Zagg Reviews

The Verizon store recommended the ZAGG Invisishield. The store employee put on the protector.

The protector is adhered to the glass by a thin, less than 1mm line of adheasive. I could see it was not adhearing in the corners. The employee assured me it was "fine" and besides, I was protected by their lifetime warranty.

The Invisishield stayed on about one week! It slipped between the cushions of the couch and when I pulled it out, the protector flew off. The protector is unscathed, but the adhesive is worthless after picking up microscopic dust! For $50 plus tax, I expected a MUCH better product! The protector actually seems to be a plain 'ol plastic.

I requested replacement under warranty; they charged nothng for the new shield but $9.99 for the shipping! AND you have to pay to ship back their defective product!!!! That will be around another $7.

I suspect that ZAGG will take the replacement screen, clear the adhesive, re-apply and re-sell. I will make sure that does not happen by etching the screen.

Don't buy this! Don't pay for their defective product replacement.

Returned the broken shield protector taking advantage of my free lift time warranty, they charged me 3.95 for shipping and handling and required a credit card number in case I didn’t return the damaged item . It was returned the day I received my replacement. I received a notice that they never received my return of the damaged protector and charged me full retail price. I then went on line and found many reviews that this seems to be the standard practice of this company. They make profits from this practice that in my opinion is outright misrepresentation if not fraud. I will file a complaint with South Carolina attorney general’s office. Since I purchased this product at Verizon I will no purchase another item from them. Perhaps a class action suit would get their attention.

I have had three Zagg screen shields crack in the past year, and according to Zagg's replacement policy, I should only be charged for shipping. However, each time after I returned my damaged product to them, exactly as specified on their instructions, I receive an email a week or two later saying that they have not received my product and will be charging my credit card for the full amount of shipping, plus the cost of the screen shield. Each time, customer service has worked with me to retract these charges, but it's quite the process. Most of all, it's happened three times in a row now. I recommend taking pictures of your damaged item and of the envelope you mail back to them, or pay the extra $6.00 and send their damaged good back via certified mail. It's nice when companies offer to replace their damaged products, but Zagg's shady operations are downright shameful.

Zagg is a rotten company that instructs its customer-service staff to jerk you around and shirk any responsibility they can.

For nearly two months, I have been exchanging emails with women who deliberately delay, claim to require more information, deny the validity of my receipt, shift my account to another, then another, then another assistant and finally deny ever producing the Zagg keyboard for iPad Air I returned to them!

This treatment is so purposefully awful as to defy comprehension unless one supposes it is required by management.
