Almost everyone that's worked here long-time is a professional con-artist hoping to make a quick buck off of the sweat and tears of desperate young folks hoping to (finally) start their careers. There may be a few who legitimately enjoy the work, but that's about it; it's an exploitative trap through and through. Their "HR" department consists of one poorly-educated woman who will lie through her teeth in order to get you to come in, because that's how she gets paid. The job postings are HIGHLY misleading. They don't even look at your resume, and they'll hire just about anyone because they don't actually have to pay you; it's all commission-based, door-to-door sales. I would have been fine with their line of work, had they been honest regarding the job, but everything they say to you, just about, is a lie. Do yourself a favor and never step foot in that closet they call their "office space". When the bad press comes out they change their name. Just look up JNS Marketing, "Neil"'s previous "firm".
I was told I was to be doing an "internship", but every time I brought up paperwork I was told "later". Neil is a creep and pretends to be your friend when really he is a user of the highest order. He posts misleading job descriptions in order to bring in all the fresh graduates who are finding out how limited their job prospects really are, and remembering how high their debt is. He hopes that he can use some crappy inspirational speeches to convince you that door-to-door sales is "not so bad". There has to be some kind of illegality involved in this business considering how the whole thing is based off of lies.
There are a few other "businesses" in league with Neil. If you find yourself being greeted in a tiny, badly-painted office with crappy music playing, by either Neil, Glenn, Morgan, or Jamie, turn around and run for the door.
