon to keep stock for the holidays, so when they charge your card, you are actually giving them your money so they can pay for their stock in which you will never see as they are going to sell what you paid for, to other customers at higher price. That canceled message you got was because they sold your order to another customer and know if you want it bad enough, you will go online and pay that higher price. Almost every year Amazon scams many doing this, and because they are basically a Monopoly, they get away with it. Take screenshots when you order. These will help you in small claims court which is what I used to do with them until they got tired of losing and refund the difference to me now a days. Mostly a provisional credit. Easier way is to do a charge back, and some banks do the entire amount, not just the difference. If more do this, they might think twice as charge backs also hit them with bank fees similar to NSF.

Paying for preorders is only helping them to stock items you might never see so they can sell to others on the holidays.

Now for the recent Ripoff. This year was a special year as my kids hit the 16 year mark, so for their birthdays, ordered both my kids, new furniture. They were given full instructions to call, and where to delievery. They ignored both and was caught on neighbors security camera throwing large boxes half onto concrete steps, other half into neighbors brick garden which the bricks penatrated the box, tearing chunks out of the pressure board furniture, and with no support in the middle, the boards buckled and split in half. All this caught on security footage. The Amazon driver seeing what they did, moved the broken box to the side, and only took a picture of the other 3 boxes to hide the damage. After sending copies to Amazon, all they did was say sorry, and refused to send a replacement until they picked up their own merchandise their own employee they saw Who damaged it. Furniture comes special freight it's too big and heavy for UPS or USPS, so was stuck waiting for a special pickup, just so I could order a replacement Amazon refused to send.

My bank is now doing a charge back. Not just for this, but another issue they scammed me for, which is why I always take screenshots before, during, and after sale. Take a screenshot of the emails they send the moment they send them. Don't wait till after. Why is this? They have the ability to change those emails from due dates to price changes. How many times have you wondered when your card got charged more, that you could have sworn the price was much lower, but the email showed the new price, and or a new date as well? Your not going crazy. Those emails are actually written in html, and you are seeing what Amazon wants you to see. The pictures, the due dates, all that info is on their server and your inbox is displaying what is stored elsewhere. They can change that information at whim. If you don't take a screenshot and find your card charged $100 more, you will lose the chance to prove to your bank that the price that is now loading in, is not the sale you agreed to. Same reason for those items that vanished from your order. Some banks like mine will refuse a charge if the price is changed. This is why Amazon uses this edit method to scam their customers. I had a 9 item order with them recently. Took a screenshot. They raised the price of an item after the agreed sale, so because bank refused to honor new price, they dropped the tape gun in that order and looking at their original invoice, saw it was missing, yet looked at screenshot and saw it was there and another items price much lower. I e-mailed Amazon those photos, and got a faked automated reply saying message reached no one. I then filled out a small claims SC100 form, did not file it yet, but emailed Amazon picture and that form. Again the faked they did not get message, but next day, a package I was not expecting came, and in it was the tape guns that got removed days earlier.

Now, as for the furniture incident with Amazon, I started a charge back with my bank. We all have experienced at one time or another when UPS or USPS scans all their delieveries in ahead of time and delievery it lator or the next day. This is bad as you never know if you will get it, or if it's stolen. This is not the case with large furniture. They either use their Prime vans, or a freight company as it's too big and heavy for normal delievery. That replacement dresser that never came today, got marked as delievered yet security footage from my home and neighbors, show no vehicles stopping at my home. What's even more strange, no photo of where it was delivered to was done either. The phone number I was texted was bogus. I'm stuck in a wheelchair, Amazon knows this as a portion of my medical supplies for it is purchased through them. They refused to call the freight company and told me to go to each house/building and ask each neighbor if they got my order. This isn't a box of cookies, it's several huge boxes that weight over 150lbs. My neighbors would have called me if something like that was brought, which is what happened next that infuriated me. I got a call from a number that my phone blocked 30 minutes ago. Not the freight company, but a business 7 hours away. Turns out the carrier they used was the same one who broke the last shipment, and once they saw the address, dropped it off at this business with their order and told them I will get it. Hence why they never took pictures. Amazon refused to call them to make them pick this up and deliver it to proper address. If you order anything, and it gets dropped off anywhere else, this doesn't constitute delievery. I even have this stated on the invoice with phone number to call. Company wants $150 to drop it off. Bank is doing charge back instead.

That wraps this up for now. I'll update this if anything changes, and will upload photos too of past incidences after I edit out personal info.

Take care and be safe.

I ordered one can of spray adhesive from Amazon. They sent three. I called customer service to see about a return, and a refund for the two I didn't order. Was told, " We have no way to send a return authorization, becasue those are hazadous materials". I replied, " Well, you sent them to me somehow. Why can't I send them back the same way". My answer, " We are so sorry, we just have no way to have you send them back". It was like talking to a robot. Maybe I was, who knows. I do know it's BS. If they can send something that's " hazardous," they can have it returned the " same way!!"

They offered full refund thru paypal upon our return of goods (which were mailed from California) but they required us to send the item to China which would have involved a shipping cost more than the item cost and usps would not provide evidence of item receipt at the china destination.

Not the first time such conditions arose upon our request for refund of china goods. A very common "dodge" from honoring a warranty on chinese mfd goods. appears to be a widespread scam !

Amazon charged me multiple times for a prime membership that had been cancelled. When I contacted customer service they acted passive, and said the only way they could look it up is to get a copy of my bank statement and provide it to them. Total rubbish, complete con job. As expected from people who run Amazon.

An Amazon employee accessed my personal information and got into my computer and erased my entire Amazon file. Then this person got into my computer and created a consumer account with Target and attempted to purchase products under my name. This person then embedded two files in my system which would allow the access to my computer at any time. I contacted Norton Lifelock and they searched my entire computer but couldn't find anything.

I know computers very well and did a search on my own and found these two files. I deleted them and removed the ability to access my computer.

I had recently ordered products from Amazon that were promoted under a 25% discount IF the order was at least $50. MY order totaled more than required but when I went to check out, the discount was not available nor was it applied. I called Amazon and talked to a service rep who claimed that he could not find it, even though I had it up on my computer and tried to direct his attention to the promotion. I ordered the products but subsequently filed a report with the BBB handling Amazon complaints.

The respondent Amazon rep to the complaint stated that she could not find the ads. Fortunately I had made copies that showed, in no uncertain terms, that Amazon had a promotion. Within 24 hours of my complaint, the ads had been removed. The BBB asked me to send them copies, which I did. I had filed my complaint under "false advertising". Amazon responded with a $20 gift card stating that they were making a "one time" exception with more use restrictions than I cared to bother with, however their reply did not address my initial charge of false advertising.

To my surprise the BBB accepted that as I resolution and closed my file. I guess it goes to show that one can escape the more serious charges by tossing a $20 bill, so to speak, to make it go away. What's more, the agency in charge of this process (BBB) can accept that as a "resolution". I can not begin to guess how many people fell prey to this promotion, but I intend to push this up the line. Personally, I feel that it's a shame and a sad fact that big companies can get away with transgressions that the smaller ones can't.
