Beware of Zenernet and Ecovole! Epic failure when it comes to customer service and promises made at time of sale. The installation of equipment was quick within one month after financing and approval of project. The financing that they acquire for the customer allows for funds to be disbursed after installation of equipment. This is important because once Zenernet receives their funds, customer service is no longer important.
Promises are broken and emails do not get a reply. Our system has been installed since February and it is now October and we have been stuck paying a loan payment and our electric bill while continuing to wait on the project to be completed. One could say that we have a $54,000.00 paper weight on our roof! Alliant energy is even frustrated with the company. I have an email from Alliant to Ecovole stating that they have had numerous conversations for three months and they do not understand why they cannot comply to code.
We now have decided to seek legal action in hopes that our paper weight will one day produce the power promised by Zenernet. One more thing...very important. After the sale is made, the salesmen immediately pressure the consumer to rate them on there service. Emails are sent to the link almost daily until you give them a rating as stated "Your going to give us a five star rating right?". Don't trust the ratings!
