ZEROREZ Franchising Systems, Inc Reviews

Zerorez advertises on WSB-95.5 AM FM and I am sure other media that their carpet cleaning special is $139.00 for 3 rooms and 1 hall. When I called them they said the minimum would be about $175.00. Plus they only serivce my area, 20 miles, outside Atlanta about twice a month. So much for advertising.

On Saturday, 15 Jun 2019, I used the automatic car wash at the Arizona Auto Spa (a business owned by Zerorez) at 8687 E. Golf Links Road in Tucson, AZ. The wash took my credit card swipe and then charged me twice for a $9.00 wash.

I called the number posted at the car wash several times beginning that day, all the way to Weds, 18 Jun 2019. Each time, I left a message. Each time, no message was returned. I finally texted the number. The reply was "why don't you come on down and I'll give you a free wash?".

Like I needed a free wash after having had a wash on Sat (when I lost the $9, mind you). Wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to lose money and you have a thing for poor customer service.

My neighbor, hired Bay Area Zerorez on 4-16-2016 to clean her carpet. The technician was Tony Ford, Invoice number 34628. The work done on Leafwood Dr, Salinas, CA.

My neighbor heard a commercial on the TV for Bay Area Zerorez, $99 Clean 2 rooms Get 3rd room Free special.

The technician, Tony, asked if she wanted the Protectant as well as the carpet cleaned and she said yes.

Tony did NOT tell her in advance that that would cost her $30 per room, and since she had 3 rooms and a hall way cleaned, the protectant was put on 4 rooms for $120.

If Tony had told her that's what the cost would be in ADVANCE, she would not have approved this option.

Tony was at the house for approx 30 mins to clean the carpet and apply the 'protectant'. He also missed one section of a bedroom which was not cleaned.

So instead of being a little more than $99, the bill was $263.

My neighbor is an elderly woman, and Tony took advantage of her, by not disclosing in advance what the actual cost would be. Needless to say, it is not professional to take advantage of women, especially older women.

Bay Area Zerorez is a ripoff company, taking advantage of elderly people.
