I ordered a Free bottle of CBC Oil for shipping of $5.95. The package was delivered from Diet Supplements, yet billed through ACMRMAR. Approximately 10 days after my sample arrived there was a charge of $69.95 on my checking account. I contacted my bank to file a complaint for false charge and to get a phone number to cancel. I called and was connected to someone I could barely understand. I explained why I was calling. He asked for the invoice number. At that time I didn't think one was sent. He asked me to hold. I waited approximately 2 minutes and he had hung up on me. I called my bank once again and they have put a hold on my account for any more charges from ACMRMAR. I have since found the small invoice. At the bottom of the receipt it states: Thank you! You order has been paid in full. I would have thought that with the invoice they would have sent a copy of the contract stating that this is going to be a monthly charge. Their Customer Service number is totally different from the one that was on my bank statement.

Nothing is Free

Ordered a 'Free' bottle of CBD oil. Paid only $5.95 shipping on credit card. Site made no mention that order would automaticly sign me up for a monthly membership for $69.95 a month. Less than two weeks later my card was charged this monthly fee. Called and cancelled membership immediately.

Since others have complained that this company continues to charge their accounts, I am very concerned. I use Gift Cards on the internet so as to protect my personal bank account, but there are no provisions to stop monthly withdrawls or force the company to refund my money.

Do you know of another way to shop on the internet without these problems?

Thanks for the WARNINGS!

I just received the trial of CBD oil, paying only the $5.95 shipping like all these other customers. Have only had it for 3-4 days, been telling others about the wonderful effect it has on my arthritis.

Since I was sure others would want to order it, I went online a bit ago and found the site and discover it has all your customer comments and complaints about their charges, so I have today cancelled my credit card to keep from being charged the $69.95 like all the rest of you.

Thank God for all of you who have sounded the alert! I would have been in the same boat as you, with bogus charges on my account! I also discovered from my credit card company that when these people can't get money through one account they will use several other company names to get their charges locked in, so I'm thankful I'm closing the CC number. My CC (credit card) company told me that's the ONLY was to foil these people, and the consumer is left with the cleanup of notifying all creditors. Sigh.

Society is sure full of scammers these days! It's "buyer beware" for sure! I'm only sorry I now have to call all creditors to notify of the mess.

The only effective way to prevent these people, I think, is to have a PayPal account and always use them for my online shopping, which I will remember in future!

How can I get these people to stop charging my credit card?! I cancelled in April, because their product made me very ill, and they are still sending me bottles of it! And now three companies that I've never heard of are trying to charge my card for the same thing. Slimsmartnow.com, Winningathealth.net, and Newhealthytoday.com. I may be old but I'm not stupid! Did they think I wouldn't notice?

Cannot Contact

I called this number after receiving a "sample" order, to cancel. Did not know I was getting into a monthly ordeal...Non working number !!!!! Now i have to get a total different bank account or i will be charged over $60.00 a month for something i don't want and after discussing with my Dr. I can't use with the meds i take. I am on disability and a fixed income....This is totally not right......

I ordered 1 trial bottle of a Nutritional Supplement for my wife who has Alzheimer's Disease. Trial is the key word. We wanted to see if it had any effect on her physical or mental comfort.

We did not request any additional shipments, yet we just received another bottle. When I tried to telephone the company, I was put on eternal hold. Since they have not provided an email address, I cannot contact them to stop further shipments.

Anyways i never gave authority to withdraw from my debit card. I want a full refund.

Over a month ago (3/15/17), I ordered a free trial of "PureCBD" for a shipping charge of $5.95. The website said absolutely NOTHING about subscribing to a monthly bottle of CBD oil. On 4/14/17, my card was charged $69.95 by www.morehealthtoday.com. On 4/15/17, I disputed the charge at my credit union, closed my card, and got a new one.

I had never been on the website, which doesn't even sell CBD, before I saw that charge on my bank account. Today, a bottle of "PureCBD" arrived. Also today, I finally got an answer at the customer service number, but it turns out that the customer service is done through supportlink.biz, which apparently operates out of the UAE.

The representative told me to mail the bottle that arrived today to Diet Supplements -- SEC, 500 North Rainbow Blvd., Ste. 300, Las Vegas, NV 89107. After Googling the address, I found a negative BBB report of a business called, "Complete Nutrition" at that address, as well as several others.

The site that charged my bank account, www.morehealthtoday.com, is located at 718 Kings Road, Apt. 313, West Hollywood, CA 90069. These businesses must be one and the same, all with different website fronts.

When I got the initial trial, I landed on a page like this (https://securedonlinepurchase.com/new/index.php?vp=cbdtrial1832&Country=us&PubID=15&PC=3470&FilePath=cbd2-res-drops-orange-trial&SID={pain}&SID2={keyword}&LPID=1690&ClickID=94822438) when I Googled "free trial of CBD oil." I never received a follow-up email advising me that there would be further shipments.

I will not be sending the bottle I received today, as I have no guarantee whatsoever that they will refund my money, so I'm depending on my credit union to resolve the issue. There is no answer on the phone number on the bottle, and when I called the number on the packaging, I was talking to someone on the island of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean.

First saw an ad on a webpage. I clicked on it. It said free CBD oil. As I paged through it said it wanted credit card info. I was skeptical, but continued to the last page. It looked like it was going to make me buy something, so I backpaged out of the site. I was shocked when I recieved the oil a couple of weeks later. It was already past the auto frfill date I have nw learned. I called immediately when I saw the charge on my bank statement. They said they would credit it back. 5 days later, I called back again, and did the same thing. They gave me a confirmation #. Still no credit. I called Michael Garcia today, and he said they might give me half my refund back if I sent the bottle back. I asked for a supervisor, he wouldnt provide one.. Big ripoff

I ordered a trial of cbd oil tincture. There was nothing in terms or conditions regarding subscription or future mailings etc. it took in excess of three weeks to receive product. Once received I called number on bill and verified not enrolled in any subscription. My checking account was charged again fir 79.95. When called comosngvwas told they could refund 60%. Contacted bank and disputed false charge.

I filled out all the information, but decided not to order. I then closed the tab and left the website. They charged my bank account and shipped their bogus tincture anyway! I had to block their charges from my bank and send back their fake junk! What they are doing is totally illegal! By the way, the bottle they sent wasn't even sealed! Ridiculous behavior! I should have read all the bad reveiws. My Bad.

I clicked on a Facebook ad for alternative pain management CBD oil and was taken to a website where I placed an order for free trial. I input my payment info for shipping, The next thing was an offer for a discounted second bottle. Because I never tried it before, I turned the offer down and a hyperlink appeared saying "Take me to my receipt." I thought it strange but clicked anyway. Expecting​ to be taken to my cart or checkout for final approval, I was taken to a page thanking me for the order. I NEVER approved the 2nd bottle and my debit card company refused to reverse the charges (2 appeared. One for shipping and one for the 2nd bottle). My shipping receipt shows all $0.00's, giving a customer service number that has no greeting but plays music. Today my card is charged again. This time for $79.95. I'm very angry that I'll have to change my card and I will spend my day trying to get my money refunded.

I ordered a bottle of CBD oil as a 14 day trial product with a paid shipping/handling fee of $5.95 using a credit card. When I received the product with no instructions of dosage, ingredients or any detailed usage information, I decided to cancel my trial subscription the same day via phone to Customer Service # 800-796-1089. The CS Rep stated, upon receipt of me paying ship/handling fees again & the returned product I need to contact them for tracking # to begin the cancellation process. Right then, I became suspicious; only to read negative reviews expressing this company as a SCAM!! It appears their reputation is tainted, therefore I intend to unauthorize future transaction through my creditor and file a complaint with the Attorney General because they can't be trusted. Their out to get your money!! Although I read some good reviews about the product, I'm not impressed with the lack of consumer protection!!, Scamming companies should be reported!!

Company placed an ad in Facebook offering a free bottle of CBD oil just for $5.95 which is shipping and handling.

You enter your name, address, credit card number and click on rush me my free trial bottle. They send you a bottle of oil tincture and a bottle of pills. A month later, a charge of $79.95 appears on your checking account and there is no way to contact customer service.I have tried the two phone numbers and emailed their supposedly support site and they have returned my email.

On 05/19/2017 I ordered a Free Trial of CBD Oil from a company called Healthy-Shine.Co.. I did not agree to more than the trial bottle. The product arrived within a week. The invoice included with the product Was from Diet Supplements- SEC. No balance Due. My credit Card was charged $5.95. Two weeks later we noticed a charge to our account for $79.95. From the same company, Healthy-Shine.Co. I have not recieved anything else. I will go to my bank today and request new cards.

I viewed am email with a free suppliment offer with a shippng and handling charge of $5.95. The company charge my credit card $85.90 and $54.90. I have not recieved the FREE product yet. I called the company numnber 877-429-2465 and the assocaite informed me that she could not find my order in the records and could not be found so she can not refuned me. I called again to talk to another assocaiate wjho informed me the same thing. I beleive this was a scripted responce. I called my credit card company and send a dispute for both of the charges.

I bought 1 bottle of Diet Spplements for 4.95 in April but my card was charged for 200 for 4 bottles. I returned all unopened bottles back within a week but have not received refund.

Made several attempts to get refund speak to someone new everytime really rude and refuse to give refund back doesn't let to speak with anyone else. I don't have money to let it go like this. Las Vegas

On Facebook or Instagram I received an ad for CBD oil. It said try 1 bottle for $4.95. At the end I was charged $198. No where did it allow me to review my order so I'm looking to return. When I called to return they gave me very little return info and no info about what company NAME to return to, just an address and a number...that's it. I asked and she said oh put manager or returns or whatever? Or whatever?! You have got to be kidding me. As soon as I was charged I tried to shut down the payment thru my bank w no luck. So now I'm returning 200 dollars worth of product that I may never get a refund for. She then told me I am going to be charge $7 for each bottle to restock. Meanwhile I agreed to 1 bottle but they sent 4 bottles! Again., without a chance to review my cart like businesses do. Anyways, wish me luck when I send this product back and attempt to get money in return. I have a pretty solid feeling I'll be sending back rhis product certified and insured and somehow I will have done something wrong, they never received it, or claiming the bottles where open even tho they are not so they will not give me my money back.

I ordered a free sample of the product, plus shipping $4.95. Within 4-5 minutes, i discovered i had been charged $198. I called just as soon as i noticed this, and tried to cancel the order only to find out they would not cancel it. This product came with a $50 rebate. Today, i tried to run my rebate form off, and guess what??The rebate form would not let me print it because it had been cancelled. This is a scam company...Learned my lesson about ordering a free sample from a place. Nothing but a scam!!!

I searched for a place to purchase some CPD oil as I have read about health benefits. I came across a website whereby I could get a trial and I could cancel at anytime so I ordered a trial for $5.95. I decided after receiving the bottle I wasn't comfortable trying it and I wanted to make certain that my credit card would not be charged any further by this company. I looked in the bag and looked over the receipt and there were no return instructions nor a telephone number. I returned to the website to find a number and there was no number. The more I looked at the website, there is no real company name, no instructions for returning any product and no telephone number.

I did a little research on the internet and came upon this website so I searched hereand was able to find a telephone number. I called and it appeared to be an answering service of sorts so no manager was available. I was told that the unused bottle needed to be returned before any cancellation would be processed. If the bottle is not returned I was told then my credit card will continue to be charged $79.95 every 3 weeks and I will also be responsible for the full amount of the trial bottle. I was told that you can only send the bottle back through the United States Post Office and to get a tracking number. I was given a Return Authorization Number which needs to be on the outside of the box. Once the bottle is on its way back and I have the tracking number I should call the customer service number back and give them the tracking number and have my Return Authorization Number available when I call. Now I need to block my card until I am certain it will not be charged.

I ordered the free sample of the product on 01/02/2018 for only S/H of $5.95. My cc was charged 01/02/18. I received the order 01/05/18. On 01/16/18 my card was charged an additional $79.95. I called to dispute the charge and request a refund and was told no. I was informed I had “agreed” to a trial period for 14 days and because I had not returned the product I was being charged.

Chelsea Carmin, employee #1227 refused to connect me with a supervisor and said she would not refund my money. After 20 minutes of arguing with me she offered a 35% credit which I refused. I requested a copy of the terms and agreements, disclosures and any documentation that supposedly agreed to and was denied.

She did say if I disupted it with my bank, she would send them the documents showing I had agreed to the "trial" and I would have to still pay the $79.95. I was "disconnected" while I was on hold waiting for the supervisor.

I called back two more times, had the same discussions with Angel & Bianca and each time was "disconnected" without being allowed to talk to billing or a supervisor. I tried to call back in an hour, to talk to the supervisor - Christy Isabelle, emp # 0316, who was on break, and my call was never picked up.

I read the full terms and agreement prior to clicking I had read it, and it only disclosed they would use my information for marketing. There was nothing in the advertising or the disclosure, terms or conditions that indicated I was "joining" or "subscribing to" anything, nor that my purchase was tied to a trial with a return clause.

I have filed a complaint with the Indiana Attorney Generals office for false advertising, and fraud, manipulative sales practices and theft. I am filing the same complaint with the Nevada Attorney General. I have disputed the charge with my bank and I will put this company and their practices out everywhere I can for it’s deceptive practices.

I ordered a trial size of the product , then within two weeks I was charged $79.95, this was after calling the company to cancel any further shipments two days after the initial order. Difficult at best to reach this company, and I have disputed their charge with my credit card company. I see there are numerous other complaints about this company, and I will use these to help dispute my own charge, as they are obvious scammers!!!!!

When I called the company four times, four different people said they couldn't find me or my credit card in their system. Another company sending "free " samples tried the same. When I finally got them to admit I was in their system, I argued with them for a long time before they reluctantly agreed to remove the charges. In the meantime, I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I accepted their offer for a free bottle of CBD Tincture, pay only the s/h, which I believe was about $6.

Never saw anything about them sending me anything automatically.

About a week later a charge for $79.95 appears to be pending on my credit card.

I have canceled the card and indicated this as unauthorized.

This type of activity needs to be stopped and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I accidentally ordered this product by clicking on a wrong button. I immediately sent them an email to cancel the order and then I called them as well. They said the order would be cancelled. However, about a week ago I received the product anyway. Then today I noticed a charge for $79.95 on my bank account. I immediately called them and explained to them problem and he cancelled my account and I told him I wanted a refund issued. Very quickly he replied I would see it in 3-5 business days and hung up before I could say anything else. I called back immediately and spoke with another petson who checked the account and said it had been cancelled. I asked about the refund and she said she couldn't give it to me. I explained that I had cancelled the order the same day it was placed and she said they had nothing on file that showed I called and refused to return the money by just saying the word "NO". I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the senior account person so I asked to speak to her manager and she said NO she was senior person and hung up. How can I help it if they didn't make a note that I called. I do have the email I sent to them. What a ripoff!! Someone needs to take them down.

I ordered a trial of CBD oil, no written statement of charges were included with the bottle, Received 2 more bottles again no statement. I called the company and was told the bottles were $79 each. When I asked why no statements, the rude customer service person just kept saying it was on the site when I ordered it, which I did not see or understand.

I explained to her that this oil did nothing to help with my fibromyalgia, made me sick to my stomach and I did not want it. She finally said I could return one bottle but not the other although neither had been opened. She said she would email me an address to return the one bottle, but she did not follow through with that.

I feel that this company is deceptive by not including a statement with this product. I am quite upset about having to pay for a terrible product.

I ordered this product as a pain relief supplument. I suffer from cronic pain, and 'am willing to try natural altternitives. This however did nothing at all. To make matters worse, without worning, a second order arrives, and I'm charged almost 70 dollars.

No return lables, no contact phone numbers, nothing. Do NOT order this product. It is crap, just like it's support staff, which is non existant.

I was able to pass a drug screen on this product I failed a drug screen four days later and was very ill from the product and was admitted to the hospital, and humilated by the report stating I was a substance abuser.

I ordered and paid the shipping charges for a free trial of cbd oil. If you don't cancel the order after the trial then they will charge you $80 per month. It was 100mg off junk so I called to cancel and was told I had to pay to ship back the empty bottle. I told them I no longer had the bottle and don't want more shipped to me. I was told I now had to pay the full price and would be charged monthly.

I asked for a sample of their prouct and happily paid the shipping required. I did NOT say I wanted to be charged for more shipments on my account. That was not the agreement, nor did I see that agreement in any fine print.
