Richard Nava at Zozi's Loft sold me a standard queen sleeper sofa and standard love seat on March 7, 2017, to be delivered on March 16, 2017. I was never told that there are "no returns" on my items before my purchase. Richard told me to electronically sign for the delivery of the items, so I did at the time of purchase, on March 7, 2017.
Richard neither told me nor showed me at the time of signing that I was signing in agreement with a "no return" policy. My electronic signature was later found on a document that states "no returns."
On March 17, within 24-hours of delivery, I called Zozi's Loft about returning the products I had purchased. Richard got back to me the following day. On March 18, at 10:30 am Pacific Time, Richard Nava offered to accept the return for a 30% restocking fee, which he totaled over the phone at "$681.86." I agreed with his terms.
On March 21, Richard and an associate came to my apartment and saw that the couches are still in mint condition. Richard said he would contact me the next day, March 22. He never contacted me and hasn't responded to further attempts at communication about the return.
I am seeking the opportunity to return our purchased items on the terms we agreed on.
