Received product which caused bad rash and itching. Tried to contact co and no does not exist. They are taking auto pmts on my bank acct and I sent their 2nd pkg back to them.
I recieved a 15 day trial product and within 1 week, the company charged my card $89.00 for each product sent. I did not read on the site that this was thier policy. it was implied i had 15 days to use the product before being charged. Instead day 1 counts as the order placed and not recieved or even shipped. i only had the product for 5 days before being charged. When I called the complany to get the explanation they were rude and hung up.This company is the reason I will never order products on line again.
I clicked on a website that I thought was from Joanna Gaines; instead, it took me to the website for Purest. I could have a free trial if I only paid for shipping. I thought it was a good deal until it took me to another page for YS-Cream. and I wasn't able to get off the page until I agreed to purchase a "free trial". Before I knew it, I ended up getting both!
Now, neither product has anything to do with Joanna Gaines, and they ended up charging my credit card for both products! To add insult to injury, they said it was a 14 day free trial. Turns out the 14 days start the DAY you place your order! If it takes a week and a half to get it, too bad, so sad!
So now, even after I cancelled my account, they are still charging me for it even though I "settled" for $54.87. My next step is going to be to contact my credit card and dispute the charges!
YS Eye Cream offers you a trial for $4.95, then they charged me $4.95 twice and $90 twice! When I called the number on my credit card statement they laughed and said they wouldn't refund my money and there was nothing I could do about it. They told be the Better Business Bureau wouldn't do anything. I had to cancel my credit card after more unknown charges appeared. These thieves will be reported to the BBB as well as the attorney general.
I want to notify others that the YS cream is a ripoff. They will bill your card every month even after you call and cancel. It does not get rid of the wrinkles under your eyes. I tried the cream and it did not work for me. I called the Customer Service number at 877-587-6409 to cancel the subscription and was told that it was canceled, however, the representative would not give me a confirmation number. That should have been a red flag right there. I only wanted the trial period of $4.95, now 30 days later my card was charged $60.00, I called and asked for a refund, and was told that the product was not free. I said that I would report to the better business bureau, the agent said that she could refund $20.46 of the $60.00. I hung up the phone in anger. Veronica from Atlanta, Georgia.
