I met "Dr" Bahman Guyron at an all-male strip club in Ohio. I was working nights at the all-male strip club to pay for my college tuition. I was/am a transgender male to femal.
When Bahman Guyron approached me for a private dance, he did not divulge that he is a surgeon.. When I spoke more in depth with him and asked him what his line of work was, he then claimed to be a plastic surgeon in Ohio. He several times asked that I do not tell anyone that he enjoys the company of transgender men in drag clothing.
He stated that he had a woman, but only for a cover up, for public society, because he was in fear of the public knowing he loves men in drag clothing and transgender attire.
He cried to, he started to become far more inebriated and drunk.
He asked me to soothe him by performing certain acts on his backside.
He paid me extra money to do so to his back side area in inside of the area, as well.
Afterwards, he cried i gratitude.
He asked to take me to a hotel, where he would pay for half of my college tuition, after our "session" for that evening at said motel.
I was hesitant and scared, as he appeared very sweaty and shaking.
However, he continually begged me and made a scene on the private room.
I only agreed, because I was under extreme pressure from him and scared he would cause more problems.
When we went to the motel, he suddenly cornered me and physically prevented me from leaving. He begged and cried for me to sleep with him and keep his shameful secrets.
He offered to perform facial surgery and body surgery for me at a "reduced" price, if I would stay in a "relationship" with him.
At this point, I am so very traumatised, aso I will simply fast-forward to the surgery.

Today, I cannot move my mouth or walk properly.
I am in constant pain. I cannot function normally.

But most importantly, when I clearly expressed concern about cartilage" grafts, he LIED : "Oh, I have a proven method, and I'll make sure you never have any issues with a graft."
I made arrangements (In excess of 10,000.00 dollars) to travel to Ohio, Also, on the REPEATED recommendations of his office staff, who is his most loyal cover-up artist. (Who presented herself as just the sweetest old lady you could hope to have as a grandmother, but with immense plastic surgery), I hired two nurses to be my aftercare post-op. Note that I would be under huge amounts of medication, in pain, vulnerable & in need of 24-hour care. The two nurses claimed that they'd be there to take "good" care of me (Which really meant that they would, at that pot-op moment, when I was dizzy, in pain, under medication, half-asleep, ABANDON ME IN A HOTEL ROOM!).
I made the treck to Ohio from Dallas, Texas.
The next day, I went for the in-office consultation with him.
I only asked 1 single question about my own nose, when he instantly threatened to cancel the surgery & send me packing. I was left aghast. WHAT surgeon reacts in this manner to a simple question? After he cruelly dismissed me form his office, I walked down the hallway, trying to hide the tears & terror that had invaded me. I should've headed the red flags from this monster. My fault for not doing so.
On the day of surgery, he never ever came to see me. When I specifically told a nurse I had a couple important questions that I must ask him before surgery, he disregarded & ignored me.
After the surgery, I was in disproportionate pain. But I never blamed that on him. One of the nurses, who I had hired on the insistence of his office staff, took me back to the hotel. When, in a drowsy stupor of anesthesia, I asked for a wheel chair to get ouf the car, she yelled at me and denied me a wheel chair.
When the second nurse came to take over, my fate was sealed. I was still under anesthesia, yet in pain, heavily medicated. I was ill, trying not to vomit, I was dizzy, vulnerable, in a strange hotel room, in a another state. However the nurse suddenly shook me awake, demanding MORE money than originally agreed upon. I was shocked (On top of my already bad condition, POST-SURGERY). I tried to form the words that I couldn't, at that second, pay her additional cash she demanded. I had no cash on me. I was just fresh out of surgery! But she continued to extort and blackmail me, while threatening to ABANDON me. She wanted me to stuff envelopes with cash, then & there. I told her I didn't have cash, as a traveler. She called Guyron's staff. It was patently clear that they were all in cahoots. The staff ordered me to pay the cash, or I would be left alone on my own. I said I didn't have cash! Then, that NURSE WALKED OUT, WENT TO THE FRONT DESK, DIVULGED ALL OF MY CONFIDENTIAL MEDICAL INFO THE MANAGER & TOLD THE MANAGER I WAS A TROUBLEMAKER & they should evict me from the hotel. THEN SHE TOOK OFF. The nurse actually took off and left me in a locked hotel rrom, under anesthesia, all by myself. I later realized she'd also STOLEN my debit card, had gone to a nearby store & used it. There I was, completely abandoned, woozy, physically disabled, medicated. I had no way to take care of myself. I could not even get up to walk to the door or open the heavy door to call out for help.
It wasn't until the next day when hotel maids found me disabled in the room. One of them, a very sweet woman, aided me. Daily, she brought me little things to keep me from injury & possibly death. She could not stay to help me, because she had a job to do as housekeeping in the hotel. Days later, when I could finally start to slowly walk, she helped me make a police report. The hotel manager could see I was a nice person. She submitted witness video testimony of the what the nurse had done to me.
B then, during the follow-up appointment with Dr. Bahman Guyron, instead of him examining me & helping me, he made a huge threatening speech that I better give that nurse the additional cash she demanded, or he would stop my post-op care. I actually recorded him on video (I did inform him that I was doing so). I have several videos of him & his assistant threatening me. Keep in mind that the two nurses that his desk staff had insisted I hire, were not employees of his office. They were not his nurses. They were not affiliated with him. However, in order to keep his loyal cover-up artist happy and have her continue to cover up his own misdeeds against so many patients, he chose to take the side of the nurses she had referred to me, to keep her happy.
But here is the most egrigeous part: upon the day he removed the splint, I saw that Guyron has BOTCHED my nose. The cartilage graft he'd performed actually POPPED out of place. And this was despite the fats that I had taken utmost care to be vigilant of my nose. Fast forward to when I was back home and having a follow-up Zoom video appointment with Guyron: During a recent video follow-up, Guyron actually hid himself from me, while I was fully visible. It was so bizarre, talking to a black screen. Yet I still tried to get along with him, as I still needed his guidance (If that's what you want to call the cruel things he did to me as a surgeon). I specified the problems. I clearly stated that the cartiledge in my nose had popped out of place and was not going to resolve on it's own. I told him also, that now I had breathing problems that I never had before the surgery. He arrogantly brushed me off.He was so unconcerned. He again made excuses. Subsequently, when I emailed him, about how concerning his Hide & Seek behaviour was, during the video follow-up, he mailed me a letter, FIRING me as a patient. The guilty do reveal themselves. He's ceased to respond to my emails & other communications since then. He has BOTCHED my nose. This was a 50,000.00 surgery, in which I've LOST my money & ended up with a lumpy, ruined nose. Also be aware that, just a few years ago, this SAME "doctor" filed a lawsuit against another victim of his botched surgery, in order to hide the facts. But when you do an internet search of Dr. Bahman Guyron, you'll see it all. I strongly caution all future surgery candidates to avoid Dr. bahman Guyron. Do not believe the hype. Do not be taken in by the "awards." Those alleged awards are the ones that so many surgeons PAY for. They are legitimate awards or accurate recognition.
Also, do not believe the youtuber called Lori Hill. Lori Hill is a youtuber who has made her channel by consistently criticising countless celebrities about their plastic surgeries, while looking like a victim of very bad surgery herself. She was apatient of Dr. Bahman Guyron and frequently sings his praises. And this is what people must keep in mind: Dr. Bahman Guyron reserves his skills only and only for those one or two (More like one) who publicly praise him. If you are not that one, then he willingly takes your money and yet arrogantly delivers sub-standard results that will cause you misery and pain for years to come. And he simply does not care. His callous attitutde is disturbing and a statement that he will not correct his work, will not work with you, and just does not care.
I will close with this: I believe that, at some point in the future, Bahman Guyron will come post some phony rebuttal here or will have one of his lowly employees do it for him and even perhaps falsely pose as a "patient" to sing his non-exitent praises.
