I ordered several dresses, blouse, shirt, jacket & trousers. The 2 dresses that arrived are nothing like the photos online & one is damaged, the fit is awful with a tiny tight skirt & a massive top section. Its disgraceful. Can't believe facebook allows this to continue.

There are about 2-300 of these scam sites belonging to Chicv with more opening daily. They steal images from popular clothing brands and then fraudulently advertise but never deliver - or send a cheap imitation in place. I know this because I own Doll.sa (instagram) and they have stolen about 40 of our images and splashed them across their cheap and nasty scam stores. I know other brands they have stolen images from too, and they do not have any of our stock. Please be very careful and report them wherever you can - we have to bring them down!!

Clothes ordered and sent were too small and i requested return address for refund several times and received nothing. Now left with clothes that don’t fit and out of pocket for cost.

So what I think they do is they ghost the website like for UGG or other companies like La Heroina and you order and put your credit card information and not knowing that it’s ChicV in Hong Kong. Then a few weeks later when it has not arrived or you get a bad product, you look on your credit card and that’s the first time you see ChicV.
Unlike you ladies, I rarely order on these fashion websites. Just for birthdays and special occasions. So it’s happened to me twice already. And I consider myself pretty good at recognizing a scam. So in both cases the website looked legitimate.
I would think that the major retailers like UGG would have a legal team working on this. But that was a few years ago. And ChicV is still around and other companies like them.
It’s up to Hong Kong and China to shut them down for scam and fraud practices. Not likely to happen.
Congress and the FTC should open up a case file and investigate.
About a month ago I use PayPal to pay $43.51 for a pair of shoes from this company. Their website was advertise on Instagram as Andynzoe, but I got charged by ChicV International Holding Limited. I got a confirmation email the day after I placed my order, but my shoes were never shipped. After 2 weeks of silence from this company, I reached out to inquire about my order. Another week (3) went by until I got a response to let me know that my order was cancelled due to out of stock, and that a refund was going to be issued in one week (4)! One week for refund of an order that was never shipped in the first place!!! An entire month went by from the day of purchase until I got my refund. This is a Scam! This company is scamming people, and taking forever to issue refunds (if they issue a refund at all), in the meantime, all the money they're ripping us all off is sitting in a bank collecting fat amounts of interest.
