Had a hard time getting ahold of customer service. when i finally did they said i could not get a refund and then kept on sending me more and more product sometimes two times a month. it has now put me in a finincial hardship making this my first month I am unable to make any car or house payment.
Youthful Beauty offered samples and charged for 'shipping only.' They stated that I had 14 days to cancel while I tried out their product. I decided to try it out, but within minutes I changed my mind and emailed them to cancel the order I had just made. (In the small print, they mentioned that your doctor should be notified if you had any heart related problems.... I do, and I mentioned that in my email to them.) They mentioned that they were available, online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I received the samples anyway. I emailed them again, including my FIRST email as well and the very next day I had a $95. charge on my credit card, even though my '14 day trial period' had not expired.
I called my credit card company and they won't do anything without a 'cancellation number'. Youthful Beauty offered to take off 50%, which is insane for 'samples.' AND, I have to wait for 48hrs. to call my credit card company back to give them the numbers (which I already have).... to give Youthful Beauty time to contact them! I feel very stupid, was definitely scammed, and will have to wait and see if it's finished or if I'll continue being billed!
I ordered a trial subscription with just paying for shipping and handling. They charged me for the full amount two weeks later.
Since then, they have continued to bill my credit card and sent me another full shipment. I did not enroll in automatic shipment.
I have tried numerous times to call the 866 number, but it rings once, sounds like someone picks up but nothing. No way to call and find out what's going on. SCAM

Advertised free trial for Anti Aging Wrinkle Cream @ $4.95 s/h.
Then added more samples plus shipping cost without providing option to decline or edit the order.
Total billed = $15.81. ALSO neglected to send email confirmation
I only wanted free face moisturizer 4,95. It came out to15.95 without being to edit my order or any place to contact them. False info given to me!
false info, see brief description. In fact this report is getting to be a joke! I just want my money back and to turn them for false advertising.
Saw a free sample from the "First Lady Trump" thinking it was a legitimate company paid the shipping and handling
but "somewhere" they said I signed up for their "program"..
What a scam, before I even got the product to review and try they charged my card again.
