I placed an order from this company in Aug for a bronze Bluetooth showerhead. They instructed me to make the payment using PSN50 card. I was sent a confirmation email that the package was shipped. I never received the item. I emailed them back for the carrier and tracking info and they have not responded. Order # 102490.
They have you buy a gift card on amazon for payment and then you don't get what you paid for. I ordered my item and it just says processing but they never send it
I'm reporting zedwed for taking my money. And not sending me the product
This company offers great prices. They deceive you into buying a gift card from Amazon to pay for your order. They do not except credit cards. You will never get what you order. They do not have a phone number to be contacted. They only communicate by email. They will tell you that your order is shipped but they will not supply you with a tracking number. Your order will never be delivered.
August 31 2015 I placed a order using amazon psn card for 50.00 and emailed them the code so I can get a great deal on a hard drive boy was I wrong I have emailed them using their contact page haven't heard anything. So about an hour ago I call a lady answers and says he's not in right now can I take message I said yes gave them my name and my phone number and I only live about 8 hours from there which is 516.2 miles from me. So if I don't hear anything you better believe I will call the local police in Allentown and report fraud for sure. I cannot believe I was stupid for thinking I was getting a great deal on something when I am probably not getting a darn thing. Do yourself a favor stay away from their site. Also if I do hear anyhthing like status of my order I will come back and let you know as soon as possible.
please give me the number that you called.
Do not send them one dime. they trick you into strange payment requirements.
They have a forceful internet presence and their website looks very real. They sent positive press releases to many sites which printed them and there are a number of positive videos on YouTube and Vimeo. At the bottom of every Zedwed webpage, they say you can pay by credit card. They lie. When you check out there is no provision to pay by credit card. They give you an order number and send an email to the address you registered and want you to pay by $50 PSN gift cards and then send them the code. Wonder why all their discounted items are a penny or two under $50? Also, a commenter at another site said that there is no Zedwed at the address (6801 # 4 W Tilghman St. Allentown, PA). http://www.manta.com/c/mx4p0qz/zedwed-com So, I checked manta then google maps and went to that physical address and yep, no Zedwed.
Never been duped before, but their smooth website (now gone) and the fake reviews and youtube video reviews duped me completely. I think it was the youtube reviews that really sold me and convinced me to go ahead with their strange playstation payment plan. They only got me for $50.00 but what I'm finding is that there is no recourse and I'm not sure if there is even a place to file a complaint. If anyone knows who I should report this to, please advise. Oh well, lesson learned. Just irks me that they have the capability to build such a great website, dupe how many hundreds of people, then get away with it without any punishment.
My story is the same as everyone else. Those little movies made it look legit. Man how could I have been so stupid? Well if anyone was able to get their money back PLEASE let us know how?
TOTAL CON. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS.
Potentially the best ripoff I have come across - and embarrases me that I could be taken. Buy a PSN card from amazon and then send them the code seemed legitimate (for some reason!!) at that time. I paid $50 for a carpet cleaner - but given that this company has vanished with potentially millions of dollars of PSN cards, I think I am not seeing that again. If there are enough people, maybe we can interest the media or the companies or some forum to take action. Quite sure a lot of people are impacted. Please put issues with zedwed on this site. May attract attention from consumer fraud government agencies.
This company sold me 3 items off their internet webpage which I paid $200 for these electronic items (ipad, HDTV, and another electronic item). They said that 2 items were "processing" and another was "shipped". That was now over a month ago. They even said that the item that was shipped would arrive by september 9th. That never happened (it's now september 25th). When I emailed them through their contact page they gave me the run around and completely ignored my question on when my 2 items will ship and why my item that shipped has not arrived yet to my home. So then I emailed them 7 more times and got no response at all. I have proof that I paid $200 dollars thanks for using paypal and I have proof that my items never shipped to me or was received at my home with proof of when I ordered these items and all other dates and information thanks for me taking snapshots of my account on their website.
No one use this site!! they are a scam. Everyone that ordered items from zedwed.com should get their money back including me. The goverment should probably step in and take some criminal actions and civil actions for the people that used zedwed.com and were scammed out of their hard working money.
I placed my order and a couple days later tried going back to the website to check the status of the order. The website no longer exists. I tried looking for other information on the company and found an address in Allentown, PA on Manta.com. There was also an 888 phone number but when I called it, it didn't even ring. On that website the name assoiated with the business was Travis Graham.
I would recommend that you don't do business with them, but since there's no website or phone number, there's no way anyone could do business with them anyway.
I should have checked out the website even though it popped up while I was on a protected browser.
I ordered a printer at half the price I was looking at on another site, so I went to www.zedwed.com The sale seemed legitimate until it got to the payment process. That shoul have been a "red flag" also, but I pressed on.
I purchased a Play Station certificate from Amazon and pasted the number into the space on zedwed, along with an order number that zedwed gave me.
I even received an e-mail that said the order was complete and the status was "shipping soon." It has been two weeks and no further word. It also happened that the extensive link they provided in the confirmation e-mail was blocked by the web security on my browser as a "phishing site," and it would not let me go there.
I have sent several e-mails using the "reply" icon on my e-mail at the confirmation e-mail. Nothing. I even told them to admit that I had been taken so I could give up waiting and just go buy a printer elsewhere. Nothing.
I place an $100 order on Sept 1, 2015 for two kitechen appliances from ZedWed. Thought it was weird to have to purchase gift cards on Amazon and redeem them via ZedWed, but i foolishly proceeded. I've never been cheated like this before so didn't think to check their credentials. I've fallen for the auction scam too, but this seemed legitimate. Shortly after my purchase, they sent me tracking information. After a couple weeks and not receiving my product, I found ZedWed.com was taken down. I feel like such a fool. AVOID ZEDWED.COM!!!!
I have email this company several times about my merchandise and have not got a response. Inaddition, I also email the owner asking for refund and he never did response. Also the website is no longer available. If the website come back up Please donot order run .Its a ripp-off. They will have you to purchase a gift card from Amazon .com
I agree with all of the above. Fortunately I didn't purchase an MSN credit after reading some of these warnings. I did complain to Amazon that they are facilitating this scam but have yet to receive a response. Everyone who has been fooled should do so. Amazon could at least post a warning that this is a known type of scam and advise against using those credits to pay for merchandise.
It wasn't until it was time to pay that I knew I was in trouble. I can't remember the exact wording but it was much like E-bay, once you hit the commitment to buy button you MUST pay (I didn't question that because it was much like E-bay)... then the video **sigh** I was afraid that I would be held responsible so I did the little PS2 card/ code thing on Amazon (like many others), and now I'm out $50.00. BTW, their web site is now offline as of 9/17/15. >:-(
This website is a complete scam. They offer plenty of fake videos showing what a great experience they had with this company.
Problems - no customer service
no way to pay with credit card you have to pay with gift cards . you can see below how the scam works.
