Finally Zohar Cohen is in jail unable to bail himself out. Claimed to be a member of the Cohen Eeal Estate Family , but his real last name is Abitzker. Claims he has a 200mm trust fund , gets investors to invest saying his funds will come from his trust funds which never seem to appear. He recently lost several cases and has judgements of over 12mm. He has numerous other judgements and has failed to pay one dime . His mother assists him my backing up his story that he lives in Trump Tower . In one lawsuit the plaintiffs lawyer has a sworn statement from the lead doorman that neither he or his mother ever resided there. ( See Dune Road lawsuit ). He has other cases pending and will hopefully be imprissoned for many years to come
Went into an investment with him , when it came time to put up his money he claimed his " trust fund " would not allow a withdraw of his funds . Sold various assets to investors that he did not own. Used a formers partners land as collateral for another loan upon which he defaulted .
