I maria de fátima lopes, resident in portugal, through social networks i saw a coat, and i finished ordering it on november 2, 2018, to rosy merry. After another 20 days i received the order and it was not what i expected.
I sent an email to [email protected] to communicate that i wanted to return the jacket and the address to send, never answered.
Since there are deadlines in europe, i decided to return it to the address on the sender and in the same package.
I have received the order on february 2, 2019 at 10:45 p.M.
After several mails sent, they informed that they never received the order!
Which is very convincing;
- 1 did not respond to the email that requested the address for return.
- 2º. They told me that this address sender) is wrong.
After seeing all the complaints regarding this company and tried to contact company numerous times with no resolution, i ordered 5 items at 131.60 and no refund and no merchandise, why on earth is facebook and paypal still alowing this company to actively post and take paymnets???
I ordered a dress from this company in jan 2019. When it had not arrived by almost end of march i emailed them requesting an explanation. They emailed back saying they would post it in 5 to 6 business days. That is not acceptable as it is now colder weather and by the time i get the dress it will be too cold to wear it. I told them this and requested a refund. Never heard back. Upon reading reviews from other customers it appears their response on postage is just to delay the matter until pay pal can not refund your money. It is what has happened to me.They are scammers.
Ordered boots under the company name Popmira... was charged to my credit card under the company name ChicV. Received No tracking info or no feedback in reference to receiving order. Disputed thro credit card company... then received my order. I had ordered 2 pair of boots.., came about 6 weeks after order was placed then was shipped separately and about 2 weeks apart. I canceled my dispute with the credit card company since I received items. Cheaply made.,, one pair more so than other. I have worn them and one pair I actually like. Don't recommend the company... just lucky I finally received order. Lesson learned .. I research company before I order now, especially if I see thro Social media.
Have submitted an order through paypal to them...Crickets are churping!! have no confirmation on my order. Going to submit a dispute through paypal, hoping to get a refund on my order amount.

I placed an order for 41.55 on Jan 21, 2019 never got it.

I received a partial refund from them, but I have no idea what it was for. No explanation or anything. Strange. And why not the ENTIRE refund?
