I have now joined the throngs of people who have been ripped off by an online fashion site.... Zaful..... i purchased clothing from this site....was charged for 2 items when i only ordered one.....when i received the clothing it was ridiculously small and i wanted to return the items.....i could never get a return address from the company...i emailed them numerous times...i finally used the return address on the bags that the items were shipped in..i paid for the shipping and got tracking numbers...having paid with paypal, i opened up a case to get my money refunded... i tracked the items and they were received back... however paypal said the tracking numbers were not valid....zaful was quite a rip off for me and i am dissappointed in this whole thing... hopefully, karma will ring true...

When you first go into their website to see how long it takes to ship it says 8-10 days, I thought ok that's not so bad, it was more like 3wks!!
I asked to return the items but they wanted me to measure it and take pictures etc. We are in America and we do not have to jump through hoops to refund an item that does not fit.
Their response was that they would give me some sort of credit to my account of $4, well they can stick it. Not worth the postage to return it and I will find a small child to give the dress to - because this is not an adult size.
I ordered a dress from Zaful in August. I have yet to receive it...supposedly I didn't order a tracking # so they have no idea where my order is...they say it's on its way....3 months ...still waiting...will not order from them again!

(Please forgive my inability to generate this letter according to your specifications I am poorly educated at my age for getting this new stuff). I sent $45. plus change on my purchase. I was given an activity report + a tracking number from DSL. with final delivery to my local post office to me at my leasing office who never received such delivery between October 2, 2015 - thru November 1, 2015. Their contact number online and chat are closed pretty early after trying several times. I am completely frustrated with the loss of money and my trust of the company. Wish that I could wring someones neck!
I ordered 5 dresses, received 4. Total cost was $55.
A Navy blue dress came out of the bag with white stains all over it. A black dress was not stitched properly, it was lopsided. a pink dress was not as described. the forth dress, blue is very thin and made of cheap material.
i expressed my concerns to the company via email, they do not currently have a working phone number. Wallis responded advising me that i would need to send pictures of the issues, i did. He told me i would need to sent the items back and provide him with a tracking number. i was quotd $62 from the post office for return shippinng. I advised Wallis that the return shipping would be more than the refund and asked him to provide a return shipping label. He has not responded since, i did receive a refund of $9.
Zaful is a scam clothing website that steals designs/pictures/media and money from people and other companies.
You order from the website and they 'send' your items saying it can take 10-25 days for delivery, which is a a very large range for delivery. Then when your items don't show up they tell you to look at the post office. When you have already done that and waited over a month they 're-ask' you the delivery address. Then after going through leaps and bounds there is reslolution to the problem.
Save your money and buy something original or at a Real store in the states. PLEASE do not waste your time.

I'm usually cautious in shopping on-line, but I saw a youtube review for the website and I quickly jumped into it and purchased some bikinis. First thing, tracking number is invalid. I replied to the confirmation email and they made no effort on reaponding back. Second, i tried to reach the person involved via paypal but the seller information (email) is invalid. I filed a dispute with paypal due to multiple redflags.
i paid $50 for 2 bikinis and 1 dress. my usually size is M, and i choose L based on other reviews. the items i received are true to fit, and the styles and quality are better than i expected. it took 1 month to arrive, it's nothing for me, because its too cheap.
I ordered 3 swim suits from zaful and it said they would come in 10-18 days it is now day 25 no swim suits, and me being a idiot only looked at reviews after ordering. DO Not DO RESEARCH on youtube because they make sure that the youtubers get their packages and don't scam them so all the dumb people like me think they are reliable.
Zaful internet fashion website is a scam. Don't order there ever. Unfortunately I did read the review later. The Tracking number they give you does not exist. Don't bother contacting customer care because they will give you the same boring answer. Beeing patient blabla. Shippment was supposed to come from the states, faked tracking number is from Post NL. Luckily I paid with paypal so I reported them. I get my money back. Everybody else that used paypal should report them as well. Interesting was the PayPal receipt. Payment did not go to Zaful but to some Ivan with a gmail adress and a never ending phone number that is lokaded in Great Britain. Why would a company have their payment go to some Ivan in Great Britain with gmail adress?

This website is a total scam and these people are thieves. I purchased two dresses for a party for two separate occasions on December 1st, I paid express shipping expecting for it to be here on time. It wasn't until December 10th that I got a shipping confirmation, and this is after I complained to zaful about never receiving one. I tracked the package for two days, apparently it was making it's way all the way from Singapore (wish I had known that prior to purchasing). For two days the package did not move, so I called DHL and they told me they were never given the package. What?! So I contacted zaful with this information and they gave me some BS about it being the holidays and to wait a few days before tracking the shipping. So I did. Today l, bright and early and extremely frustrated I did more research and found that the package that I paid express shipping for and was given shipping information for never left their d**n facility! So they still have my order and will not give me a full refund including express shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! you have been warned, I was scammed out of money and you will be too.

Luckily, escalate to a complaint. Suddently, i had a tracking number Its still b.S. But they are trying to cover their crimes here)! and if it didn't arrive withing forty-five days, i should go to my post office!
Someone spends a lot of time somewhere in china doing damage control on their social media outlets, so much so that they finally deleted all the negative comments from people who were robbed blind. Very very sad. Call your credit card company if you paid that way. Contact pay pal for a refund if you were lucky enough to pay that way Insist pay pal investigate), then, follow suit with the better business bureau.
You place your order with Zaful and then your order just sit's there for weeks saying "Processing". I emailed them 4 times with no response except for they received my email. Luckily I went threw PayPal and excalated a claim. They said that my items have been shipped and left a tracking number and now they are saying that they won't ship my order until I cancel this claim. They know once you cancel a claim you can not file another one and then they get your money and you get ripped off. They will also say that they shipped your item and then if you do get a shipment from them ... it's a shower cap. Then you have to pay for shipping this shower cap back which takes about 3 weeks. I don't know why PayPal continues to deal with these bogus companies but they do! Do not fall for any of the stores from China because they are all tied in together!

I ordered a bikini, gold shades and a bikini cover up. When I received my bikin cover up, I didn't like the size and the material. So I contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly. They offered me three options and I chose to exchange. So I exchanged for two items that equaled to my bikini cover up. When I had trouble tracking my shipment they gave me all the information too. I am satisfied with their friendly customer service. The only thing is how long my two items took to come to my location. I love the cheap prices and customer service is great

I purchase 2 items from this site using a brand new credit card for the first time. It may be just a coincidence but about a week later there was a charge on my card for a $500 plane ticket.
Be careful when dealing with a website that is located in China.
Also when I wanted to return one of the items that was ridiculously small they wanted me to take pictures with a measuring tape or wearing the item. In the US we are not required to jump through hoops to return an item.
If China want to continue to deal with the US they need to abide by our return laws.

After a vigorous exchange with Zaful, they gave me an RMA # to return the items I purchased (at my cost). I took the package to the Post Office and was told that I would have to pay custom charges, which is significantly higher (at least 3 times) than the purchase price of the garment(s). Thus, making Zaful's return policy impossible for US customers. Thus, making Zaful's return policy for US customers a sham.
I ordered some sweaters from zaful.com looking like the deal of the century. The garments on the models look like high quality but when they finally arrived (long way from china) the tags were cut out, holes in the back, ratty crooked hems for sewing, cheap plastic fabric just the worse looking pieces of clothing- not fit for the trash.
then if you want to return you have to send photos of the pieces of ratty material and explain yourself. You have to register to communicate and the website is a blackhole for findingh customer service. The whole thing is a rip off.
me and my sister just bought bathing suits and dresses from zaful ... stupid me i didnt look at any reviwes before i ordered (worst mistake of my life ) after ordering 208 .00 worth of stuff they actually took 280 out of my sisters bank ,after i ordered waiting for my orderr i realized they sent me a mssage saying to check my message and noticed i have to look in my tickets as a message then realized ..... i have to send them a photo copy of my i d and my bank card ? how is this even fair after i pay they ask me for this stuff why wpuld i send you guys my sisters bank card when they can take all your money that way ? and after they charged us an extra 80 $ for no reason and never even told us ??? i am very very disappointed with this site i never thought this would happen and i am telling you dont buy from them i dont even know what to do cause i want my stuff but dont wana loose more money:'( thanks zaful u ruined my whole week

as far as i can tell this is the company's business model.
1. find a photo of something on the internet that looks nice. steal the photo and make a description using canned sizing (every listing uses the same size chart), and a false description.
2. buy a ton of cheap nylon halloween costume type material in various patterns. or maybe pickit up as needed.
3.when an order is placed, quickly sew some sort of garment that looks vaguely like the photo out of cheap nylon in a similar pattern if possible, if not no biggie.
4. if a fake garment cannot be sewn in a hurry, send nothing but pretend you sent something. offer tracking numbers that lead nowhere and never have updated info EVEN IF YOU PAY EXTRA FOR TRACKING.
5. if the product is not satisfactory, or never arrives, hope the customer doesnt take the time to file a claim. if they do file one, beg them to close it before resolution. offer them partial refunds to ship said item back to china (which would cost even more, and they would then say never arrived. if possible, delay the customer long enough that their window to file a claim is passed, or get them to close the case so you can then do nothing and count your dollars.
6. when you get bad feedback on websites and social media, delete as many negative reviews as possible, and those you cant, respond with a copy and paste message that makes it sound like you care.
if you have been scammed by this company, just file a claim. never close it. you will win.
