Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Downers Grove Reviews

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I went in to see what deals they had going on. If I found a great deal, I was going to trade my existing jeep in for the newer model. The sales person brought me a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. It had the main features I was looking for, navigation, reversing camera, blind spot indicators and a few other perks. The only problem was the Jeep was black and I really had my mind set on grace nite and they did not have one. I appreciated their time and was leaving when they told me they found a granite jeep at another dealership that is the exact same as the one I just saw less a sunroof. 4 hours later, they called me saying they had the granite Jeep at their location, I drove there at 8pm the sales person ran his finger down the specs saying "pretty much all the same accept for the sun roof". My mistake for not going line by line on the specs confirming everything. He pointed out random items that were the same and said it was everything I'm looking for. We nogotiated a price I felt very good about, but the price I negotiated was based on the Jeeps being exactly the same less the sunroof. I did not test drive the granite Jeep as I had already drove the black one and this was the 3rd Jeep I was buying so I'm familiar with them.
I drive home in the new car, I only live about 10 minutes from the dealership and park the car for the night. The next day I go to a meeting, attempt to enter the address in the navigation system and realize there is no Nav in the car. I start driving to the appointment and I realize there are no blind spot sensors on the car. I also was promised weather tech mats as part of the deal since I do construction and always have muddy shoes. I reached out to my sales guy explaining my displeasure, but also assumed blame as well since I should've looked more closed at the specs and not assumed they were "practically the same accept for the sunroof". I asked if there is something we can do to make this right. They said they would upload the Nav into the car and charge me $699 "their cost". It's a simple upload into the computer, doubt their cost is $699. I agreed to pay it but wanted my all weather mats I was promised and wanted to see if they would do anything about the blind spot sensors. The manager told me pretty much to go pound sand and there is nothing they can do. They will not reimburse me for the Nav, can't install the blind spot indicators (which I understood) and was s*** out of luck on the floor mats. They then attempted to back charge me on a rebate they gave me and wanted me to pay an additional $725 for the car. Convenient that that happened the day I went back in to try and sit down and resolve this amicably.
They pretty much pulled a bait and switch on me, hoping I would sign everything before noticing, telling me everything was the same when it wasn't, and I fell for it. Like I said, this is my fault too for letting them pull one over on me and now I can't do anything about it. Horrible experience, I feel taken advantage of and cheated. Rudest sales manager I have ever met. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership or if you do, assume the sales person is lying about the features and not giving you weather tech mats be promised and make sure you have everything in your hands and in writing before you leave because they are thieves. If they promise you oil changes, get it in writing or you probably won't get them. Horrible experience. The best part was when I said to the sales manager, "I know I am to blame too, but should all your customer assume your sales guys are unethical liars? Is that who you hire?" He smiled and again said, sorry we can't help. I said I'm taking my business elsewhere for service and oil changes and future purchase and he said that's fine. I also had a friend go and buy a Jeep from them 2 days later, assuming they were going to make things right by me. He didn't really give a crap about that either. I highly recommend going to a different dealership.
