Jeff Night, Zarin Medical, deceived me for several weeks (4), about this piqo4 laser, he told me it removes all colors, and i could guarantee complete tattoo removal in half the time, he also told me to treat clients every week, but i know this is a no no, the skin needs at least 4 weeks or fully healed to re-treat the tattoo, i cannot do that, i cannot guarantee removal, he also told me the deal was completely approved on piqo4 for $100,990.00, told me payments and about a buy down because these finance companies know that these lasers are so risky, i mean a lease company wouldn't even do the deal at this "low Cost", so if they get bumped wrong your basically screwed, and if it didn't come from them, they won't work on it (i.e. re cert fees 30K +) very expensive parts and no service techs to be here when you need them, but back to Zarin Medical/Focus Medical complaint, after weeks of tireless paperwork, tons of personal information all of a sudden the deal was not financed... he then led me on about a refurbished laser, and this finance guy who can get the deal done, again i was told many different stories from the manufacturer, Focus Medical (John Lee) & this Jeff Night, Lee Pannell, Dean Oliver, Barry Ellison, John Lee, James Lee, everyone told me something completely different, thru text messages and emails (attached), they caused me to start the closing of my business, i can't stand these evil people, the laser industry is horrible, they are all the same, just Google complaints, Cyno-sure is under a class action because of deceptive marketing for claiming complete tattoo removals, these people will tell you anything to seduce you into buying this $189000 laser, then he (Jeff Night) claims that this would be the cheapest deal ever, at $100,990, and that he doesn't sell to his medical clients this cheap because the doctors won't talk to his non doctor clients, I'm sure this is a old story but if it's not i wanted the doctor clients to know he is undercutting them, and bad mouthing them behind their backs, these are the worst people in the world almost, I'm telling you to avoid these horrible people, all of them, they will destroy you by claiming that the equipment that is being used currently is junk, he will give you a slide show, BIG CLAIMS, no guarantee from them though on complete removal but we techs are supposed to make this claim... and then after all that they say that the only way out is them, IM A LTRS/LSO (Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist and Laser Safety Officer), i know tech, a consumable dye headpiece is horrible, you will spend a minimal of $8000.00 a year for service Per (Jeff Night), that's a lot of treatments just for consumables, when you consider that a 4x4 light blue/green tattoo will need around 3k-4k shots just on one treatment, if they last 20k-40k shots, well then you do the math... buy a three true wavelength system, 1064nm/532nm/694nm i highly recommend you just avoid this business completely, a very smart doctor in Canada is creating a new state of the art topical it will kill the laser tattoo removal business, stay away from 585nm/650nm/755nm will cost you a lot of wasted money, i have so much more to say about these clowns, i can tell you that if you think about the worst used car salesman's, then round them all up, and you still have a better accumulated person than 1 laser salesman/laser company.
