I signed contract with Zeromax moving and storage to move my furniture from New York to Boca Raton FL.
I sent them pictures of our furniture before I signed contract with them. They had to disassemble furniture in New York,covered it with blankets during the move and assembled it in Boca Raton.
They did not tell me before I signed contract with them that my furniture that made from pressed wood will be destroyed even during dissassembling and it will demaged more during the move. in addition my furniture was not covered with blankets as it was stated in agreement. They used stratched paper instead.
Also Zeromax emailed me their insurance that has nothing to do with coverage of damaged furniture and did not explained me that. They offered me now $250.00 for my bedroom set that coveres 60 cents per pound and even did not calculate all items of it.
