Now only a few days before Christmas, I again checked the status (no change) and tried to find another way to contact them. There is NO telephone number or address listed for them. They have not responded to my email. And I still have not received the order. I did a Google search on this company and they have OVER 100 complaints against them for the EXACT same issue I have.
In fact, most of them are for the same item which they were advertising on Facebook. I am going to contact my credit card company, but wanted to put my experience out there to warn others of this scam.
On November 20, 2016 I ordered a product from High Class Universe; a Portable snack and tray for my Grand daughter. I have not received the product nor any followup on the particular Item. upon reserching the company I have found that I am not the only consumer that has been ripped off from this company. I find it unsual that a company does not give any contact information in order to contact them. I am not the type of individual that will "sit back" and do nothing. I will do whatever it takes to get this company removed from the internet; as well as get my money back.
I purchased the World Custest Dog Money Box for my 3 year old son over a month ago and all I recieved was a confirmation that my order was processed and money taken. Since then I have been unable to get in touch with anyone regarding the shipment of my item, its a ghost town. This is the last time I purchase something off an internet link from Facebook. So sad that companies like this exist.

I bought 3 of HIgh Class Universe " cutest dog banks ever " , they were advertised on facebook. Once you receive the confirmation order they have charged you, and never deliver the banks. They are so despicable the charge on my credit card statement was from Unstoppable Vision ? No clue who they are, this company needs to be stopped !
I ordered a puppy bank for my grandson for Christmas and it never showed up!!! I emailed them and they never answered!!! I want my money back!!!? now I'm broke and can't get him anything for Christimas
Ordered the "World's Cutest Doggy Bank" @ $21.99 on Dec 12, 2016 when I saw the ad on Instgram. My CC was charged. Received conformation from them on December 12 that my order was getting ready to ship but have never received a shipping confirmation or the order itself! I've emailed them twice, but have never received a response.
I purchased 8 doggy banks from an Instagram ad I saw from High Class Universe on Nov 27, 2016. I Paid $175 and still haven't received any notification of shipment. I emailed the company with no response in return. There is no phone number for the company. Complete scam!
Ordered 2 of the "world's cutiest coin banks" for gifts for Christmas. Got an order #17946. Cost me 43.98. Said order was confirmed. It has been 4 weeks. When I try to track it, I get a message order not found. I contacted them by email asking about my order. No reply. I used a bank gift card for this purchase.
High Class Universe showed up in my Instagram. I went to the web address from my PC and ordered 2 World's Cutest Dog Coin Banks totaling $43.98. Paid with credit card. Order never came. Emailed twice with no response. No other way to contact them.
I ordered The World' Cutest Dog Coin Money Box on Dec 8 from this company which presented on Facebook. I received an immediate confirmation which said I would be notified when my items were shipped. My bank account has been charged just under $50. I have not received the items. Have contacted the company twice via email. No reply. They have a very professional looking website
