Frustrated that I spent almost 70.00 on dog banks for my kids for Christmas only to realize that they not only won't be getting them but the company charged me and will get money for goods that they never intended to send. This makes me sick. I'm not the only one who has gotten scammed and this should not be tolerated.

On 11/14/16, I ordered the World's Cutest Dog Coin Bank from High Class Universe. I received a confirmation of my order and was told the order was getting ready for shipping. I was also charged the amount of $21.99 USD. As of 12/20/16, I have heard nothing more from the Company, nor are they returning my emails.

Ordered 5 of these worlds cutest dog toy banks for Christmas gifts on 11-28-16 total $109.95 Account has been charged. Email received stating order was processed. The number on my bank statement isn't a working number. Google searched the company and found multiple complaints. First saw ad on Facebook. Super disappointed I am out 5 Christmas gifts and over $100.

Charged my credit card for the purchase without shipping items. Three weeks have gone by and items still have not shipped. Tried contacting High Class Universe 4 times with no reply. RIP OFF

I ordered "The world's cutest dog coin bank money box" for $21.99 w/free shipping online via a link on Facebook on 11/27/16 order#13984.

I cannot reach the company for a status of the order via the email address that the confirmation was sent from. [email protected].

My credit card was charged the next day 11/28/16. The phone number associated with the charge on my card from Unstoppable Vision318-321-8499 is not a working number.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my grandson and never received the item.

I have tried numerous times to contact High Class Universe and no one repsonds to me emails.

This is unacceptable and very frustrating to think that someone is so bold to just rip customers off.

I responded to an advertisement on Facebook, regarding these really cute puppy banks. The price per bank was only $21.99, so I ordered 3 on 11/23/16. I received an email stating my order had been received and I would receive another notice when my order was ready for shipment. However, I have not received another communication from the company, nor have I received my order. I have sent two follow-up emails to company requesting a status on my order, but have not received a reply.

Ordered dog bank from this company. I received confirmation that my order was pending shipment. Its been a month. I sent several messages with no response. Their Facebook site is filled with comments concerning this same issue from hundreds of people. Company is still selling and showing available for shipment.

I saw their advertisement on line for the World's Cutest Dog Coin Bank. I ordered it & submitted credit card information . I received a confirmation email ( automatically generated) from "Shopify.com that my order was received, was being processed, & I would receive a confirmation email shortly. Like so many other consumers, I never received the confirmation email. When I emailed the company without response, I contacted my credit card company to request they not authorize the purchase. I was lucky. No purchase was made. But I went a step further & would advise other consumers to do the same. I cancelled my credit card immediately so no unauthorized purchases could be made.

I ordered two World's Cutest Doggy banks online on Dec. 1st. My credit card was charged $43.98 that same day. As of Dec. 20, I have not received my order. I have tried multiple times to contact via email (they only contact method available,) but to no avail. Doing my research now, I see a ton of other complaints for this exact same reason for these items with this company around this timeframe. Shame on this company!

High Class Universe advertises online through Facebook that they are selling cute battery operated dog banks. They are expensive. 21.99 plus shipping. They give you an order number and you never hear from them again.

I emailed them 2 times and got no response at all. All of the comments on their facebook post are negative and nobody posting has ever received their order or any kind of responce from them.

High class universe stole my money. I order 2 dog banks totaling $43.98 on December 4, 2016. I received my order confirmation immediately. The money posted to my account on Dec. 6, 2016. It is now Dec. 19th, 2016 and I have received nothing else. I have sent emails to them and gotten no response. I have called the number on my credit card statement and it is no longer in service. They are frauds!

I ordered the World's Cutest Dog Bank Money Box, received confirmation within a few hours of my order, had my credit card charged almost immediately, but have never received my product. Tried to contact the company, (no phone number), only an email address, and to date, have not received a response. I doubt that I'm going to get what I ordered, and these scrooges are going to ruin Christmas for two very special kids. How disappointing that there are people like this who can take money for their own selfish gain at the expense of hard working individuals who just want to make the holidays brighter for someone else. SHAME ON THEM!

I ordered the works cutest dog bank on November 28th. I received a confirmation that my order was received. I have never gotten the bank or received any shipping information. My credit card has been charged. When I look on my credit card it was charged to Unstoppable Vision LLC in LA the phone number is 318-321-8499. When you call the number it has been disconnected. I have sent an email to highclassuniverse @gmail.com but never received a response. They posted all over instagram and the internet and I thpought it would be a great stocking stuffer for my daughter. Please find out who these theives are! Alot of people have gotten screwed by them.

I made an order ( 2 of the world cutest dog piggy bank) that I bought for my daughters for Christmas presents but until this day I havent receives my items and they already charged my bank of $43.98. On nov 28th i ordered a cute doggie bank from this company. They said i should have it in 7 to 10 days. They immediately took money out of my account, i have not heard from them again. Ordered, and paid for, a Cutest Doggie Bank from High Class Universe. Received an email saying they got the order and would let me know when it shipped. Two weeks later, I try to contact the company. No reply to emails and bank charge shows a phone number that is not a real number. Bank was able to refund money since I used a credit card, but these folks are a terrible rip-off! Doggie bank can be found on Amazon, thanks to another report.

High Class Universe advertised "the World's Cutest Dog Bank" on Facebook. It was a really cute item at a reasonable price with free shipping. Their website says they ship in 24-72 hours, and that customer service is "quick and responsive".

I placed my order for this bank on Nov 27, 2016, and received an acknowledgement email within only a few minutes. On Nov 28th, the money for the item was taken from my account. That is the last time I heard from the company.

I have not received an email saying the item has shipped. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times via email (no other contact info is given). I have not even received an automatic response to my email.

So, this company takes your money within 24 hours, and you will never hear from them again. It is a total ripoff. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered a cute black/white dog bank as a stocking stuffer for my niece in Nov2016. The ad was on Instagram and appeared people were ordering these like crazy.

I received an email confirmation and have not received the item. Cannot get a response to 3 email inquiries.

The website has no phone # or customer service information; no order information. Quite sure this is a total scam. They unfortuantely have my billing information now. Beware

Ordered the dog coin bank on 11/28/16. Credit card was charged immediately with a confirmation email as receipt. I sent emails on 12/10, 12/14, and 12/18 to inquire about a tracking number. I have not received any correspondence from the company and have yet to receive tracking information. Given that others have reported this company, I believe that I will not receive this product. The company does not have a phone number/physical address listed anywhere on the internet and has a gmail address that no one responds to.

Like everyone else who has filed a report, we ordered three dog banks from the website. Got an initial order confirmation email. Then heard nothing. Sent them an email. Nothing. Researched them on the internet and found these complaints.

Their product popped up on Facebook as an ad. Do not order from them.

I am working with our credit card company in order to stop payment to the company. Even if this is successful, this fraud company has all my information including credit card number.

A phone number is listed on my Credit Card statement and the number is no longer in service. I am devastated. not sure what to do next to get my $$ back, or better yet, the cute product.

On Dec. 2, there was an add from High Class Universe advertising mechanical banks. They were dogs that eat the coins, animated. I have sent 3 emails requesting when items will be shipped. No response, no customer service, no one to complain to. They took me for over $87. This company is performing credit card fraud, and false advertising. There is no information as to where they are located and you cannot contact them. Everybody who ordered those banks is out of money. I am getting hold of my attorney to find out if this is the legitimate company or not.

I ordered two dog banks from High Class Universe after seeing their products on Facebook. I received a confirmation email. It also said on the email they would notify me when the products shipped.

I never received anything further. I have sent several emails to the address in the confirmation email and received no response. Also emailed the address listed on their website and still nothing. Upon looking at their website I see absolutely no contact info. No phone numbers or addresses only the one email for support.
