ZayZoon, Inc. Reviews

This 2014 Calgary startup company promises to give you instant access to your already earned wages. They do nothing of the kind! Their way of doing business is not above board in my opinion. Most payroll deduction loan companies will have all the information that they need in order to access your account and dole out your funds. This company admittedly does not have that information, and relies on "best guesses" (according to their own website) pertaining to whether or not you're going to see the money.

Many times I will have had 60 or 80 hours on a two-week pay period already completed, and ZayZoon will have absolutely no knowledge of those hours. Therefore, waiting until payday is the NORM. When you contact their Customer Service Department, Sheyla or Leanne are more than happy to point out that YOU have made an error! There's no help just hurt. You see, from time to time the company asks you to upload documents proving that you are still working and have completed hours in the current pay period. These documents include a picture of your computer time clock terminal with your name and today's date.

Each time that I upload a document to them, they either accept it or reject it. I can never know which they're going to do until I get the email.

From one day to the next their policies seem to change! I have photographs of their website with graphics that they have generated that prove exactly what I am saying. When I gave them a bad review on Facebook, the President and Co-founder of the company sent me a harassing email, which I kept. Today, I uploaded a picture of my time card with my name and employee number which showed my total hours for the pay period, today's date in the bottom right corner of course, and the record of the eight hours given to me for holiday pay on the 4th of July.

They took one look at "HOL" and decided to deny my pay out of $71 because they said that the document indicated I was on vacation, and that I should upload a document showing time worked this week, you know, when I get back from vacation. When I uploaded a picture of my clock in for the morning, they said the document did not have my name on it and was therefore not acceptable.

I have gone round and round with their Customer Service Department and have come to only one conclusion: this company is a scam! Their C.S. Agents have no Customer Service training, and therefore should not be emailing customers. I have all the copies of their emails and if you read them you would think that each of them had barely graduated Junior High School! They honestly do not know what is going on! But that is just my personal opinion. In summary, ZayZoon Inc. and it's other company names like ZayZoon USA and whatever they call themselves in Bogota... Is simply a scam that is perpetrating a fraud on the US consumers under the guise of a payroll deduction loan company.

I am calling the Federal Trade Commission in the morning to launch an investigation into this company, as I feel there is much to be found in the closet of Tate Hackert and Company.
