This is a warning to anyone considering Zazeen as an alternative for Internet, TV, and phone. This company is not reliable. You will spend months trying to get spotty services and shoddy equipment straightened out with these people. It is not worth the hassle. I realize Bell and Rogers are awful in their own right, but we will have to wait longer for a worthwhile alternative. Zazeen is not it. They might have a few satisfied customers, but they have many more who gave up in frustration and hate the company even more than Bell and Rogers (if that is possible).
