I purchased two dog banks from Facebook seller "High Class Universe" in early Nov 2016. I paid for these dog banks at that time & still have not received them as if this date 11/27/2016.
Purchased two World's Cutest Dog Banks through a company called High Class Universe. They had a flash sale ad on Facebook. I spent about $40+ and some change for the two banks on December 9, 2016. These were supposed to be Xmas presents for my two young boys. They never came and Xmas is over. I emailed them but never got a response. I was a bit concerned that I may have been scammed because their email address was a Gmail account. When I looked them up on Google I was sent to Spotify where the site was shut down. I now realize this was an internet scam. They had a well thought out plan to scam innocent holiday shoppers. I was sent a confirmation email with an order number, calculated tax & estimated delivery time. It seemed very legit. I was initially reeled in by their flash sale that indicated that there was limited time and quantity.
On December 8th I purchsed 2 of the cutest dog coin banks after seeing an advertisement on instagram. On December 12th the funds were deducted from my account. After waiting several weeks, I emailed the company inquiring about my purchase. I received no response. On 12/27 I went to follow up and the online store is no longer in existance. I followed up with shopify and was informed that they only provide online stores and checkout programming for some online stores, but they do not have anything to do with the day to day orders and fufillment, merchant are independant businesses. This is fraud, funds were deducted from my account and the product was not received. I filed a claim with my bank, but something should be done, after reading through this site it appears that I am not the only victim here.

I have no idea if these are the same or different vendors, if they are legit or not. I will no longer risk purchasing anything through facebook.

I received a confirmation and order number on December 1, 2016 and my account was debited for the purchase price of the banks on December 5, 2016. I was told I would receive an e-mail when the order was shipped and after two and a half weeks I sent an email regarding the order. I never received any reply and thought maybe the company was busy. Today I go online and the company is not available on the website and I noticed several fradulent claims being posted on this sight.
I guess I have been duped as many others have concerning these dog banks and my grandkids will have one less gift under the tree. I was charged $65.97 which I would like returned if no merchandise will be shipped.

I guess I have been duped as many others have concerning these dog banks and my grandkids will have one less gift under the tree. I was charged $65.97 which I would like returned if no merchandise will be shipped.
At this time, when I try to view the order the website says, " Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable." and is linked to Shopify!
I want my money back or the dog banks that were advertised on Facebook!
I ordered 2 World's Cutest Dog Coin Banks on Dec 10 @ 21.99 ea. Got an email confirmation but no other communication. Emailed them twice but to no response. Now the website is not functioning. So I'm out $43.98. What a ripoff!!! Was billed under the name Unstoppable Vision LLC 318-321-8499. Beware of this scam!!
Ordered 2 World's cutest doggy bank $43.98 on Dec. 8, 2016 when I saw it on a Shopify ad on Facebook. My CC was charged. Received conformation from them on Dec. 9th that my order was getting ready to ship but have never received item. Emailed them but they never responded. Their shop is no longer available on shoptify.
I ordered two dog coin banks from High Class Universe on November 29th. I received a confirmation email for both transactions that said my order was received and I would receive a second email when the item shipped. My bank account was charged December 1st. Now the website is unavailable and there is no way to contact the company. I have notified my bank and they are attempting to reverse the charges.

I purchased two dog banks on November 30, 2016. My credit card shows payment of $43.98 on December 2, 2016. I have not received the product. I have sent two email enquiries but never received a response. I did view their webpage a couple weeks ago but now it shows unavailable. The phone number is also no longer in service. Very disappointed to be ripped off. Now I will always be suspicious of ordering anything on line.
I ordered a cute dog bank for a Christmas gift for my husband from FB over 30 days ago and never received my order. 21.99 was withdrawn from my bank account. I emailed them 3 times and have not heard back. This company is full of It.
Placed an order for travel activity trays for children on November 22, 2016. Supposed to be Christmas gifts for our granddaughters. These items were seen on Facebook. Realized on December 19th we had not received the order. Sent reply email to the confirmation but never received an answer. Can't find any other information about the company. Today the Shopify website is unavailable. I sent another email today cancelling my order. I do not see that my credit card was charged but going to notify them to block the charge.
