Ordered a map sensor for my dodge durango, they sent me the wrong part. I've tried emails and phone calls to return the part and get the right one.... No response at all.... Nothing. **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
On December 11th of 16' , I purchased a radiator (part number RD22813A) from amazon to replace a leaking original radiator in my 05' ram 1500, 5.7 hemi. The radiator was at a great price and all aluminum construction. This should have been the first clue. I was desperate as I did not want to put another aluminum core, plastic tank rad in my truck. The upper, drivers side mounting bracket was off a little but no big deal. A little tweak and it was in. Within a month of install, I started to see drips and smell coolant. A quick check of level and visual indicated a small leak. Life got busy so I waited a little bit. In February it had gotten worse, and I contacted the company. You cannot get them in the phone ever. I have called repeatedly only to get voicemail. I sent an email and there was a response asking for pictures. I sent 4 pictures in 1 email and four more in another. No response.
A follow up email to ask if they were received. Nothing. Another follow up, nothing. Then a third, still nothing. I finally had to resort to going to amazon to get some action in the works as this truck is my daily driver and if the engine overheats and dies I am up a creek. Finally after 2 weeks of no response, I sent the company an email yet again stating that I wanted to resolve this expediently and I was going to give them until 3/24/17 to respond. Nothing. This was on 3/21/17. This is why I am now here at this juncture. I was not asking for anything other than what I paid for. My goal here is to let John Q Public know that regardless of what the supposed quality of the product is, there should be someone to report any defects or problems to. And there isn't apparently. There is a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects that is clearly stated with the product on the amazon site. It is also clearly stated on their website. I have a screenshot of it. I am warning the public of this trash company and how they uphold their policy. They probably figured I would buy another one and then fight for a return and let amazon deal with it. If that was the case, it should have been in an email to me which I received no such thing. Don't not buy from these people/this distributor. If you see "your radiator", run because they will probably wait until the warranty expires to respond If you wait that long, and then they got their money and who cares about you. I am not taking this lying down. No way.
