What jerks? Ordered these boots 11/03/18 and never received them. Emailed 3 times, no way to track your orders, no response. Than reviewed their reviews. I will never order anything without doing this first again- but too late for this one. My question is why PayPal continues (not to mention Facebook) continues to allow this?
This company is a den of thieves. I had similar issues. I purchased at Zolucky.com. Their goods are extremely cheaply made. Their posted Refund/Return policy is completely false. Including Registrar of Companys for England & Wales, Trading Standards Institute England, BBB USA, Consumer Council Hong Kong, as well as all my credit card companys. 2 companies listed under Registrar of Companys with one controlling person, Yang Xingjian listed as Director and Secretary. It's rare that Paypal will refund even after you jump hoops. Paypal is like the driver for bank robbers. Paypal knows people are being scammed but there is lots of money to be made dealing with scam outfits like ChicV. Paypal denied my claim since I got one of the items but did not return it for more than I paid for it. I had to work with my CC company. Meanwhile Paypal got their fee and ChicV ripped me off.

Their lessor who rents space to them is FORSGATE.COM and I have told their lessor about their criminal conduct.
ELogistics will not help you because they are co-owned by Nick Wu, their CEO who is a Wu family member of the Wu family who owns ChicV, Noracora, and many other faceless unscrupulous merchants hiding in this online manner.
I had ordered april 1st and I received everything yesterday. All is good and fits very well. I guess I was lucky listening to everyone's comments. But I still will take a chance as I adore my pants and want to order another pair only in another color.

So what I think they do is they ghost the website like for UGG or other companies like La Heroina and you order and put your credit card information and not knowing that it’s ChicV in Hong Kong. Then a few weeks later when it has not arrived or you get a bad product, you look on your credit card and that’s the first time you see ChicV.
Unlike you ladies, I rarely order on these fashion websites. Just for birthdays and special occasions. So it’s happened to me twice already. And I consider myself pretty good at recognizing a scam. So in both cases the website looked legitimate.
I would think that the major retailers like UGG would have a legal team working on this. But that was a few years ago. And ChicV is still around and other companies like them.
It’s up to Hong Kong and China to shut them down for scam and fraud practices. Not likely to happen.
Congress and the FTC should open up a case file and investigate.
I had a similar experience - ordered two tops - they arrived but no way were they as described - tried to return them - they kept offering discount - I said no I did not want to keep them - When they finally replied they tell me that it will cost me to return them and I should have them altered and offered me a larger discount - what a joke - never again and they should be banned from all social media sites so no one else gets bitten

I ordered from 3 companies that turned out to be CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED. I haven't received a single item. One of their fake companies, NewJoice, did refund me through PayPal. Jodimitty hasn't responded to my complaint. And Roselinlin is giving me the run around. Both PayPal and Facebook need to stop being accessories to fraud.

I recently ordered from Just Fashion Now supported by ChicV Int'l and experienced the same problems all others have gone through. What a disappointment, I ordered on October 20, 2018 and the cost was debited from my account the next day, normally the dollar amount is not taken from your account until items are being shipped. I would think that PayPal would have this company removed from their system or the internet system could have the company removed.

Yes, they're now masquerading as La Heroina, which seems to be a legit brick-and-mortar store in the UK. Unfortunately I only realized it when I saw the seller info on PayPal. Cancelled the order and filed a claim with PayPal.

Did not know name of company, saw ad on instagram for faux leather boots, I bought and never received a confirmation from company (only from my paypal account), and shoes have never arrived. Tried to follow up and cannot locate contact info except what is listed from paypal. looked up compant name from that and saw that they are scamming people. says company in china.

I ordered 3 bras from Angelvic.com back in August , , after 2 months one bra arrived and it was soooo small ,,,,, nowhere close to being a 38C ! More like a 32 B if that ! I attempted to contact them a dozen times and got NO response ! Finally I opened a Pay Pal dispute about this company and told them to CANCEL the other 2 bras I ordered because they too would be way too small and NOT as described. I asked for a refund and they said they would issue a refund for the two that never shipped but not for the one that I got . They said they do not accept returns . I threatened to escalate the pay pal dispute and they then emailed me a return label.

I ordered some sandals on the internet approximately two months ago and my paypal account was charged $27.54 which was supposed to have been charged at the time of shipment. I have not received the sandals.
I ordered a maxi dress advertised on Facebook , I paid by PayPal. After 6 weeks l queried this then it arrived after 2 weeks but it was a thin see through top. Basically the over slip of the maxi dress. I opened a claim with PayPal, who asked for all relevant info. Chicv asked for item to be returned for refund, so PayPal told me to do this. This cost me £5 for a lightweight top to be tracked by Royal Mail to sent to China.PayPal denied my claim as l didn’t use the right tracking information? I used what was available and at £5 was frankly enough. To this day three months later l have no refund of $33.92 usd for the dress l didn’t receive and am £5postsge down. Also the photos they advertise their clothes is not the clothes that arrive, they copy the designer ones and send cheap copies too small too short and in my case not even the item itself. NEVER USE THIS COMOANY. They also use other names such as Zoe sweet, and numerous others, all showing the same clothes, but you don’t receive that item just a cheap bad copy. I too can’t understand why Facebook let them advertise and PayPal let them use the bank. Total scammers

If you used your credit card or a PayPal account linked to your credit card, just call your credit card company and they will take care of it! I’m going through this now ..Paypal rejected my refund request, but Chase Bank says if they can’t get Paypal to reverse their decision, Chase will refund my money.... I also made sure to unlink my checking account from Paypal. I will only use my credit card from Now on...
I did not know the company MOMOMEW on Facebook was connected to ChicV until I paid with PAYPAL. But as I did not get my shipment details within a few days I began to suspect. I have contacted Paypal and they have given MOMOMEW or ChicV 10 days to reply or a refund will be sent to me, (according to what Paypal tells me) If any of you has paid with Paypal and are within the 180 days, contact Paypal and request a refund. They will deal with ChicV in their own good way. Scam companies can get away with it because we let them. And Facebook is also responsible! This is a good lesson for all of us.

Firstly this company operates under many different names. I ordered a summer dress from their company Sherop.com. This was my first experience with the company and I didn't read the reviews on it until after I had ordered. But I always prefer to give a company the benefit of the doubt. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE! First of all I did not receive notice the order was being filled for so long that I finally contacted PayPal to intercede. They did so and lo.....I received notice that my order had shipped and a tracking number within a few days. I contacted the company immediately and informed them if I did not receive my order before the deadline date for PayPal to reimburse me, they could refund my purchase. I received the dress approximately 3 weeks later, opened it, and realized not only was the size wrong but the craftsmanship was sub standard. I contacted them to provide return information. The package I received had a shipping address through a company in Mississauga, ON but I was required to return the item to China through only the postal service. Also a tracking number would need to be provided to them once this was done. Of course, in order to do any of this, it would be my dime and to ship to China with a tracking number would cost more than the item cost OR was worth, frankly! The company knows and relies on this fact because unless you follow their directions to the letter, you will not receive a refund AND THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY! I've decided to consider this a lesson learned.....will be very sure whenever I order anything on-line, it is NOT from a subsidiary of ChicV International Holding Limited from here on in. Now, I guess I will try and sell the dress to recoup some of my money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered two lightweight jackets from this company. One came a month later the second one has yet to arrive. The jacket is of poor quality and since I wanted to give it as a gift I want to return it, no return address, only something in Chinese and it would be too costly to ship it back if I could. Also after seeing the quality of the first jacket I really would like to cancel second item. I have been charged for both jackets through my Paypal account and am hoping I can get some satisfaction from them in reporting this problem. I saw the items on Facebook but should not have taken the chance of a poor quality item from China. I am out a total of $86, a rather pricey lesson.

About a month ago I use PayPal to pay $43.51 for a pair of shoes from this company. Their website was advertise on Instagram as Andynzoe, but I got charged by ChicV International Holding Limited. I got a confirmation email the day after I placed my order, but my shoes were never shipped. After 2 weeks of silence from this company, I reached out to inquire about my order. Another week (3) went by until I got a response to let me know that my order was cancelled due to out of stock, and that a refund was going to be issued in one week (4)! One week for refund of an order that was never shipped in the first place!!! An entire month went by from the day of purchase until I got my refund. This is a Scam! This company is scamming people, and taking forever to issue refunds (if they issue one at all), and in the meantime, all the money they're ripping us all off is sitting in a bank collecting fat amounts of interest.
I got that bad feeling the moment I hit "submit". Immediately, within a couple of minutes had my Paypal account pulled up to cancel the order and the money had already been taken. It has also come out of my checking account. I then contacted the company and they followed up with an e-mail saying they were giving me another 24 hours to reconsider with a substantial discount. I wrote them back and said, 'Cancel the order and refund my money immediately" It is now 7 days later, and I do not have a refund. Tomorrow, I will go to the bank and file a dispute as well as file a dispute with Paypal. Paypal should do more checking on these companies once they have had 2-3 legitimate complaints, they should cut them off. Facebook should also screen the foreign accounts. I plan to file a complaint with them as well. Same company doing business as "Follow Trendy" I won't even give them a 1 star. It should be a negative 10.

Just read the reviews on this company and don't understand why they are allowed to take money from people under false pretences. Facebook and Paypal should do something about them as they obviously know what they are doing.

I should have known when after a few days I didn't get an email from this company confirming my order and a tracking number, that I'd been scammed. I got a notification from PayPal immediately confirming my payment. It's bad enough that we are bombarded with scam calls but you would think facebook would not allow them to advertise and paypal would not allow them to use their services. I would give less than 1 star if I could. These are rip off artists. Ordered 3 dresses in May. When I didn't receive them I started emailing. They said they would be delivered soon. They even gave me a tracking number for a company that didn't exist. After I while I went through Pay Pal to make a claim. The information sharing went back and forth for a while. In the interim the dresses were received but the quality was terrible. I revised the claim with Pay Pal and sent pictures of the dresses. Pay Pal advised to return the dresses and they would provide a refund. I had to put tracking on these items which cost me $58.09. Pay Pal denied my claim in July because the items had not been delivered. I have contacted the post office and they are trying to get in touch with the company. Basically I am out a lot of money and the company gets there garbage dresses back so they can rip off somebody else.
Ordered items from two ChicV companies, but didn't know it at the time. The first was called nccsvneu which had furniture, cabinets and beds. It said items were made in the USA. They sent an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation and said it would arrive in 7-14 days. I checked on the site several times and it said shipped. One day I checked and it said no information available. I emailed the company through their website but go no response. So I emailed at the email address at the bottom of my confirmation page. That was suspicious because it was a name at gmail. They responded and said the items were on their way. I waited a couple more days and went to the website. Got an error message that there was no such site. Checked the order page, got an error message, checked the email got an error message. Checked Facebook from where I had followed the link, and there was no such business. However, there was a link that gave their new name as frtyusfg. Contacted them but got no response. Now today, I receive a package from China from them. It contained one mouse pad. Paypal knows this company is a scam and will not help you. Facebook knows it and have had numerous "reports" that you can really do nothing about, but they still allow this. One of the problems is you don't know it's going to be chicv until you make your payment, then it shows up and it's too late. The other company I got ripped off by was chicv company Hololady. I ordered 4 items. They ship slowly, but always tell you it's on it's way. However, by the time you get it, it's past their return period. The first two items I got were not the fabric listed and didn't look that much like the website showed. I contacted them about the missing item and they said they were shipped, then they said one was lost in the mail and the other not shipped. They said they didn't know when it would be shipped. So I cancelled both items. Then I get an email that says they cancelled one item, but re-sent the other. I told them again I didn't want it. They ignored my message. Finally, I received the reshipped item. Instead of a blue cotton, denim look, empire dress with embroidery flowers and braid, I got a rayon or poly smock style dress. Instead of embroidery or braid, the fabric had cartoonish looking flowers printed on the fabric, no braid, some little design in a poor copy of braid. It also did not have the two seamed flounce areas, just one. It's a joke. I contacted them and finally after a while they said I could return it but I only had 7 days because my return period was closing. They also said I couldn't return it to the address on the package which was New Jersey, but I had to return it to China. They gave one return address on their webpage and then another on their email. I told them, they should pay return shipping and they offered me 15% off. Continued arguing back and forth and they went up to 30%, although this was after I filed a dispute with paypal. They told me I needed to return it immediately at my expense ($25), because they couldn't provide a shipping label. This has been going on for a couple months now. Thinking that I had buyer protection through paypal, I contacted them. They had me and the buyer "try to work things out" between ourselves through their site. I had to wait a few days to escalate, which I did. Then paypal asks for more information, then more information Then they say I have to file a report through the local police/sheriff's office or internet crime company. Local police agencies don't handle this. The internet crime company would not file a report without the banking numbers of the company which I of course, don't have and paypal does, but won't give that information. I contacted paypal via chat and they said if you don't attach a report, we can do nothing. They sent me an email saying here are more places to file a report, one of which is the FTC. I made a report with the FTC (who, by the way say they don't do anything about individual reports, but just keep statistics). So, I made the report and tried to put it in my dispute, but the only thing that copied was the address because once you file your report is no longer available. I had made a copy so I went on chat again. They told me they couldn't take a copy, I couldn't copy and paste and they could do nothing because I didn't submit a report. They also told me I couldn't use the FTC. (Funny the email says I can). I went round and round with their "customer service" from India. I asked them why they ask for information then won't take it. Then they said I could use an FTC report, but I had to send the report, not a copy, from the FTC. You can't upload a file from the FTC. Around and around we went until he said I can keep telling you the same thing, but that's the way it is. We will close your dispute because you didn't give us the information we require. (Which is impossible to do). So the moral is #1 DON'T BUY ANYTHING OFF FACEBOOK THAT IS NOT A KNOWN REPUTABLE COMPANY. They will not protect you, but rather allow this to continue even though they have numerous reports and all sorts of comments and complaints on the Facebook pages of these companies. #2 Don't buy anything using Paypal that is not from a known reputable company or perhaps if you feel lucky, from an individual with good feedback on ebay. Paypal will NOT protect their customers. They know chicV is crooked. There are pages right on their website with lots of people complaining about getting ripped off by both the company and then Paypal. I'd like to see Paypal sued again for their poor business practices. Everyone should contact their credit card companies and see if there's something they can do. ChicV is a known crooked company, your credit card company should refuse charges from them, as should paypal and Facebook. Paypal and Facebook are still earning money off of all their advertising so they don't care. Aside from contacting your credit card, everyone should inundate Paypal with complaints and Facebook too. Maybe eventually they will do something about it.
I ordered 5 items. Only received 4. This company advertises under many different names. On the elledro site, they actually stole pictures from an australian designer’s site and listed as their own. The designer actually commented on this site about stealing her designs and pictures. You don’t know you are even ordering from chicv until after the purchase and you receive the email confirmation. They will not answer emails. They will not send items. There is no way to cancel the order directly through the site. You have to file through your paypal or credit card company.

Ordered three items when Shenewin came up on Instagram as photos were great. But what I got was just garbage -- no linen/cotton fabric -- was polyester and went straight into the donation bag as I read here that returns are impossible. Thank goodness two of the items I ordered were out of stock and I did get a refund eventually for those. But the one that came was a two piece and I have never received the other part. Emails to them keep telling me my item has been shipped. I am just going to consider this a lesson learned. Unfortunately you don't find out the real name of the company until you see your credit card bill. Paypal and Instagram are complicit in this scam.

It's rare that Paypal will refund even after you jump hoops. Paypal is like the driver for bank robbers. Paypal knows people are being scammed but there is lots of money to be made dealing with scam outfits like ChicV. Paypal denied my claim since I got one of the items but did not return it for more than I paid for it. I had to work with my CC company. Meanwhile Paypal got their fee and ChicV ripped me off.

Ghosting Websites
So what I think they do is they ghost the website like for UGG or other companies like La Heroina and you order and put your credit card information and not knowing that it’s ChicV in Hong Kong. Then a few weeks later when it has not arrived or you get a bad product, you look on your credit card and that’s the first time you see ChicV.
Unlike you ladies, I rarely order on these fashion websites. Just for birthdays and special occasions. So it’s happened to me twice already. And I consider myself pretty good at recognizing a scam. So in both cases the website looked legitimate.
I would think that the major retailers like UGG would have a legal team working on this. But that was a few years ago. And ChicV is still around and other companies like them.
It’s up to Hong Kong and China to shut them down for scam and fraud practices. Not likely to happen.
Congress and the FTC should open up a case file and investigate.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Wish I had been smart enough to look for reviews before I ordered. I used PayPal to pay; and have filed a dispute through PayPal; doubt I will ever receive blouses I ordered. Why does PayPal still allow people to pay by their service, to this company???? Also, FB needs to ban them from advertising. My mistake; won't make it again!

I ordered from 3 companies that turned out to be CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED. I haven't received a single item. One of their fake companies, NewJoice, did refund me through PayPal. Jodimitty hasn't responded to my complaint. And Roselinlin is giving me the run around. Both PayPal and Facebook need to stop being accessories to fraud.

I recently ordered from Just Fashion Now supported by ChicV Int'l and experienced the same problems all others have gone through. What a disappointment, I ordered on October 20, 2018 and the cost was debited from my account the next day, normally the dollar amount is not taken from your account until items are being shipped. I would think that PayPal would have this company removed from their system or the internet system could have the company removed.
Whatever, I will contact my credit card company but here is a BIG problem that will remain fruitless.

I ordered a pair of boots on October 29th. It took the money from my pay pal account. $57.32 However there has not been a tracking number or contact to see where my order is. After researching the site I saw it being reported on this site for scam reports.
I have a feeling I will never see my boots or my money back. I’m afraid now they have my information. I will cancel PayPal and pray they are wing caught as a bad company. There is not anything for customer service or even a picture of the order.
Most websites will show the enorser order and have ability to track the order. Lesson learned.

Don't expect to see the dress or the money again.
These ads come up on my Facebook feed. I report them as "misleading or scam". Facebook always replies that they have investigated my report but nothing stops these people.

I ordered 3 bras from Angelvic.com back in August , , after 2 months one bra arrived and it was soooo small ,,,,, nowhere close to being a 38C ! More like a 32 B if that ! I attempted to contact them a dozen times and got NO response ! Finally I opened a Pay Pal dispute about this company and told them to CANCEL the other 2 bras I ordered because they too would be way too small and NOT as described. I asked for a refund and they said they would issue a refund for the two that never shipped but not for the one that I got . They said they do not accept returns . I threatened to escalate the pay pal dispute and they then emailed me a return label.
After taking the tiny bra to the PO to mail back and finding out it would cost MORE than what the bra cost initially, to return, I told then I would accept their "partial" refund. BUT they kept saying they would do this in 2 days ,, I waited and asked WHY they were taking so long , so they said ,,, 3 days etc. I NEVER got y refund for the 2 bras that never shipped and was only offered $3.28 back on the bra that was sooo small. They intentionally screw you over , wasting so much time so the pay pal case automatically closes. I finally CALLED pay pal and explained the situation and got the girl to issue me a full refund. but this company got to keep my $47.98 payment for sending e NOTHING !!!! I ordered a maxi dress advertised on Facebook , I paid by PayPal. After 6 weeks l queried this then it arrived after 2 weeks but it was a thin see through top. Basically the over slip of the maxi dress. I opened a claim with PayPal, who asked for all relevant info. Chicv asked for item to be returned for refund, so PayPal told me to do this. This cost me £5 for a lightweight top to be tracked by Royal Mail to sent to China.PayPal denied my claim as l didn’t use the right tracking information? I used what was available and at £5 was frankly enough. To this day three months later l have no refund of $33.92 usd for the dress l didn’t receive and am £5postsge down. Also the photos they advertise their clothes is not the clothes that arrive, they copy the designer ones and send cheap copies too small too short and in my case not even the item itself. NEVER USE THIS COMOANY. They also use other names such as Zoe sweet, and numerous others, all showing the same clothes, but you don’t receive that item just a cheap bad copy. I too can’t understand why Facebook let them advertise and PayPal let them use the bank. Total scammers

If you used your credit card or a PayPal account linked to your credit card, just call your credit card company and they will take care of it! I’m going through this now ..Paypal rejected my refund request, but Chase Bank says if they can’t get Paypal to reverse their decision, Chase will refund my money.... I also made sure to unlink my checking account from Paypal. I will only use my credit card from Now on...

I did not know the company MOMOMEW on Facebook was connected to ChicV until I paid with PAYPAL. But as I did not get my shipment details within a few days I began to suspect. I have contacted Paypal and they have given MOMOMEW or ChicV 10 days to reply or a refund will be sent to me, (according to what Paypal tells me) If any of you has paid with Paypal and are within the 180 days, contact Paypal and request a refund. They will deal with ChicV in their own good way. Scam companies can get away with it because we let them. And Facebook is also responsible! This is a good lesson for all of us.

Firstly this company operates under many different names. I ordered a summer dress from their company Sherop.com. This was my first experience with the company and I didn't read the reviews on it until after I had ordered. But I always prefer to give a company the benefit of the doubt. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE! First of all I did not receive notice the order was being filled for so long that I finally contacted PayPal to intercede. They did so and lo.....I received notice that my order had shipped and a tracking number within a few days. I contacted the company immediately and informed them if I did not receive my order before the deadline date for PayPal to reimburse me, they could refund my purchase. I received the dress approximately 3 weeks later, opened it, and realized not only was the size wrong but the craftsmanship was sub standard. I contacted them to provide return information. The package I received had a shipping address through a company in Mississauga, ON but I was required to return the item to China through only the postal service. Also a tracking number would need to be provided to them once this was done. Of course, in order to do any of this, it would be my dime and to ship to China with a tracking number would cost more than the item cost OR was worth, frankly! The company knows and relies on this fact because unless you follow their directions to the letter, you will not receive a refund AND THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY! I've decided to consider this a lesson learned.....will be very sure whenever I order anything on-line, it is NOT from a subsidiary of ChicV International Holding Limited from here on in. Now, I guess I will try and sell the dress to recoup some of my money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered two lightweight jackets from this company. One came a month later the second one has yet to arrive. The jacket is of poor quality and since I wanted to give it as a gift I want to return it, no return address, only something in Chinese and it would be too costly to ship it back if I could. Also after seeing the quality of the first jacket I really would like to cancel second item. I have been charged for both jackets through my Paypal account and am hoping I can get some satisfaction from them in reporting this problem. I saw the items on Facebook but should not have taken the chance of a poor quality item from China. I am out a total of $86, a rather pricey lesson.

Saw great boots on Instgram and ordered and paid for them via PayPal. Order was placed Oct 18, 2018 and funds where removed that day. Now 2 months later no boots not tracking # and of course no money. I have requested a refund but can't believe that they would actually return my money after seeing all these cases. Beware of scam
About a month ago I use PayPal to pay $43.51 for a pair of shoes from this company. Their website was advertise on Instagram as Andynzoe, but I got charged by ChicV International Holding Limited. I got a confirmation email the day after I placed my order, but my shoes were never shipped. After 2 weeks of silence from this company, I reached out to inquire about my order. Another week (3) went by until I got a response to let me know that my order was cancelled due to out of stock, and that a refund was going to be issued in one week (4)! One week for refund of an order that was never shipped in the first place!!! An entire month went by from the day of purchase until I got my refund. This is a Scam! This company is scamming people, and taking forever to issue refunds (if they issue one at all), and in the meantime, all the money they're ripping us all off is sitting in a bank collecting fat amounts of interest.
Fraudulent company out of Hong Kong
I got that bad feeling the moment I hit "submit". Immediately, within a couple of minutes had my Paypal account pulled up to cancel the order and the money had already been taken. It has also come out of my checking account. I then contacted the company and they followed up with an e-mail saying they were giving me another 24 hours to reconsider with a substantial discount. I wrote them back and said, 'Cancel the order and refund my money immediately" It is now 7 days later, and I do not have a refund. Tomorrow, I will go to the bank and file a dispute as well as file a dispute with Paypal. Paypal should do more checking on these companies once they have had 2-3 legitimate complaints, they should cut them off. Facebook should also screen the foreign accounts. I plan to file a complaint with them as well. Same company doing business as "Follow Trendy" I won't even give them a 1 star. It should be a negative 10.

I purchased clothing on march 14th through my paypal acct. The money was charged on my credit card almost immediately with no order confirmation being received. I have heard nothing from this company.

Just read the reviews on this company and don't understand why they are allowed to take money from people under false pretences. Facebook and Paypal should do something about them as they obviously know what they are doing.

ordered two tops a month ago and nothing - no tracking and one response to my 3 emails that they are out of stock and are 'MAKING' more tops...
I want Pay pal to refund my money because they should not allow a fake company to be ripping off people like this and paying them before customers receive their purchased merchandize!!
Read my report above, I think Pay pal should do more due dlligence in accepting payments for companies that are not verified as legitimaate in order to protect consumers. I use Pay pal because I thought it was more secure! but now

Big ripoff. Ordered 2 pr shoes. Credit card billed. No shoes. No follow up conf email. Have no way to contact this piece of ****company. You wonder why Trump is finally trying to hold China accountable. Total crooks. Time for Facebook to take these ads down...like yesterday.

Ordered some sandals 2 weeks ago as yet have not received them, nor have I had an email to say they have been shipped. I sent the Company an email regarding this order but have not had a reply. The money has gone out of my account, alarm bells are now going off after reading the comments about this Company. I'm having serious doubts that I will ever see the sandals now

I purchased shoes a 6 weeks ago and I haven’t received them.. it’s not looking good. Now I’m reading reviews and I’m a bit lost for words!! ChicV International??? More than a years worth of faking reviews.. how do they continue to get away w it??
SHOULD HAVE KNOWN
I should have known when after a few days I didn't get an email from this company confirming my order and a tracking number, that I'd been scammed. I got a notification from PayPal immediately confirming my payment. It's bad enough that we are bombarded with scam calls but you would think facebook would not allow them to advertise and paypal would not allow them to use their services. Shame on you for not protecting your customers.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. These are rip off artists. Ordered 3 dresses in May. When I didn't receive them I started emailing. They said they would be delivered soon. They even gave me a tracking number for a company that didn't exist. After I while I went through Pay Pal to make a claim. The information sharing went back and forth for a while. In the interim the dresses were received but the quality was terrible. I revised the claim with Pay Pal and sent pictures of the dresses. Pay Pal advised to return the dresses and they would provide a refund. I had to put tracking on these items which cost me $58.09. Pay Pal denied my claim in July because the items had not been delivered. I have contacted the post office and they are trying to get in touch with the company. Basically I am out a lot of money and the company gets there garbage dresses back so they can rip off somebody else.
Scam ChicV companies Holoday Nccsvnue Facebook & Paypal complicit
Ordered items from two ChicV companies, but didn't know it at the time. The first was called nccsvneu which had furniture, cabinets and beds. It said items were made in the USA. They sent an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation and said it would arrive in 7-14 days. I checked on the site several times and it said shipped. One day I checked and it said no information available. I emailed the company through their website but go no response. So I emailed at the email address at the bottom of my confirmation page. That was suspicious because it was a name at gmail. They responded and said the items were on their way. I waited a couple more days and went to the website. Got an error message that there was no such site. Checked the order page, got an error message, checked the email got an error message. Checked Facebook from where I had followed the link, and there was no such business. However, there was a link that gave their new name as frtyusfg. Contacted them but got no response. Now today, I receive a package from China from them. It contained one mouse pad. Paypal knows this company is a scam and will not help you. Facebook knows it and have had numerous "reports" that you can really do nothing about, but they still allow this. One of the problems is you don't know it's going to be chicv until you make your payment, then it shows up and it's too late. The other company I got ripped off by was chicv company Hololady. I ordered 4 items. They ship slowly, but always tell you it's on it's way. However, by the time you get it, it's past their return period. The first two items I got were not the fabric listed and didn't look that much like the website showed. I contacted them about the missing item and they said they were shipped, then they said one was lost in the mail and the other not shipped. They said they didn't know when it would be shipped. So I cancelled both items. Then I get an email that says they cancelled one item, but re-sent the other. I told them again I didn't want it. They ignored my message. Finally, I received the reshipped item. Instead of a blue cotton, denim look, empire dress with embroidery flowers and braid, I got a rayon or poly smock style dress. Instead of embroidery or braid, the fabric had cartoonish looking flowers printed on the fabric, no braid, some little design in a poor copy of braid. It also did not have the two seamed flounce areas, just one. It's a joke. I contacted them and finally after a while they said I could return it but I only had 7 days because my return period was closing. They also said I couldn't return it to the address on the package which was New Jersey, but I had to return it to China. They gave one return address on their webpage and then another on their email. I told them, they should pay return shipping and they offered me 15% off. Continued arguing back and forth and they went up to 30%, although this was after I filed a dispute with paypal. They told me I needed to return it immediately at my expense ($25), because they couldn't provide a shipping label. This has been going on for a couple months now. Thinking that I had buyer protection through paypal, I contacted them. They had me and the buyer "try to work things out" between ourselves through their site. I had to wait a few days to escalate, which I did. Then paypal asks for more information, then more information Then they say I have to file a report through the local police/sheriff's office or internet crime company. Local police agencies don't handle this. The internet crime company would not file a report without the banking numbers of the company which I of course, don't have and paypal does, but won't give that information. I contacted paypal via chat and they said if you don't attach a report, we can do nothing. They sent me an email saying here are more places to file a report, one of which is the FTC. I made a report with the FTC (who, by the way say they don't do anything about individual reports, but just keep statistics). So, I made the report and tried to put it in my dispute, but the only thing that copied was the address because once you file your report is no longer available. I had made a copy so I went on chat again. They told me they couldn't take a copy, I couldn't copy and paste and they could do nothing because I didn't submit a report. They also told me I couldn't use the FTC. (Funny the email says I can). I went round and round with their "customer service" from India. I asked them why they ask for information then won't take it. Then they said I could use an FTC report, but I had to send the report, not a copy, from the FTC. You can't upload a file from the FTC. Around and around we went until he said I can keep telling you the same thing, but that's the way it is. We will close your dispute because you didn't give us the information we require. (Which is impossible to do). So the moral is #1 DON'T BUY ANYTHING OFF FACEBOOK THAT IS NOT A KNOWN REPUTABLE COMPANY. They will not protect you, but rather allow this to continue even though they have numerous reports and all sorts of comments and complaints on the Facebook pages of these companies. #2 Don't buy anything using Paypal that is not from a known reputable company or perhaps if you feel lucky, from an individual with good feedback on ebay. Paypal will NOT protect their customers. They know chicV is crooked. There are pages right on their website with lots of people complaining about getting ripped off by both the company and then Paypal. I'd like to see Paypal sued again for their poor business practices. Everyone should contact their credit card companies and see if there's something they can do. ChicV is a known crooked company, your credit card company should refuse charges from them, as should paypal and Facebook. Paypal and Facebook are still earning money off of all their advertising so they don't care. Aside from contacting your credit card, everyone should inundate Paypal with complaints and Facebook too. Maybe eventually they will do something about it.
I ordered 5 items. Only received 4. This company advertises under many different names. On the elledro site, they actually stole pictures from an australian designer’s site and listed as their own. The designer actually commented on this site about stealing her designs and pictures. You don’t know you are even ordering from chicv until after the purchase and you receive the email confirmation. They will not answer emails. They will not send items. There is no way to cancel the order directly through the site. You have to file through your paypal or credit card company.
They are changing their name regularly so you can't research them
They are now advertising as Bilbency Fashion. I tried to research them before buying but couldn't find anything (mostly because of the new name). No reviews or anything.
I went ahead with a purchase anyway and saw the ChicV name on Paypal. I stopped before completing the payment to do some research and am so glad I did.
They are using tactics to confuse even the savvy consumer.

True! I purchase something from Wotoba, When I receive the product which wasn’t even close to the ad, there was no return information, phone number, address, nothing…When you click on “Wotoba customer service” on their website, it takes you to, “Nora Cora”, Who played dumb! On my Paypal the order is listed under “Superlink international lifestyle co ltd”... Very confusing and extremely shady!!!
Absolute garbage
Ordered three items when Shenewin came up on Instagram as photos were great. But what I got was just garbage -- no linen/cotton fabric -- was polyester and went straight into the donation bag as I read here that returns are impossible. Thank goodness two of the items I ordered were out of stock and I did get a refund eventually for those. But the one that came was a two piece and I have never received the other part. Emails to them keep telling me my item has been shipped. I am just going to consider this a lesson learned. Unfortunately you don't find out the real name of the company until you see your credit card bill. Paypal and Instagram are complicit in this scam.
Scam
I ordered a pair of shoes from NORACORA but the charge on my car read ChicV. So who is the scammer? The website or Chic V?? How can you know you're being scammed when you only see this on the card AFTER the order is placed? Again, as with others, no tracking or email response. I'm opening a dispute at my bank. How does FB and Instagram let these people advertise?
This company took my money and i never received my merchandise.
