It's about online fraud. The website yuppypuppyboutique.com is a fraudulent company. It allows you to make a purchase but they never send your order. I did not know this when I placed my order. I have been emailing them and no response. The number they have in the website is disconnected. I started investigating by looking for yuppy puppy reviews and read two other incidents that happened in July and October of 2015. They have never gotten their order but were charged like me. I believe this is a scam and believe a lot of people don't report them. I feel that they need to be stopped because this just has them continue to defraud the public. I feel a lot of people do not report it believing that nothing will be done or just take the loss and this scam continues. The website looks legit but not much information to contact someone and no response by email from them and the number listed is disconnected. They have two emails one is: [email protected] The other is: [email protected] Emailed both many times and no reply. They need to be shut down and have them prosecuted for fraud and theft. Consumers BEWARE, Don't place and order at yuppypuppyboutique.com and be aware of any other site with Laura Bedard name on it. I have filed a complain with the BBB, FTC (federal trade commission) and the attorney general office. I hope they do charge them with theft and fraud. I want my money or merchandise back and will pursue this until this site is shut off and investigated properly.
I placed an order on August 26, 2015 with yuppie puppy for a total of $32.90. I paid using my credit card . After six weeks I have still not received my order from the yuppie puppy boutique. I've called the number listed on the website and it is disconnected/no longer in service. I have emailed Laura Bedard three times and have received no response. On the yuppy puppy website there is a mailing address for returns only and that number is 827 E. Olson St., Blair, WI 54616. There is no response from this address as well. Apparently this is some sort of a scam. It appears that I am the loser and out $32.90. Very disappointed to say the least.
I ordered a product on December 2, 2017 that was listed as “in stock”. They charged my credit card that day and there is no update on the status of my order on their website. I have reached out 4 times via email with no respone. The link to email them from their website doesn’t work when copied and pastead. Their voicemail is always “full” or is temporarily unavailable. I purchase a lot of items for my pets and have never received such horrible or non-existant customer service. I have never filed an online report but I am eztremely frusterated at this point. I plan to file a claim with my credit card and have them take the money back and will also be filing a complain with the better business bureau.
All of you pet lovers, DO NOT purchase anything from this vendor. It is a complete rip off. Go to , etc.. They are all reputable and have wonderful customer service. They are responsive and have wonderful, quality products.
I purchased 3 items from Yuppy Puppy Boutique that totaled almost $160.00. It took a month with constant emails, left voicemails and lots of aggrevation, before she did send me an email back with some bogus excuse. She apologized and gave me several options, one of which was, she would send the items and refund my money since it has taken so long, which I accepted. Should have known better!! Two of the items came, one of which was the wrong item!!! I again, reached out to her via emails and voicemails, (she will NOT answer her phone) and told her of the wrong item that was sent and NEVER received my refund, and again, NOTHING!!! Please read all the reviews on this company that has been posted on the internet and do not get scammed as I did!!! I wish I would have before ordering!!!

The voicemail is always full when I call and there is no response to my emails. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company since I never receive my order.

I placed an order for a Susan Lanci crystal paws collar. I need a Medium. I was first sent a Large and then a Small. Neither fits my dog. I am still waiting for the correct size. I paid $46.90 including the $6.95 shipping and still have no collar that fits my dog.
