On 1st december 2016 i have paid for 1x New Arrival! 3D Leap Motion Controller for MAC & PC for $119.95 each

Subtotal : $119.95 USD. Never Got It!!

i have sent many mails and at the beginning got a reply from Chris Oliver that gave me a tracking number that was not mine.

sent again many, many mails, and some were ignored, and some were replies exactly the same way:

I again sent a query to our carrier to check the current whereabouts of your order. nice and polite reply, right? just that after several same replies, you understand that it is like automatic reply.

almost 6 months now, that it was NOT sent, and this thief is doing nothing

i see here, that many others has same proble, same RIPOFF

I ordered the product BlackMask™ - Deep Cleansing Blackhead Remover on 1/12/17. On 2/817 I received an email from Chris Oliver stating: " it is truly important to us that our customers receive their orders on time however; we were informed few days ago that there were some changes in the custom policies affecting overseas packages to arrive late. With that, we humbly ask you to give the carrier 30 more days for the arrival of your package. I know 30 days is too long but our marketing department is doing its best in negotiating to the custom office to expedite your order. " On 2/22/17 I received another email stating: "This email is just to confirm that your purchase from Hobbies Discount is on its way! You can expect your parcel to arrive in the next 2-3 weeks." It's 3/22/17 and I still have not received the item. I've reached out via email because there is not a customer support telephone number and no one has returned my email.

Bought from this people back on October 2016 they charge my credit card immediately and today 3/25/17 still waiting for my merchandise. Try to contact via email because they don't have a telephone and all I have was one email.. that's it.. don't buy from them... Don't let this ripoff get you money.

Ordered a AirShark 12/03/2016, Payment was taken from my CC 12/4 and subsequent ship order email recieved 12/8. Gift never arrived and I sent an email 12/26. Ignored. Called phone number and mailbox was full. Sent second email 12/27 and this one was answered by a Chris Oliver who asked for two more weeks due to them being over extended. Interesting that I had recieved a "ship order" already. Waited the two weeks and nothing was delivered. I sent an email 1/14/2017 demanding refund. No answer at all. Placed complaint with BBB 1/25/2017.

Ordered 5 shark and clown fish air swimmers on 19 December 2016 from Hobbies Discount online. Received an email confirmation for the 2 orders stating they would be delivered in 2 weeks. Followed up 2 weeks later via email (the only way to contact this company) and received a message that the order would be delayed 30 additional days due to a problem with customs. No indication of the country of origin for this product being delayed by customs was given. Followed up again in February and recevied the same response that the order would be delayed an additional 30 days. First week of March another follow up email was sent to Hobbies Discount. Response was given that additional time was needed for my order to be delivered, with not actual time frame and no mention of customs. No response was ever given regarding my questions about customs and country of origin of this product.

Hobbies Discount Since 2002 runs ads on Face Book for selling Night Vision Binoculars and Monoculars.

I received them, they are not as advertised. They are cheap China Made low grade regular Binoculars and Monoculars that do not perform as their advertisement.

You look through them at night in the dark, and you see nothing. They are difinitely not night vision equipment.

Further more, they provide no Phone Number or address for contact information.

Hobby Lobbies does provide a website contact form that you fill out and they say will respond in 2 to 3 bussiness days.

They do not respond!

They do indicate that for a Return Policy, they only take back or replace defective equipkment. If they do take it back. You pay shipping and they take a 20% Restock Fee.

Hobby Lobbies "Product for Less since 2002" is fake and a total rip off. I recommend to everyone, do not order anything through this company.

On 12/16/2016 I ordered a remote controlled FLYING FISH from Hobbies discount advertising on Facebook. When I did not recieve my order after 3 weeks I sent an email stating that I had not received my order. Chris (the shipping guy) responded that customs had made changes and to give the shipper 30 more days to deliver my order. It has now been over 60 days and sent multiable emails questioning my order. Hobbies Discount no longer returns my emails. I also have read the same complaint on this website, RIPOFF REPOT. Do not buy from these people! They do not give out a contact phone number.

Ordered 2 seperate orders on December 14th 2016 and still no products. Emailed them and "Chris" responded saying it was held up in customs in China. They gave me a bogus tracking number and it doesn't exist.

This company is a fraud! I paid for one of the Helium floating fish back in November and never received it. Sent two emails and both times was told to wait "15 days more." I was supposed to have the item by the end of December but it was never received. I contacted my credit card and received a refund then they reversed the refund bc they said the company provided tracking info. HELLO?? The tracking information hasnt been updated since November. All it shows when you track the item is that it was sent from China. THATS IT! There are no updates or additional tracking info. I will fight this $40 charge till my dying day out of principal! Do not buy from these scammers!!!!

I ordered 2 sets of roguefx lightsabers for my kids, they were supposed to be impact reactive with sounds and lights for 39.95 per set. What I got were some corner market 10$ knockoff light sticks. Not even close to the description or projected quality. Contacted them with the problem and got a generic response. Reading all of the other reports this seems to be par for the course. Sent them a paypal money request for my refund, I don't expect a response.

A data projector was paid for in October 2016. After several emails and many excuses later, the company hobbies have ceased communicating. Still no delivery despite my persistent attempts. A name probably false was Chris Oliver. He has since not replied to any demands for a refund.

I ordered two remote flying sharks on December 15, 2016 after 3 weeks began contacting them. I finally received an email from CHris Oliver that in was a customs issue and would be 30 days. Well it is now Feb. 15, 2017 and they do not even answer me now. Not in email or facebook.

I ordered a 2items for a Christmas present on Nov. 2016. I never received ,I requested for refund after couple of emails . However, I was told to give them about a month due to the large ordering volume that they were having. I waited...nothing! I contacted the company again in begining of jan. I was told to wait another month still haven't received /no respond. . It was like a computer generated response. 'Hobby Discount' company ...I was scammed!

Sorry to say but I ordered, having seen a hystercally funny ad on Facebook, a Bavarian Oktoberfest Carry me Home costume....all seemed well but six weeks later hair nor hide of the costume and all emails and reminders ignored, Scam.

And no website and I se lots of other complaints....what are the Portland police doing about it??

I was ripped off for$39.99 for a remote fish I ordered through a Facebook link on 11/27/2016. I contacted the vendor several times via email and got reassurance it had been sent. It was never received and a postal confirmation was never given. Correspondence below . Last is first. This is absurd. I ordered this as a Christmas gift on November 27th, which had to be replaced with something else because you did not fulfill your promise to deliver. I would like a full refund. Companies like yours should not be allowed to do what you're doing. Im all for making money and sales and I'm going to guess you used Facebook and other sites to sell mass amounts of product so you could order and drop ship in volume.

Which I'm sure was quite beneficial to you. This would be fine if you could back up your delivery dates. However that is something you were unable to do. I think I have been patient enough. On the 26th of November 2016 I ordered and paid for range finder from hobbies discount and it has never arrived. I have made several attempts to contact them, but I have never received a response. The total cost was $49.92.

Warning to anyone who uses this company, they will take your money and will not deliver what you have paid for.

I went off an order in September 2016 and it is February 2017, they are telling me now that I never had an order as the order informaiton they provided to me does not exist now and it has been wiped from the system.

They advertise on Facebook, complaints should be sent to Facebook to prevent them from taking money from more people. Facebook need to have more complaints set to them about this company to ban them from advertising on the site, they will not stop the adertising of one or two people

I got only one email from them stating that they would send the product within 2 weeks and that was in November 2016 and they will no longer answer the emails.

They don't do any work through PayPal so that they can steal your money and if the product was done through them they would have banned them.

I contacted PayPal and was informed that this company had once been with them, but now they are banned from them so if that give you any idea of what kind of work they do.

From information indirectly it appears that they were once trying to go through eBAY, but due to PayPal information they were denied this also.

I could only suggest that you never use this organisation and get it out to anyone you know until they fix their shady dealings.

Placed an order for a pair of Star Wars light sabers the end of December 2016. Money was taken from account on Jan. 3, 2017. We told it would be about 2-3 for delivery. It is now February 11 and still no product. I have sent 3 emails. First reply asked to be patient. The last 2 emails have received no reply. We are being kind and patient, but this is getting ridiculous. You are forcing me to go to my bank and ask for the charges to be reversed. Very unhappy customer. Do not ordered from here. They are great at taking your money, but not so great at delivering your order. They are still selling these items as of 02/12/2017!

The company known as Hobbies Discount advertised that they were selling Total FX Rogue One inspired sabers for a heavy discount. ...I bought two of them only to wait 6 weeks for "space swords" made from cheap plastic shipped from Hong Kong to finally arrive. The fact that they advertised them as Total FX sabers that are worth over $115 each and all I get is a cheap plastic toy that I found similar models for $5 each at Target just makes me feel completely ripped off. I paid $35 for mine but even that is too much for these worthless peices of plastic with poor light effects and bad sound. My kids are totally disappointed with them as they are Star Wars fans. I am disappointed and feel misled and flat out led to with this company.

I ordered 2 Christmas gifts (2 Air Swimmers Remote Control Flying Shark & flying Clown Fish) from Hobbies Discounts on November 26, 2016. They sent an email confirmation stating 2-3 weeks for delivery. On 12/18/16 I emailed for the status, but did not get a response. I sent a second e-mail on 12/21/16, and received a canned reply that my order was still at their shipping facility and they would e-mail tracking information once it shipped. That was the only response I EVER received. To date I have sent a total of 7 e-mails. I did receive of the items on 1/21/17, however the box was completely crushed and the contents broken. I immediately e-mailed Hobbies Discount to let them know and asked about the status of the one that has not arrived - no response. I advised that I wanted to cancel the order - no response.

Hobbies Discount is a huge scam!! They falsely advertised the product we bought and then refused to refund our money when we asked.

They advertised "night vision binoculars" at a very good price. Only problem is, they were NOT night vision binoculars. They are just regular binoculars. Besides not being the product advertised, it took us over 7 weeks to receive the product.

Don't waste your money on this company. You won't get what you pay for, and then you won't be able to get a refund. We are now stuck with yet another pair of binoculars that we don't need and never received what we ordered.

I placed an order with Hobbies Discount, via the internet, on November 16, 2016. I have received two email "Order Update"[s] to alert me of a delay. The latest 'update' at the end of January stated my order has been held up in customs. I have replied to that email as of today and will wait for a response. I have demanded a full refund and a response. Not only did I miss giving this to my grandson for Christmas, but I will now miss giving it to him for his birthday, February 13, 2017. I am FURIOUS.

I purchased a pair of their night vision binoculars. The are very substandard binoculars and have absolutely zero night vision capabilities. They will not respond to my emails and have no phone number to contact them. This company should be sued for fraud and false advertisement.

Ordered two sets of TOTALFX Rogue lightsabers from Hobbies discount on 1/1/17. Order arrived 2/3/17 and the products were very different than advertised.

Inside the packaging were two sets of "Space Lasersword" according to the cardboard tag on the packaging. Actually it is written "SPACE LASCERSWORD" (sic) on the packaging. Hobbies discount had advertised TOTAL FX Rogue lightsabers with the following specifacations. 28 inch long blade, lights and sound response, polycarbonate blade suitable for less than full force contact.

The recived "Space Lascrswords" are only a total of 26 inches long total and do not light up or make noise when the battery is put in. The blade is also not polycarbonate plastic and can be deformed by pinching between my thumb and forefinger.

Paid roughly $80USD for what is not even $5 of plastic and defective electronics.

Bloody furious.

I bought a product from them online (light sabers) money was taken out of my account and received and email saying the product has shipped. They say give them 2-3 weeks to deliver. After 3 weeks I have received nothing. I emailed them and received a response saying it had something to do with customs and to wait 30 days. However when I checked on my order through their website it said the product had shipped from LA, California so don't know how they had an issue with customs if it was already shipped from inside the US. I have since emailed them and received no response.

I was lured in by a discounted price on what was advertised as realistic movie prop replica quality light sabres called TotalFX ROGUE Lightsabers. I was purchasing a bundle of two, as a gift. I was fooled by well written reviews, and upsold on a second bundle at an even further discounted rate. The website even displayed a cosplay video of Lightsabers being used in a mock battle. Shipping took over one month. I sent several unanswered emails to the seller.

My third email was a request for refund, and photos of the broken junk that was delivered to me in unusable pieces (smashed and bent up). Even if the products were in good condition, they were some junk toys from a shipper in china. I could've gotten better quality from the toy section of a dollar store. Beyond upset over this Bait and switch scam. I paid $71.91 for two packs of broken garbage.

To date (01/31/2017) I have not received my order.

I have tried to contact them several ties but to no avail.

Today I tried to "chat" on Facebook - no response. I cannot find a telephone number for them anywhere. I "tracked" my order online and it says "on route".

Ordered a flying fish for my grandchildren for Christmas 2016. Kept up with the shipping status but never received the product. Payment was made to this company but no product was delivered. Reached out on numerous occasions with only one response which was that the product was in transit and to wait 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. It is now the end of January and still no refund or product!

This outfit has a facebook page and advertised night vision binoculars. Of course it was a very special

drastically reduced price of $49.95. I like to peek out the kitchen window to see what wildlife is eating my

handouts without shining a bright flashlight. Thats another thing I bought from an online ad btw but it works

as advertised.

These are clearly advertised as "night vision". I rcvd an email acknowledgment from Brad (the shipping guy)

stating it was on the way and would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Seven days later I got another email telling me I still

have 1-2 weeks to wait but gave me a discount code to use for 10% off that would expire in 24 hours with a

"click here" hyperlink to shop now.

Finally after a month I rcvd my night vision binoculars by the name Rolriss. I viewed the area where I put the

food out for the wildlife (daylight).

It got to be night time. Guess what I saw? I saw night time, dark & black.

That was looking out from the kitchen window. I went out on my back deck and looked towards the woods.

These are just ordinary small cheap binoculars with absolutely NO night vision capability. I got on their website

and "contact us" and it gave me a box to text my msg to them. And this report is not against facebook (yet)

but when I tried to report the page it gave me a choice to either block or hide the page, that was it. I guess

they don't care what is wrong with the page.

In December, I ordered five dash cams for 39.99. When they arrived, I discovered that they were incomplete and required a card that would cost as much as I paid for the dash cams. I returned them to the address from which they were sent--I do not remember what it was. My charge was not removed from my charge card. TYhen I received four more dash cams that I had not ordered. Trying to contact someone at the company before I sent these four back, I still have them. I have been scouring the net for some kind of contact. Yesterday, I received eight more cameras that I did not order.

While searching the net again, I found a phone number 731-660-4448. I will call the number tomorrow. I am so upset. What can I do? I will call my credit card company, bit I am not sure of some of the facts and dates. It was Christmas time and everything was such a rush.

This company is in China. The address that I gave you is from the second package that I received.

Help me if you can. Please issue a clear warning to others because the company is still placing ads on Facebook. I am at a loss.
