Ordered CBD oil for back pain. Fake stuff and does nothing for pain. They keep sending bottles and charging my credit card. called customer service 800 # and got no answer.
I ordered one small bottle of cbd tp try and see if it would help me. i didnt notice any improvement. then i keep getting a bottle every month that i did not order. I ordered forst time and they assume i want to continue ordering. which i do not want. no way to contact them. not very professional if cant get in touch with anybody. now i wonder about the product itself.will never purchase anything from them again. talk about a rip off. never again
Ordered a trial diet supplement called "Forskolin" and now receiving a Diet Supplement called " Maintenance Cleanse 1600" without my authorization. Continue to get package each month and charged monthly. Don't use any, packages unopened. Tried contacting company directly and wait on hold forever.
I fell for the "FREE TRIAL OFFER" for the CBD oil for $5.95 to cover shipping. The then billed my credit card account for $79.95. Two weeks later they shipped a second order and then billed my account for the $5.95 and the $79.95 without my authorization. I will not let this rest.
I fell for the trial of paying just the postage and handling. I was told I could cancel before a certain time so I would not get auto ship. I called to tell them I want to cancel till I have a chance to try it. She said the only way I can cancel is to return the product. I blew up and told her this is a scam and I will be reporting it. No joke, folks---don't get caught with this. To top it off, I have to send back at my expense. I never used it, so they better be refunding my money.

I stated that would be a 13 day trial then. The product reached me on May10, 2017. They said it was ordered on May 4, 2017. As it comes with a 14 day free trail, I tried to call them them the same day I recieved it.
The phone number 1(800) 796-7089 didn't work. The e-mails I sent to [email protected] couldn't be sent, because no such address.This information was provided on their ad and policy pages.
I called my credit card company and they reported that there was charges for $69.95 twice within two weeks.
They gave me a conditional credit on my cc account and asked that I call and cancel all future orders.
They would also investigate and if the company does not comply with their request to cancel all future orders and credit for what has been shipped, they would suspend their account.
The cc company asked that we should prepare to send back already shipped material and to notify the USPS of this scam.

SEC Diet Suplements advertises legal CBD oil, but keeps shipping monthly bottles at $69 a pop despite calling to cancel. In fact, I specifically asked the girl I spoke to for my "trial" bottle if SEC sent more bottles without my approval. She said, "NO" They have all the hallmarks of a scam.

I called my credit card company and they (in short) told me that they would credit my account for what was charged and not allow future charges.
The cc company would also contact CEI to cancel and if they did not comply they would suspend doing business with them.
They requested that I try to contact and cancel future shipments but I have not been successful contacting them.

the clerk on the phone told me , that I should return the bottle to the company. And when they receive it , then they will cancel my account.
