I ordered from yum tea in april and paid for my product. I received an email confirming my ordered but it's now august and i haven't received anything. I was originally told that the product was on back order so i waited and now the company's website is "down" and i have no way to contact them or get a refund.
Ordered product in May- Never received received said product. Requested refund in June and still waiting for money owed.. Have to file dispute through my bank, which can can a month or so.. Needs to be put out of business
Purchased product, was charged immediately from bank account, emailed several times, no reply, no product. Their sister company, hairella.com, has complaints of similar nature. Apparent fraudulent/unethical business.

Trying to get a refund as well. Tea never arrived. Though I ordered it twice before with no issues, so I'm not sure what happened. Never again.

Changed my credit card right away and never relieved any product. They won't answer emails. Nothing.
