In may 2017 i ordered a 2.0 liter engine for a mazda b2000 pickup. When it finally was delivered i had to drive 2 hours to pick it up at the shipping dock. It was supposed to be delivered to my home. I was told this was a good engine but the water pump was broken and the carburetor was broken. I had to use parts off my old motor. When i finally got the motor installed and started it up it had a worse knock than the one i had in the truck to start with. I called them and explained the problem they then started giving me the run around saying they would call me back but never did. I have called numerous times and was talking to a different person every time and none of them could tell me anything. Most times when i called it was sent to voicemail. They have promised a replacement but no body will talk to me about it.
I was looking for a reflector panel for my 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis. I got on a website that promised to find any part I needed. I filled in the information and requested a parts search. Within seconds, I had received seven answers. One was from Saxon Auto parts. I was curious as to why they were open after 8 o'clock in Florida, so I did a search on their phone #, then googled their business address, and found that it was a Dollar Store in Royal Palm Beach.
Incidentally, I checked on three of the others who answered my request, and found two of them had many fraud complaints as well.
Buyer beware, especially if you're giving credit card info over the phone.
I ordered a part body part for my auto. Zaxon sent incorrect part. I asked for refund and return of wrong part to them. They tell me over and over that they are shipping out correct part but have not done so.
Months after signing up for an auto part locator service, I had recieved a phone call from this Shaikh Abdul Kadir person from Zaxon Auto Parts out of Palm Beach Florida, quoting that he had a 5 spoke,oval slotted chrome wheel for my Dodge van.
After negotiating about the price and confirmed the size and description,(I even offered to send him a picture of my wheel),I gave him my billing information. A few days later I recieved my wheel from a junk yard out of Oklahoma and it was a steel spare tire wheel that you can find all day long at any junk yard.
Being frustrated, I called Zaxon to inform them that they had sent me the wrong wheel and Brittany,(the girl who answered the phone),transferred my call to Abdul's phone,which he did not answer,but went straight to voice mail. I left him a message and asked him to return my call and I'm still waiting on it.
After reading other peoples reviews,(which I wished I done before ordering),I have to believe that this is nothing more than a scam and this Abdul person needs to be shut down.
*I called about a k-frame for a 2004 cavalier they where one of the few who had it and they where cheaper than the others i bought a pre paid visa card to buy the part i needed i gave them all the correct information that they needed they told me that it would take 7-10 days for me to recieve my part after the 10 days had passed i called to see what the status was on shipping they told me that it should be there in the next day or to that it might have been delayed do to other deliveries not going as planned i askwd for the tracking numbers but they where unable to provide it because the guy that did the paper work was off that day and they could not find the paper work so i waited a few more days and when it did not show up i contacted them again they then proceeded to tell me that they did not know what was going on that thw guy that took my orderhad been fired and they couldnt tell me for sure where my part was i couldnt wait for the part any morw so i paid twice as much from another dealer and it was recieved within 5 buisness days ok contacted zaxon again for a refund they gave me every excuse under the sun as to why they couldnt refund me my money so to wrap this up they took my money didnt give me the part to me this is theft and they should be charged accordingly and this company should be shut down for bad buisness standards*
