We brought my daughter's prom dress to Zebby's. She tried it on and we stated what needed to be altered & hemmed. We were told that she'd call us in a few days for pick up. When we went to pick up, the dress didn't fit. The back strap was jewelled and rather than actually take it in, she folded it over and sloppily stitched it. That piece is about a half inch thick from the folded over jewels with a few bits if thread holding it closed. She didn't actually alter the dress to fit my daughterabd suggested stuffing the dress with clothing so it would fit. A jewel had fallen off the dress and she said that we could glue it at home. The hem of the dress is 2 inches shorter in the back than in the front. I paid 100 bucks so I could get the dress out before she totally destroyed it and bring it to an actual seamstress. The new seamstress laughed when she saw it. It was a nightmare and this was 2 days before prom. She refuses to refund any money eye and told us to sue. We've posted photos of the dress on Yelp and Google. It's honestly completely ridiculous.
