I ordered a transfercase and paid for it. 5 days after I was supposed to get it Jake called asking for more money double to be exact. I had already paid 505.99. That was more than I could afford. But I needed my truck fixed. After an hour and a half of phone calls and argueing he said fine I will send you your transfer case. 4-5 days later it was at my auto repair shop where I get my truck fixed. Then I was told he didnt send all the parts. So I called him he said (jake) It would be the additional 505.99 he asked for. I said no way. send me a shipping lable I will ship it back as per your warrenty. He said I will get you one. Then he called my auto shop and told someone there to use the motor off my old transfer case and it would work. Well it didnt. So the shop went and put a new motor on the transfercase and it still would not work. It took 3 weeks 41 phone calls to finally get him to send me a shipping lable.
