I purchased 5 of the dog banks for Christmas gifts for my grandkids! I received the usual confirmation email with an order number! After watching the mail and my email close I began to become nervous they wouldn't arrive by Christmas so I sent an email to the company. Nothing in return! Thank you mean people for stealing from children you should be ashamed of yourself. I don't know how you sleep at night! Just remember karma!
Ordered dog bank on December 11th and received confirmation December 12th. Emailed on December 22nd no response. Tried to check on status and link is disabled. Charged on credit card.
I purchased a dog bank back on November 25th and still have not received it. My credit card was charged. I got email since the confirmation email saying they will contact me when it is shipped. Their website is now down, so I dont plan on getting my order. I have disputed the transaction with my bank.

On 12-1-16 I ordered two items for Christmas presents; one being the famous dog bank. The web site said to allow 10-14 business days to receive. Plenty of time, right? Not even. I never received my items. I odered on 12-1-6 and they debited my account on 12-3-16.
I sent numerous complaints to the email address they listed and never heard anything back. I cannot find a phone number or address for this so called business. Very Very Very Disppointed. I want my money back.
I saw an add on facebook from shopify. I ordered 7 doggy coin banks at 21.99 a peice using my credit card. . I received an email form Highclass Universe confirming my order. I never received the banks.
When I looked up Highclass Universe I saw that some other people got ripped off also.
Ordered two of the world's cutest dog banks for my grandsons for Christmas on December 8 and received a confirmation/order number but have not heard from them since. When I go to go on their sight it says it's currently unavailable. I'm very pissed because it was my grandsons main Christmas presents.
I ordered 3 of the Worlds Cutest Dog coin banks for my 3 girls to have at Christmas. I received an email that my order was getting ready to be shipped. I ordered the banks on December 3rd, but never received them. The website is no longer available and no one will answer my emails. Please help if you can. This is terrible. I was really wanting to give my girls this unique gift. Thanks.
I clicked on the link on Facebook and placed an order on December 11th 2016. Got a confirmation email that the order was being prepared or processed but I never did get a delivery confirmation email and I never received the item and now my 4 year old grandson is without a gift on Christmas I even paid extra shipping to make sure it was here by the 24th but it never showed
Ordered 2 of the "World's Cutest Dog Coin Bank Money Boxes" from a gmail ad via Shopify. Credit card was charged immediately and email received that future communication would be sent when order shipped. A link was provided in the initial email to check the status of the order. Link redirects me to a screen that advises the shop is no longer available. Company does not respond to any email communication sent. No physical address or phone number provided on the email receipt.

On Dec 6 I ordered 3 dog banks from High Class Universe at 21.99 each. I received a confirmation # and have yet to get banks. Site is now unavailable.
Ordered 2 banks on november 21st. Realized mid december that I didnt receive a shipping confirmation. Emailed the company with no responce. Waiting a few days emailed again with no responce. Went to the site 12/23 (today) to request my money back and the site has been taken down. They Ghosted a number of poeple with these orderes and I'm bummed because the banks were super cute for the kids stockings. Almost $50 I could have used for something else.
I placed an order for three of the custest dog banks for Christmas gifts on 17 November 2016 ($65.97).
They were never received and on 11 December 2016 I sent an email to [email protected] inquiring about my order #2572. The email did go through however no response.
The charge showed up to UNSTOPPABLE VISION LLC.
Ordered dog coin bank from High Class Universe on Dec 12 2016. Today is Dec 23rd. After 2 inquiries to company with no response I know now I was ripped off. Credit card was charged. Company is not not found on the internet. I want to do what i can to get my money back and help others who were ripped off. High Class Universe is a huge scam.
I saw an ad on Facebook on 12/5/16 for a cute dog bank. I ordered the bank, sent payment of $21.99, and received an email confirmation/receipt. My payment was debited from my bank. I have not received my item. I have e-mailed twice with no response. There are multiple reports on the company on this site.
I ordered two of the barking dog banks in the latter part of November. I was sent a confirmation via email. It also stated a shipping date would follow. I have tried emailing several times but the website it goes to is no longer available. I have not received my order and my card was charged $49.00.
On November 30, 2016 I purchased two of the Dog Banks from High Class Universe. I received an email on 11/30/2016 stating that order #1970 had been received and confirmed, as well as a note that I would be notified when it had been shipped.
My charge card was charged the amount of $43.98, but I never received the items. When I go into the confirmation email or try to go to the website, it says: This shop is currently unavailable.
I know it is not a large amount of money, but they need to be smacked for ripping people off. Whether Christmas or not, it's just bad form and it really p****s me off!
I want my money back, to be assured they will not try to access my credit card for any future purchases, and to see them prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
While on facebook an ad was forwarded for dog banks from Highclassuniverse After several times seeing the ad I went to the website and purchased 3 dog banks, gave my credit card information and finalized the purchase. I received a confirmation and order number on December 1, 2016 and my account was debited for the purchase price of the banks on December 5, 2016. I was told I would receive an e-mail when the order was shipped and after two and a half weeks I sent an email regarding the order. I never received any reply and thought maybe the company was busy. Today I go online and the company is not available on the website and I noticed several fradulent claims being posted on this sight.
I guess I have been duped as many others have concerning these dog banks and my grandkids will have one less gift under the tree. I was charged $65.97 which I would like returned if no merchandise will be shipped.
At this time, when I try to view the order the website says, " Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable." and is linked to Shopify!
I want my money back or the dog banks that were advertised on Facebook!

Now the website is unavailable and there is no way to contact the company. I have notified my bank and they are attempting to reverse the charges.

Today the Shopify website is unavailable. I sent another email today cancelling my order. I do not see that my credit card was charged but going to notify them to block the charge.

On December 3rd, 2016, I purchased two "The Worlds Cutest Dog Coin Bank Money Box" and paid $43.98. As of today, December 23rd, 2016, I have not received the order and all contact with the company, High Class Universe, has been fruitless.
The links on the order confirmation that I received do not work and an email that I sent to the company at has not been answered. When researching the company online, there is nothing to be found.
I saw Doggie Bank on Facebook and it had a website inwhich you can order. I order it and printed out my receipt. I have not received the item now have I received any kind of notification that the item was being shipped. On the receipt their is not way of tracking or contacting the company. The only way of contacting the company was through their internet website. Now I noticed that the website is nolonger available. Where do I go from here in receiving my money. And the next question is...have they saved my credit card info to furter their scam?

I ordered 2 of cute dog coin banks for christmas. My card has been charged. I was informed via email that I will be notified when shipped. I have not recieved final notification of shipment and the company is not responding to my emails (which is the only source of contact). On the bottom of the page, to help entice you, is information of individuals who are also ordering this item in real time. All I can think of now is..... STOP, it's a scam!

I emailed the company my concern, and have not heard back from them. In looking at their website, there is no contact information such as a physical address, city or phone number. In looking at the other Outscam concerning this company, it appears i have been ripped off, as well.
I ordered a puppy coin bank for 21.99 for my daughter for Christmas on 12/08/16. The charge came up on my bank statement as "Unstoppable Vision LLC" on 12/10/16. I have sent them emails requesting a tracking number to track the package and my emails are being ignored. I have tried calling the phone number that is listed on my bank statement (318-321-8499) and it is not in service. I have opened a fraud case today against this merchant with my bank. I am a broke single mother of 2 and this was the only gift that I could afford to get for my daughter this year for Christmas. I will never do business online again now. I am now absolutely scared to death about it.
On November 17th, 2016, I ordered 2 of "The World's Class Dog Coin Bank Money Box". As I completed my order, I also paid for both items via my credit card. My card was promptly charged and I received an email with my order confirmation number. That's the last correspondence I've received. I'm unable to locate a phone number for the company and all emails go unanswered. Shame on me for not investigating this company before purchasing but, worse yet, shame on these people. At the very least, please refund my $43.98.

I also ordered the dog bank and a toddler outfit as well on Nov. 27th. I received order numbers but no tracking numbers. My checking account reflects that the merchandise was ordered but I never have received the merchandise I have paid for. There is no contact numbers that I can find. I have sent emails but never received any response.
I purchased the adorable puppy banks and a Minnie Mouse outfit for my granddaughter. Obviously, I didn't do my due diligence and investigate the company before ordering. Order placed November 23, and today is December 23. Still no package. After replying to the confirmation email concerning no delivery, no reply. Wish I knew what recourse to take to get my money back.
Placed an order with High Class Universe on November 30, 2016 for 3 of the World's Cutest Dog Coin Bank Money Box gifts. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. The confirmation email had a link to check order status, and when I clicked it, it provided confirmation of the order, the amount charged to my credit card, and a note that they were preparing the order for shipment. After several weeks, when I didn't receive my order, I tried sending an email to the only email address provided, which was [email protected]. No response. Now only a few days before Christmas, I again checked the status (no change) and tried to find another way to contact them. There is NO telephone number or address listed for them. They have not responded to my email. And I still have not received the order. I did a Google search on this company and they have OVER 100 complaints against them for the EXACT same issue I have.
In fact, most of them are for the same item which they were advertising on Facebook. I am going to contact my credit card company, but wanted to put my experience out there to warn others of this scam.
On November 20, 2016 I ordered a product from High Class Universe; a Portable snack and tray for my Grand daughter. I have not received the product nor any followup on the particular Item. upon reserching the company I have found that I am not the only consumer that has been ripped off from this company. I find it unsual that a company does not give any contact information in order to contact them. I am not the type of individual that will "sit back" and do nothing. I will do whatever it takes to get this company removed from the internet; as well as get my money back.
I purchased the World Custest Dog Money Box for my 3 year old son over a month ago and all I recieved was a confirmation that my order was processed and money taken. Since then I have been unable to get in touch with anyone regarding the shipment of my item, its a ghost town. This is the last time I purchase something off an internet link from Facebook. They are so despicable the charge on my credit card statement was from Unstoppable Vision ? No clue who they are, this company needs to be stopped !

High Class Universe showed up in my Instagram. I went to the web address from my PC and ordered 2 World's Cutest Dog Coin Banks totaling $43.98. Paid with credit card. Order never came. Emailed twice with no response. No other way to contact them.
I ordered The World' Cutest Dog Coin Money Box on Dec 8 from this company which presented on Facebook. I received an immediate confirmation which said I would be notified when my items were shipped. My bank account has been charged just under $50. I have not received the items. Have contacted the company twice via email. No reply. They have a very professional looking website
Frustrated that I spent almost 70.00 on dog banks for my kids for Christmas only to realize that they not only won't be getting them but the company charged me and will get money for goods that they never intended to send. This makes me sick. I'm not the only one who has gotten scammed and this should not be tolerated.
