Mira Vie is the biggest ripoff going. I seriously hate what scumbags they are. I ordered a 14 day trial. I called to cancel and they told me I would be charged $34. They ended up charging me $85. I called back and they said that the eye cream and face cream are different products and I have to get charged. I'm disgusted by them. Their product sucks and they are the biggest scumbags going!!!

First and foremost,I have filed a complaint to the FTC about Mira Vie.Against my better judgement, I ordered a " free trial sample". I was only to pay 4.95 s@ h. Well as it turns out,I was signed up for a monthly membership with this co.Which I did not request. They took a total of 185.90 out of my account without permission.I called them to complain a and they did cancel my so called membership, but said they couldn't give me a refund.

So after spending many time consuming hours trying to resolve this , I'm the outraged owner of 2 sample size bottles of eye cream at the cost of 185.90 ! Have filed a dispute form with my bank , reported to FTC ,and now filing a report here. Please ,if you also have been scammed by this co. Keep fighting to shut them down This is just Wrong to do people this way.FTC phone.....1-877-382-4357.

Better Business bureau is next. 407-621-3300 . Hope this info helps anyone.

Mira Vie offers one month free trial if you pay shipping charge. Then charges you for the free trial. I should have called before the one month and it would have be free. I wanted the product but thought the first month was free to try then I would receive the second month's product and start paying for it if I liked it. I think I like the product, but cancelled because of the way they handled the promotional offer. Not a good way to run a business.

MiraVie aka Naturalskincare.com is a total ripoff! Their Facebook ad which is a video of a women using the eye cream product is a complete hoax. Trust me, their product is not that good. After you order the "free trial" you will be billed $85.95 within 14 days... even if you cancel within that time period which is included in their fine print. I cancelled and received an email confirmation 12 days after receiving the product. My credit card still got charged! There are too many good products out there from reputable companies. Stay away from this scam company. Shame on them!! I am quite sure they will be changing their name again soon.

Company claims to give you free product of their skin care, claiming "trial bottle", which is really a full-size bottle and you will be charged full-price for the fact. They conveniently hide the fact that you will be charged $95 X 2 (in my case, they sent me two bottles of different products) every month until you cancel, unless you cancel within their 10-day time frame (also hidden within the fine print). If you were lucky enough to sift through the fine print to be informed of such deviant practice (no real trial bottle, just trial period), then be prepared with the knowledge that they conveniently send the product to you with no instructions, phone number or website in order you to cancel anything. It took me a total of 3 months, or approx. $600, to finally find which credit card they were doing this on and calling my bank to get the phone number of this place so I could cancel my order. When I did finally reach them, I was put on hold for an extended length of time and even given the option of letting them phone me back when a line was available. I highly doubt that the lines were filled with people anxious to get the product, but more likely with people trying to find out how in the heck to cancel this nightmare. To further complicate the cancellation process, even though you sign up on one site they make you call alternate phone numbers of any other products they've sent you, saying it was a "different department" and they could not cancel the other product. This meant another phone call and another long wait to cancel. For three months, I was receiving boxes on top of boxes of a very over-priced product, which in my opinion didn't live up to it's claims of revealing a "new you", unless of course the new you is supposed to be a crazy psychopath lunatic trying to find a way out of the tangled mess they create. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. I am only writing this to help others learn from my very expensive mistake.

I have received 2 monthly charges for a product that was suppose to be a trial product, that only required me to pay shipping and handling. I have been charged 85.95 & 91.90. I am trying to block my charge from further charges and also trying to recover these false charges.

MiraVie Skin Collection - Facebook Ad; responding takes you to a nice site where you can order a sample jar of their skin cream. Appears simple and worth trying the cream. However, they claim that that order commits you to a monthly delivery of the product if you do not cancel within 14 days. You are charged $89.95 the first month and $90.94 per month thereafter.

Now their main website is clear about this. You would be careless to not see or read the terms of agreement which you must agree to before placing the sample order from the main website. However, from the site accessed to from Facebook that is NOT clear and my recollectin is that there were NO terms to agree with and certainly not the monthly commitment. My wife does not like the cream nor will she use it. It is not worth $90 even if it was being used. I think the customer is the one being used. I received a partial refund on the second (or third depending on where you start counting) month's shipment amd have requested a refund for the first month's (or second) as well. Both customer service representatives were very nice and helpful.

When I received the second jar I thought another sample has been sent and didn't pay much attention to it nor look at my credit card statement. It was the third delivery that I looked into it and found the recurring monthly charges. If it is intended to be a scam and collect a few hundred dollars before the "customer" catches on and cancels then it is a good scam. A few hundreds dollars made from a $4.95 free sample offer. If it is not a scam then the Facebook link needs to be amended to show the terms. I am not happy.

We allow 14 days for you to try our product, from the date of your order, not the delivery date. Beginning on the day that you place an order for a product (“Derma ProMedics”) from the Website, Your fourteen (14) day Risk Free Trial period begins (“Risk Free Trial Period”). The Risk Free Trial Period is calculated in calendar days, NOT business days. To extend Your Risk Free Trial Period due to slow postal delivery or delayed pickup, you must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 855-412-1064. Generally we will grant reasonable requests to extend Your Risk Free Trial Period. If you like the Product and want to continue to receive it on a monthly basis, you don’t have to do anything else. When the Risk Free Trial Period ends, your credit card will be billed for the full amount of the Product You ordered. After that, a thirty (30) day supply of the Product will be automatically sent to you every calendar month, and the credit card you provided to us will be automatically billed for the Product upon Our shipment of the Product to You. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the Product and want to cancel future deliveries of the Product, You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 855-412-1064 prior to the expiration of the Risk Free Trial Period and cancel your order. You need not return the product to us if you cancel before the Risk Free Trial Period ends.

What they really mean is, you will automatically be charged the full amount unless you cancel within 14 day; at which time you will be billed half the amount. The $4.95 and $5.95 is only for shipping.

MiraVie Skincare! PLEASE SHARE/SPREAD THE WORD!!! Friends - DO NOT fall for the inexpensive trial offers from MiraVie Skincare! This is a total ripoff! I ordered trial of eye serum and skin cream for about $5 each. I did not think to read fine print until right after I ordered and only realized then I would be automatically charged $86.95 a month if I didn't cancel within 14 days of ordering. I called within 14 days and cancelled - only I didn't realize the eye cream and the skin cream are (they claim) TWO DIFFERENT COMPANIES!!!! even though they both shipped in one box from the same address!! And if you don't call the number for EACH - they are not BOTH cancelled (even though packing list gave two 800 #s and stated call this one OR this one - not that you had to call both!). I realized this on day 15 when I was charged $86.95 on my debit card for the eye serum. When I called the number to ask why I was charged since I had cancelled within 14 days, I was told I had to call a separate number to cancel the eye serum! When I called that number I went round and round with a customer service rep who was very rude, refused to refund my money because it was one day past the 14 days, and refused to let me speak with a supervisor.

This is a total scam to try to get your money! They clearly do not care about customer service or their reputation. This was a very expensive lesson learned! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They make false claims about their products and place details in very fine print you have to search out - and even then it's not completely clear and is misleading.

This is a disgraceful ripoff company. They offered a one-time free eye serum and skin cream with nothing else to pau except shipping. They are very small bottles and the shipping was 1.98 and 2.98. I gave my debit card to cover this shipping fee and read over it all and seemed fine. I received the package about 5 days later. Then about 2 days after I noticed I was charged 85.99 and also 89.99 for these little bottles. I was so shocked. I called the company and was told it was a trial offer and I didn't cancel in time so I was charged. I would have never signed up for a free trial offer for this. There was no mention at all on this ad I saw on Facebook for this product. Now when I search for this same ad it's nowhere.

I never would have given my debit info for a trial offer that had to be canceled in a certain amount of time. You can't get any more dishonest than this company. Just shameful.

I clicked on an advertisment for MiraVie in a Facebook post. Free trial only $4.95 shipping and handling. Too good to be true MiraVie looked interesting. So I Started to place an order. Before I completed the process I was told to order eye serum and I didn't. I hit "next" and was offered again . Then when checkout was complete and I looked at the receipt my card was charged $49.95. There is no way to contact company or any information about it. In fact, the leave comments page doesn't work. The very Facebook-looking comments are misleading because they are not really.

yes, I've done something stupid. I skipped bait and switch, I checked as much as I could the order. There is no way to cancel. I will be cancelling the credit card charge as soon as a human is available to help me tomorrow.

Mira Vie eye serum & Miravieskin cream were advertised on the Internet and on the Dr Oz show with Oprah as being a miracle hi wrinkle and skin wrinkle reducer. They were marketed as she will only charge you for 95 for the eye serum 595 for the skin cream and that was for shipping only. The products were offered for free. All you had to do was pay for shipping. When I received the products, I checked my credit card company and they told me with a charge of $90 for the eye serum. And $87 for the skin cream. Luckily my credit card company Red flagged these charges, and they were not paid. Thank GOD!!! I am disabled and on a fixed income I lost my right leg 12 years ago and can no longer work if these charges have been allowed to go through I would not have been able to pay my bills for the following month. 95.

MiraVie-Skin, MiraVie-Eye A 14 day trial of the two products, Miravie Skin Cream and Miravie Eye Serum, was advertised for $10.00. I did not recieve the product until late October, 2015; well after the initial placed order. There was no delivery date on the Packing List as to when it was mailed. However, after two days of trial, my face was so irritated that I chose to discontinue its use and realized I had wasted $10.00! It was not until November 5, 2015 that I saw two charges pending of "a reoccuring payment" on my CC statement; one of $85.95 and the other for $89.95. A total of $175.90!!! I did NOT EVER authorize this reoccuring payment for a product that in fact, worsened my skin condition. Their 14 day trial claim is a fraud and totally bogus, since I DID NOT even have receive or HAVE the product for 14 days. This is a CORRUPT company who is Ripping Off the public with legal verbage that is in "microscopic" text!!

This site is a rip-off. They offered a free trial offer. The terms and conditions take you to a site explaining the product. No where did it appear that I would be getting future products at the cost of 89.95. I called the site and the refuse to take the product back or refund me. I filed it as a fraudelant charge on my credit card. This company needs to be shut down.

This company needs to be shut down due to misleading advertising and dishonest practices. After falling for a "free trial, pay shipping only" advertisement online for Miravie skincare cream and Eye cream, both products arrived in the same box with a card that had information in VERY small print stating that if I did not call within 10 days I would be charged almost $90/month for an ongoing subscription.

I immediately called the number and asked to cancel my "subscription." I was told the order was cancelled and I would not be billed anything in the future, yet when my credit card bill arrived I had been charged $96. I called the company and complained and was told I had only cancelled one of the products, not both (despite the fact that both came in the same box with one card).

Again I was told my subscription was cancelled and I would not be billed any more in the future, yet again the next month my credit card bill showed an additional billing. Again, I contacted the company and they said I had called Miravie Skincare number to cancel and that I also needed to call the cancellation number for Miravie Eye Cream. Again, despite the fact that the products arrived in the same box, the customer service rep told me they were "sister companies" and that I should have called a different number to cancel the eye cream.

I also explained that I had not received any other products from the company except for the initial trial portion, and shlould not be billed for a product I had not recieved. Again, I was told my card would not be charged any further, but they still would not remove any current charges. Every time I asked to speak to a manager, they refused. This company is completly dishonest. A complete ripoff!

MiraVie Collection adversises a skin therapy wrinkle cream for a normal price. In order to order it the website forces you to also order an eye therapy serum for another nominal price. Once ordered you don't get a receipt. When the product finally arrives, both products are packed in th esame box. It is miniscule and you learn it is only a trial package. then about a month later you receive your credit card bill for the outrageous price of 85.95 for "eyeenergize" billed out of South Dakota and another charge for 89.95 for "skin therapy " charged ouf of Nevada. These apparently full-sized products which you did not know you signed up for are charged but they never arrive. If you call the number provided for customer service you are imediately asked if you want to cancel your "subscription" which you don't know you have.

I order what I thought was a trial size product for a face and eye. They said that only cost the shipping charges since it was a trial size. Apparently in very small letter suggested to mark a box which I never saw. I received the product and two days after using it gave me a rash, I was glad that it was a trial size but the joke was on me. I contact them and they already had charge my account $146.00 dollars for the product and it wasn't until then that they told me that the money that I paid was only for shipping and that the $146.00 was for the trial size product. What a ripp off - what a scam. I think someone should stop them. They said they will return $86.00 but meanwhile they took the rest for something that it's already in my garbage can because its not working it gave me a horrible rash.

Oh how I wish that I had Goodled MiraVie before signing up for their 14 day free trial. The truth is there is NO FREE ANYTHING. You're prompted to pay for shipping and handling using a credit card. Then within 10 days they will charge your credit card for a subscription fee, regardless of whether or not you like the product.

I ordered the free sample and immediately found the complaints so I called and emailed Mira Vue within 20 minutes. Guess what??? The next day they shipped the product ANYWAY even after I requested that the order be cancelled.

SO to get out of the subscription they make it easy. They will sell you the product for a 50% discount. Mind you, the product cost is $89.95 PLUS SHIPPING ont EACH bottle (there are 2)

What a fantastic scam they are running and they are getting away with it due to you checking the little box with the fine print. Theyre selling what is most likely a typical cheap skin cream that you can buy at Walmart for $5, and theyre making at least $45 per bottle just by their Internet ads "Try for FREE for 14 days" while only paying shipping. Its is a bold faced LIE because there is no way that you get that first product for free, you will be charged for it one way or the other. Once you put any credit card information in you're screwed.

I just hope that by canceling on the phone and paying half price for a product that I have not even received yet (I did this on day 2 after I reveived shipment notification) That they really follow through an dcancel the subscription. I may have just inadvertantly signed up for HELL and this might not be the end of the story.

Miravie Collection Skin Care offered a free 2 week supply of their product. Pay only shipping and handling fees. If you don't cancel within 14 days you will be placed on auto shipping. I did not cancel. Waited for my next shipment. I was billed on 9-7-15 for $89.95 on my credit card. Never received product. It doesn't state you will be charged additional fee of $89.95 for trial product. I expected another jar of product for $89.95. RIP OFF. I FOUND THIS ADVERTISED PRODUCT ON FACEBOOK. DR. I order a product off web it said 14 days free trail. I called to cancel my free trail, only to find out that my 14 days was only 10. 4 days to ship and 10 days to call and cancel. They will not accept if you used the product so how can it be a free trail. It clearly states try it for 14 days trial free . My card was charged within 10 days after receiving product. No refund but they will offer a discount if you remain a customer I donor want to remain a customer so that means no refund

I fell for this "scam" only after looking online for cost of a reorder.I thought it was working, after 5 days, and wanted to see what it would cost to re-order. Then i saw the scam report! i called fai* skin care @ 888 557-1008 and reached an automated line that offered a cancellation. I cancelled and then got the prompt that i was only charged $42.71 today, but would not be charged again. At he end i had option to speak to operator (0) and took it. I complained and she told me that "if i ihad talked to her live i would have been able to cancel without the charge. I then asked about the order at the same time from kvm skin care 888-510-3507. The operator said i wuld have been charged 42.71 also for that order, but because i opted to cancel "live" there would be no charge. After raising " .H***" the operator said she was cancelling the automated charge also because i was in the 2 week time period. I only hope you read this in the 2 week time period and do not cancell automated. They insist it is not a "scam" ut aaaaai do not agree. If not for this site...I would have lost big!

I saw the MiraVie Skin Crean and Eye Serum in a box to the side while on Facebook. They were offered free for just the price of shipping. I thought not much to lose if I didn't like them.

I saw nothing to indicate that this was a trial offer. I am sure of this as I am very careful about ordering online. There was no other price mentioned except the shipping chages. 14 days after ordering my credit card company enquired as to possible fraudulent charges. I had been charged $89.95 and $85.95 for the two products! The names on the transactions were RPH*SKINENERGIZE and KVO*EYEPOMP not MiraVie as on the order I placed. The card company had already declined one item and I asked them to place a fraudulent transaction designation on the other.

I called the number MiraVie has in very small letters on the side of the eye cream and was told the eye cream would be canceled as the charge was declined but I had to call back on the skin cream. I was given the number to call which happened to be the same number I was speaking on. The rep said she only handled the eye cream.

When I called regarding the skin cream which had been charged to my credit card exactly 14 days from my order, I was given the automatic option of canceling. I did so. I then called back to make sure the charge was debited. I had to wait on hold 45 minutes and then had to leave a message to call me back.

When I was called back, I was told that I had to pay the $89.95 because I had not cancelled in 14 days. I explained it was exactly 14 days since I ordered, but this was not accepted even though the rep said I had ordered on the date I claimed. I asked for a supervisor and was then told they would refund half of the money. I said that was not acceptable and I still wanted a supervisor. They told me I would be called by a supervisor in about 24 hours. I told them I had canceled my credit card and put a fraudulant transaction status on the order. The rep said they would make me pay and that hardly anyone who protested this charge was allowed to not pay. I am waiting for the supervisor to call.

I will take this all the way with my credit card company.

Miracle product designed to make brown circles, bags under eyes and wrinkles disappear and had a video to prove it! Watched the brown circles disappear right before my eyes - hers were way worse than mine. This product was advertised to the side of an article I clicked on to read from Facebook. The "sample", could have been a trial offer, not sure, was only free with a $4.95 S/H fee - no big deal. So, I clicked the box to try it and as I was being taken to the page for cc information and shipping information, a screen flashed past for about a second, no joke, with an eye product, which said I was trying it. There was no way to go back to it and uncheck a box which I had not checked, so on the payment page, it showed I had signed up for free wrinkle cream and sample eye cream for $9.95 and the $4.95 S/H. Not much $ so, I was ok with it. Well, the brown circle cream did not work for me so I didn't even try the eye cream.

I checked my bank statement a couple of weeks later and saw a charge for $89.95. I called the 888 #, asked why I was being charged for $89.95 and was told that I did not cancell my "subscription" within 14 days so I was being billed for the monthly installment of the skin cream. I demanded a refund, b/c on the page I was on, I saw no terms of agreement box to check. I was told there was one. When I checked their webpage, it looked completely different than the page I got to through the article on FB. They would not listen. I was told at one point by the employee I was talking to that "anyone who can read could read the terms of agreement". I called back and asked to speak to someone polite but got no satisfaction other than cancelling my account. My only recourse now is to go through my bank, which I will certainly attempt, b/c now I have received another shipment.

So, I called again tonight and was told that I was to make a 2nd phone call initially to cancel the 2nd product. I missed the additional charge for $84.95 for the 2nd product, so it was a big deal after all when that 1 second screen flashed past as I was going to payment screen! So my account was dinged for $175 instead of $90 like I thought last month and now another $85 this month. I was told tonight that my account has been cancelled for second product and my money refunded by 2nd person I called tonight, who I called to ream out b/c no one at her # (there are 2 numbers you see) last month told me it was necessary to call a 2nd # to cancel the 2nd product. Do you know when I asked her which product she was customer service for, she just kept saying "customer service" and when I nailed her on that one, saying she represents both, she tried to say it is "after 9". The 1st person told me he could only refund me 30% and if I waited to call my bank tomorrow, that offer would be off the table!) So we will see. This company operates like slimeballs.

I also was interested in paying $5.00 and shipping and handling for a product on an introductory basis to see if I liked it. If it worked. There was no mention of a membership fee of $89.95. Once I saw the charge I immediately call both companies, which are both the same and asked for a refund or I would dispute with my credit card company.

One Miravie- eyepomp offered a 50% refund and the other Miravie-skinmend offered a 75% refund.

Still a rip-off. I should recieve a refund of $67.40 in 3-5 business days. If not, I will dispute with my credit card company.

Never again will I purchase over the internet. I hope this helps other before they make the same mistake. I really haven't seen any results from the porduct and it has been 3 weeks.

FAI skincare" charged an amount of $5.95 initially to my card for the product, followed by 5 more charges adding up to over $300. I called the company using the phone numbers posted to my bank statement to dispute the charges and at the time i only had seen two recent charges of $89 and $95. The operator offered me 6-7 different percentages off of the charges before my threats to claim the charges resulted in a 100% discount. I then scrolled further into my bank statement after the call and found 4 more UNAUTHORIZED charges on my account. When i called back to get those charges removed i wasn't offered any refund and the operator argued with me. I explained that i would involve the police and head into my bank in the morning to claiim the charges. hung up. Why do people do this?

On Facebook when I seen an add a friend liked. Facial cream to rid your wrinkles. Free Samples pay S&H only. Read terms and conditions nothing was said a 14 day trial or you will be charged &89.95. Called company told me I must not had read the terms. Oh, yes I did because I had this happen before so I am sure I did. When ordering a question about Eye Recovery I answered no, of course, it came in the same package for anotherS&H charge and was charged $85.95 I did not call in the 14 day period. I told them I answered no. I realize the people you call is an answering service they don't actually work for the company . o now I have lost $175.90 regardless that I cancelled today. 07/29/2016 . Still in pending. Will dispute the charges . I am an average woman that does not make pay check to pay check, we are the ones these company prey on. I pray someone reads this before they make the same mistake.

I ordered 2 free trial products (eye serum and skin cream) from this company, which lures you online by claiming to be (and appearing to be) endorsed by Dr. Oz on television. But it's not at all the same product as he speaks about on his show. And everytime I've gone back to their website, it is a new and totally different skin careline that they make the expact same claims for in the name of Dr. Oz. One of the company's dirtiest little secret is that the FREE trial is only good for 14 days from the date they ship it, which means you end up with only a few days of "free" trial. At the end of those 14 days, if you haven't cancelled it, they IMMEDIATELY CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR THE ITEM (Each bottle is about $100). And even though you don't expect the next shipment, once it arrives, you've already been billed for at least another $200. They will not refund the money for the original "free" trial shsipment that I was never told, no matter how many times I contacted them, would end up being billed at full price.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM/RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE REORTED TO THE ATTY GEN OF ALL STATES.

Miravie sells 2 products under the same Miravie name. I cancelled my membership too late after receiving my 2nd dkin and eye shipment. The company would only return 1/2 of my money and I accepted that, as I scolded myself for not cancelling in the alotted time. I recently received another shipment of only one of the products, and was charged the same amount as I was when I received both products. Upon calling Miravie to get my money refunded because I'd already cancelled, they informed me that the 888 # I'd cancelled at was only for ONE of their products and that I had to call another 888 # to cancel the other product... and refused to refund my money!!! I am SO over the top livid with this obvious scam. I will be posting this on all of my social media AND BBB so I might help save someone else from falling prey to this company - whose product is crap anyway!!

I ordered a trial from this company in early May 2016. I was not impressed with the product. However, reviewed another shipment on 6/28/16.

I called the company and was told that I agreed to continue with their program. I was charged $94.90 on 6/24/16. The representative (did not give a name even though I asked for one), refused a refund or to take back the shipment.

Note: The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has an alert on this company, so I am not the first person to be scammed.

Ordered eye cream and serum after seeing it on Dr Oz. He recommended the product. Normally don't order over phone or internet, but did this one time. No price stated or found. Thought, how expensive could it be? 19, 29, 39 dollars??? When it arrived, no bill, no charge listed, paper blank. Got my credit card bill and it was 89.98 and 92.89 for each. The next day two more came so I'm on the hook for $360 and on disability. Took an excessive amount of time to reach them, get the details on mailing it back. Could only get half off the cream, Second shipment.

The first was open, did not help my skin visibly at all. Oil of olay did more, and they refused a refund on the risk free first shipment. It costs $188. It did nothing but burn my eyes. It is not risk free, a poor product, and at these prices, is grand theft. NOT RISK FREE, and they advertise it as risk free. I could not wear it and saw no visible akin improvements at all. When I ordered over the phone, I did not electronically sign anything and could get no price at all. Would not agree to this as I am on limited income. Shame Dr Oz.

I accepted the 14 day trial offer. Before the 14 days was up I called to cancel. It was automated phone asking me to press 1 for canceling. After a couple of months I was reviewing my bank statements and noticed that they had charged my account on 3/1/16, 3/30/16, 4/28/16. I called customer service, and the lady I spoke with was unprofessional and extremely rude. She didn't help in anyway. Refused to discuss the charges, offered no refund. I received 1 jar of eye cream, and 1 jar of face cream, and was charged $91.90 three times. The cream doesn't do anything, there is very little in the jar! Biggest ripoff I have ever fallen for!

I was on Facebook and there was an ad for a cream to reduce under eye circles. It read for a free sample enter information now. It read for a small shipping and handling charge you could try out the cream for free. It also offered a free vitamin cream for an additional charge. I misread the ad as saying I could return if not completely satisfied. I never once read it was sent out monthly if I did not cancel. I received the product and put it in the bathroom although I never tried it since I planned to use up the jar of moisturizer I currently own from Walmart. I figured it would cost more to return and if I did not like it I would not ORDER anymore. At the beginning of March I received another box of the same product. At that moment I realized I had been had. I called the company and asked how to return product and was informed I could not return product nor receive a refund. I was informed that I signed up for a 14 day trial and never called to cancel. I told him to cancel my so called membership and to take me off their list. He asked for my information and when I asked for a confirmation number was told they don't give confirmation numbers and just take you off the list. We are now at the end of April and surprise they quit sending product yet I've received another charge on my checking account of 90.90. I called my bank and put a stop payment for this company. The bank could not refund my money. The company does not include a receipt in the box and had to google a number to call again to stop the product. An automated computer stopped my membership which was still active. I wanted to talk to a real person and it hung up after confirming the membership cancellation. I guess this month I lose another 91.00. Companies like MiraVie need to be closed down. I do not recall seeing this was a trial and NEVER agreed to reoccurring charges.

The tiny bottles that they give you are not even worth the $185 that they charge you. They do no good what so ever. False advertising! the telephone number that they supply you with leads you no where. The one time they did answer, they said that they were cancelling my subscription, however, i just got charged again. This is a total scam!!!

  • Apr 6, 2016

It was a telephone transaction with a credit card on Dec. 19th 2015. In the call I was never told I would be put on a "monthly" billing club to receive more product. I was told it was a one-time, special promotional offer. I paid the price of the products, which was, $4.95 for the skin creme and $5.95 for eye serum. Was then told by the person on the phone this was to cover the S&H. I received both products together in the same box. I thought it was strange, the only thing in the box besides the 2 small bottles, was a slip of paper, that said MiraVie, (888)537-5319 or (888)317-4364 email: [email protected] or [email protected]

Quanity 1 Miravie-skin Miravie skin cream

Quanity 1 Miravie-eye Miravie eye serum shipping method: first class mail

Thank you for your order!

No pricing, no item #, No confirmation or account# for me with this company. Nothing showing me that a balance would be due in the future with this company if I did not call and cancel. Or that I would be receiving any other products in the future or when I could expect their arrival. Nothing. I started using the product right away and after 4/5 days a nasty, red rash breaks out on the sides of my face. I discontinue use of the product. Now I'm wearing make-up to cover up the rash. I put the product back in the box. Was going to throw it away. But laid it aside instead.Took the rash over a week to go away. Called dermatologist that was recommended by my family doctor. Waiting to get into the doctor, finally the rash cleared up. to me, the end. Until I get my Feb card statement. I see the 2 charges for the product I had ordered on Dec 19. But on Jan 02 theres a charge for, Dolomod Lavisheye $85.95 and one on Jan 02 Qas*Proskinmax $89.95. I called the numbers provided And the company told me that was for the 2 products I had already received. I explained that I was never told there would be a balance due. I offered to send the products back. They told me that I had 14-days to try and return the products. I was shocked. I was never, ever told this. I explained how the product reacted to my face skin. They didn't seem to care at all. So, I cancelled my order right then and called my card company to dispute the charges. In the mean time, I received another product and another charge from this company MiraVie. That charge was $94.90 on Feb 02 2016. I'm now out over $275.00 for 2 small bottles of junk that breaks my face out! This company is deplorable! Should be ran out-of-town! I have dealt with companies that have the monthly or bi-monthly clubs for you to keep receiving their products. I do know how that works. Good, reputable companies never keep you in the dark but send tons of literature about their products and plain statements to show how much you owe, how much you've paid and their prices of their products. This is a shady company. Needs shut down. I'm doublely upset with my card company that I have had since 1991. They have taken some off but are holding me responsible for the rest. In 15 years this has only happened to me one other time. Companies are not what they used to be, I do know that!!! Shame on you Capital One!!

This company offered a trial of a skin care line, indicating I would be charged only shipping and handling for their trial sized products. The shipping charges were $4.95 and $5.95. I received the trial products. There was a note saying thank you for ordering our trial of the product. Today, I have been charged $85.95 and $89.95 for additional products which I have not ordered nor authorized. These have been set up on a recurring charge. I have rec'd no product from this company. I contacted them and was told that I agreed to this by clicking something on the internet when I ordered the trials. I saw no such information and would have never agreed to it. I was told I could cancel something I have not received and get a 35% refund. It is all a quite unbelievable con.

Christie Brinkley should be ashamed of her association with this company.

Company offered "trials" of eye cream & face cream for s/h charges only. Within 2 wks of placing order my bank acct was charged full price for 2 products totaling $171.90.

I contacted the company who said it was clearly listed that you had to cancel within 14 days to not be charged. The product claims to show results in 14 days. Clearly I did not have the product for 14 days prior to being charged & being put on an monthly "automatic shipping" program. Also, this must have been stated in extremely small print - I never saw this when ordering what I thought I would receive for shipping & handling only.

Do not order from Mira Vie.

I signed up for a free sample of MiraVie Illuminating Eye Serum on the Internet. There was a $4.95 charge for mailing which was reasonable. When it arrived I also had a sample of Advanced Skin Care which I was not aware that I had requested it. Right away I was not happy with the Eye Serum as it burned when I applied and caused my eyes to water for the next two days. I did not realize that I had agreed to receive multiple shipments of the product if I did not respond within a certain amount of time. I have been told that there was "fine print" that I should have read, but I did not see any and the I am not sure what website I found the product on. It was a pop-up when I was looking for something else. I left town and did not receive my mail for the next month and was surprised to see a charge of 89.95 for the Skinshimmer and 85.95 for the eyevitalize when I returned.I called to cancel both items. When I returned home I realized that I had been charged another time for both items and I did receive another shipment which I refused and returned to the sender.

Consequently I have paid almost $200.00 for products which I did not order or agree too. It will be interesting to see if I am reimbursed for the second shipment which I returned.

This is a complete scam and I am surprised that Dr. Oz would allow his name to be used in the promoting of this product.

I ordered a sample for my eyes and skin for 4.95 online and never showed any signup for a subscription or cancel after 14 days and charged me 89.95 and 85.95 and I never gave them permission. when I called it was guy talking and a girl in the background telling him what to say he was confused and basically told me to bad your not getting the money back. I'm 65 on a limited income and in order for my credit card company to give the money I was supposed to get them to give my credit card company a code they would not do it. this is a scam and I cannot stop crying. I have no money now for the month because I paid my credit card and use it for the month now I have nothing they are bad people

IF YOU DONT CANCEL IN 14 days try charge you I think 89.50. Well I used my boyfriends card who is terrible about checking his account so the next month I recieved. Box from them again. When I call to get a refund I find out that I can't get a refund and was charged individually for said product. They only discounted me 35%. WHEN HOU CALL MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL BOTH ITEMS INDIVIDUALLYOR ONE WILL CONTINUETO CHARGE YOU.!

They got me for the free trial. Didn't know I had to cancel in 14 days or they would charge me 89.50 plus shipping and hAd to call twice because they are different companies so they say but when I started to research h I found there policies and terms and they give the same number for both said products and besure to let your card company know they are fraudulent so they can't keep taking your money because they will.

I ordered product of Eye serum and Skin cream from this MiraVie Collection on line for shipping charges. I did not know that they would therefore be sending me monthly shipments of the product and charging my account.

I saw that my account was charged and when I did I called the company to cancell out. They told me that they did not accept returns and that they would be charging me the amount that I saw on my account and would cancell any future shipments. I told them I was a consumer and did not want their product anylonger was dissatisfied and wanted to return the product to get a refund. They told me again and again that they did not accept refunds and therefore I would be charged the amount that had already been put on my account.

I have never before in my life dealt with a company such as this. The were very rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me they were the supervisor.

Thsi company needs to be shut down and not allowed to be in operation. I am very much disatisfied and want to see results.

  • Mar 5, 2016

I ordered the face cream and eye cream online. The way they worded the offer, I understood I was getting a trial size 14 day supply and only paying shipping, which was around $10 for both products. Product was ordered on 2-18-16 and I received it about 5 days later. On March 3 my credit card was charged $89.95 for face cream and $85.95 for eye cream.

I immediately called and cancelled through the automated system. I transferred to an agent who offered me a discount after I complained about the charge. I was upset and wanted to return the whole thing, I don't like being tricked. They won't take returns. I had to call two separate numbers for refund (listed on my visa statement). One offerered 35% refund, the other 75% refund. Sadly, even if this product works, I will not purchase more in the future simply because they appear dishonest up front. These type of companies do not stay in business for long. I'll stick with Mary Kay.

  • Mar 3, 2016

I ordered a "free" trial of this product, which is a very tiny amount that does NOT apear to me to be anything more than a cheap lotion. I then had a $94.90 charge on my VISA because I didn't cancel a membership that I didn't know I had. When I called the number on my VISA bill, I got absolutely NO help and in fact felt completely insulted. I now have a tiny little $94 bottle of watery lotion. I feel like I am a seasoned veteran (67 year old college graduate) and I was still sucked into this scam just like several other people. I hope someone can close down this operation and make the people responsible make restitution for the money they have gotten through this method.

  • Feb 29, 2016

I ordered a trial sample for 4.95 and one week later I was charged 89.95 or a "membership". I called the company and got hung up on 2 times before I was able to get my so called "membership" cancled. I was unable to recoup any of my money but will be contacting my attorney on Monday morning.
