I responded to an e-mail that took me to a web site that offered a free bottle of CBD oil by just paying a $5.95 shipping charge. Within minutes of agreeing to same I received notice from my credit card company of two separate charges by Zap Health Products. One was for $104.80 and another for $85.90.

Received a confirmation e-mail from company saying I also ordered CBD capsules for $54.90 and CBD salve for $49.90. In addition I was enrolled in a trial subscription and membership to the Thermo Burn Club at a cost of $29.95 per month. I did not agree to anything but the free sample bottle of CBD oil. I called a phone number 844-883-0994 that was given to me in their communication to cancel. I immediately called number and advised them to cancel everything that I did not order as well as the sample bottle of CBD oil. This was done withi minutes of placing my order for the sample free bottle. They advised they could not cancel and that I would have to wait unitil I got the merchandise to return for possible credit. I called the following day and got the same runaround. However they said they would cancel the monthly membership to ThermoBurn Club. I advised the person I was speaking to that I was going to dispute the credit card charges. That didn't seem to concern them. They did give me another phone number 855-551-2382 to call when I recived their shipment.

I'm an 82 year old man with several health issues looking for some relief, instead I end up with being stressed out over this fraudulent transaction. I'm guessing many just get SCREWED out of their money because it takes a lot of effort to rectify this abuse.

Another SCAM!! BEWARE!!

As the other posts here also say, this offer for CBD oil is a total rip-off. I too wanted only to buy only the CBD oil for $5.95 and agreed to know further purchases. But I too was charged $85.90!! I disputed the charge with my Chase credit card customer service people, and they issued me a temporary refund. Unfortunately, they then sent me a letter which claimed that they had reversed the refund because they had decided in favor of Zap! Outrageous! I have never in my life not had a false credit card charge not be removed by the card issuer when I informed them that I have been cheated in such a manner. I have had hundreds of charges on the same card used during the last couple years alone and this is the only charge I have reported as fraudulent. But Chase won't stand behind me! This means I will cancel the card and use one of my others instead. Fortunately I don't have any debt on the card or that might be much harder to do. BEWARE of the ZAP HEALTH PRODUCTS RIP-OFF COMPANY!!

Responded to email $5.90 for 30ml of cbd oil. when i saw charge on my bank for $85.90 i try to call number on charge and it was disconnected. i returned product to vender and still have not seen refund. this happened on 1-18-2019 .

Disputed charge with huntington bank they said i made charge took no look at scam. so now i am out $85.90 and no bottle of cbd which i return. calling them gets you nowhere will not make right. huntington is also getting complait because tracking number shows i dont have cbd. only thing now is case action lawsuit.

Me too!!

I too was ripped off in exactly the same manner as the other people posting here. All I wanted was the CBD oil bottle for $5.95, but insted I was charged $85.90. I also did not agree to any continuing purchases. I called Chase and disputed the charge. They gave me a temporary refund, but then took it back after speaking to the Zap people. So now I either need to fight with Chase to get it lifted or move all my purchases on to a non-Chase card, which is looking like a good alternative to me at present. I also informed Chase that Zap's advertising is very deceptive. In such cases they have always refunded me very quickly in the past. You would think that since this is the only charge out of hundreds I have complained about in the last couple of years they would trust me and reverse the charge as they always have done in the past when something absurd popped up. But no! Time to take my business elsewhere I guess. Fortunately I don't have any debt on the card so that shouldn't be too hard.

Bad advertising

Do not click or order. Read terms and conditions. Customer service is not helpful. They can’t cancel production and shipping process. You will be charged for additional products and membership fees. Waste of money and time. Do not try their products. They are giving people false advertising with information that is hard to read and understand.

Scam

I also ordered a trial bottle of CBD capsules on 2/6/19 for $4.95. When I later checked my bank account, I was debited for $85.90. on 2/12/19 I received both capsules and oil (which I never ordered). I immediately called asking for info to return..I received an RMA number and mailed the unopened products. When I called on March 1, 2019 to inquire about my refund, they asked for the original RMA #. When that wasn't enough, they asked for the tracking #. Long story short, as of today, they're telling me a refund was issued on 3/4/19 and to allow 7-10 days for it to hit my account less almost $10 for some BS nonrefundable fee. This company is the worst! I'd bet the actual products were not more than sugar pills and water. Please beware when ordering online...too many scammers out there!!!

I received an email which was in which Fox News Health was spotlighting and promoting CBD oil. Additionally it contained and link to some site that offered a sample bottle for $5.95. I ordered the sample bottle, however, when I received a copy confirming my order it reflected two products, one of which I did not order.

The cost of my sample order was correct at $5.95, however, another item showed a charge of $54.90 for CBD Oil Capsules WHICH I DID NOT ORDER! My receipt also showed that I had been enrolled in an organization named the Thermo Burn Club which I will be charged $29.95 monthly unless I cancel before a 30 day trial period ends.

I have no idea what I am supposed to be trying. Nothing was stated in the order process about the Thermo Blurn Club. I called my bank to have all charges stopped, however, to my dismay, I found that Zap Health Products had already charged my bank account with two charges, one for $54.90 and a second charge for $85.90.

Neither of these reflect my order of a sample bottle of CBD for $5.95. Zap Health Products should be prosecuted and banned from doing business. I'm 81 years old looking for arthritis pain relief without the use of opiods. CBD oil may help me. Please do something to protect consumers from getting ripped off like this.
