I purchased a Zen360 Electric Panorama Ball Head × 1 from www.zenphotostore.com (Zen Photo) an online retailer selling photography goods on the 22nd of October 2017. After 2 month of not receiving an email shipping confirmation I started to worry about the item I purchased as I was hoping for it to arrive by Christmas as it was intended as a present.
After sending them 2 messages about a week apart each to ask about my item, they finally responded:
''Thanks for your email. We are so sorry for the delay. Unfortunately due to high demand of this product we ran out of stock.It is now back in stock and we are working hard on processing all the orders and ship them ASAP. Your order is currently being processed. Once it ships, we will email you the tracking information.''
So I decided to wait another month and I still haven't received any shipping notification from them and I decided tht I better ask for a refund as it looks like it will never arrive. [continued below]....
I purchased to mini-blue tooth printers back in May, 2018. I was told my first package was lost. The received an email stating that my package was lost and that I should be receiving a new package within 3 to 5 days. Well that was more than 6 weeks ago and still no merchandise. I have been emailing and asking if I am getting the items or if they are going to refund my money. They will not respond to my emails. They say when you are emailing support BE NICE-NICE gets you help faster. Well, I am tired of being nice. I want the items or the refund. I should not have had to send 6 emails to find my items. This is a disgrace. I will never order anything from them again and will tell all my friends not to order from them. Its a shame. I work hard for my money and if it is gonna be wasted, I want to be the one to waste it.
In September 2017 I ordered approximately $200.00 of items, Order #4664. After two months I never received any items. I contacted them they told me they were back ordered. In March 2018 I was told they were on there way. Never received the items. I continued contacting an individual by the name of Justin V. who claimed he would put an inquiry in on the order. In July 2018 was my last attempt to either receive my products or a refund. Twice I was told my products were on their way, which I feel Zen uses to buy time.
To this date December 2018 I have not received any products, correspondence or refund.

Items not recieved
