I called the number (318-321-8499) listed on my confirmation email from them and when I called it, it said it was a non working number. I've ordered hundreds of items off the internet but finally got ripped off by this scam.

After 3 plus weeks I sent 2 emails a few days apart asking for a shipment date. There was no response!
This posting popped up on Facebook (Dec. 4th) and when you clicked on it, it went to a lagit looking site. I even received a confirmation email with a link to click through to check tracking. And there was a link to check with the company that let you text them. Several attempts later - still no response.
"The World's Cutest Dog Coin Bank" - The video was cute and I thought my grand daughter would like one so I went to their site and ordered several.
$153.92 later - they won't return my emails and when you try to track the order the site is gone.
Now I have to get with my bank to dispute and try to get the word out not to order from High Class Universe. It is for sure a scam!
Hope this keeps someone else from making the same mistake and I will never again order anything from a posting on Facebook!

I was initially reeled in by their flash sale that indicated that there was limited time and quantity.

After waiting several weeks, I emailed the company inquiring about my purchase. I received no response. On 12/27 I went to follow up and the online store is no longer in existance. I followed up with shopify and was informed that they only provide online stores and checkout programming for some online stores, but they do not have anything to do with the day to day orders and fufillment, merchant are independant businesses. This is fraud, funds were deducted from my account and the product was not received. I filed a claim with my bank, but something should be done, after reading through this site it appears that I am not the only victim here.

Other complaints have been posted on facebook, Outscam, and other websites. Puppy banks are still being advertised on facebook under unconditional fashion and rabizon.com. I have no idea if these are the same or different vendors, if they are legit or not. I will no longer risk purchasing anything through facebook.

On 11/30/16, I purchased 4 "Cutest Dog Coin Bank" from High Class Universe as advertised in Facebook ad for total if $87.96. Received email confirmation #19121 of order indicating order would be shipped. Credit card was charged for amount. Items never shipped or received and now site says the shop is closed . An apparent scam.

On November 24, 2016 I purchased 4 of these banks online for $21.99 each. I have sent several emails to company with no response. It has been over a month and I have not received the banks nor any response from company. My cc was charged for$87.96, order#9335. Thank you
Ordered 9 banks for grandchildren for Christmas on Nov 5 2016 . Paid $197.91 . They took the money from my card and gave a none working number to card at bank . Never received my banks .
I ordered four (49) of "The World's Cutest Dog Coin Bank Money Box" on December 12, 2016 and wanted them before Christmas but here it is December 26, 2016 and I still have not received them, My charge card was billed $87.96 and I have tried to call this company and also tried to contact them on the internet with no luck. Is this company a scam to get money from people like me who order products from them and never receive any product?
I had ordered 2 dog piggy banks on December 4th. Never received them. Had sent email to there email address to try and get someone to answer me but no replies have been made.
I ordered three of The Workds Cutest Dog Banks on December 9. Received an order confirmation. They said they would contact me when order shipped. Now it's after Christmas and still no product. Checked the original site and it says the shop is temporarily closed.
I ordered 5 doggy banks on November 26, 2017. They were advertised on Facebook through Shopify. I received order number and conformation. I emailed High Class several times with email address provided on my confirmation. I have not been contacted at all. Single mom here out of $110 and short 5 Christmas gifts for my great nieces and nephews.
I ordered four dog banks for christmas gifts on november 22. On december 23 i was notified by the intended recipients that they had not arrived. I received confirmation email after ordering but no further communication from vendor. I sent email inquiry about order status. No reply. I tried to clink on link in confirmation email, store on shopify.com "no longer available." went back to facebook where product was advertised and tried to look up the "puppy bank." each attempt resulted in immediate shut-down of facebook app. No other information besides email address is available on the confirmation receipt. Other complaints have been posted on facebook, Outscam, and other websites. Puppy banks are still being advertised on facebook under unconditional fashion and rabizon.com. I have no idea if these are the same or different vendors, if they are legit or not. I will no longer risk purchasing anything through facebook.
