Ordered on dec 21, 2016 2.4 high speed magnetic charging cable from an ad I saw on FB. I still hav't received this and I'm pretty sure it's a rip off.. I sent multiple e-mails to the company and get an auto reply every time. I see I'm not the only one with this problem.

Broken Watch Received

Saw their ad on Instagram. Ordered a watch from them. Came shipped to me from China and was broken. Looked like it was run over at some point. They answered emails for awhile but then never answered again regarding my refund. So no refund and no more contact. I'm out $30. and have a broken watch.

We ordered part number 182529 a tangle free magnetic charging cord with an Apple Lightning in Rose Gold as both shown and described in the product text. We received a cord that is a cheap plastic cord I am afraid to use. After 3 months and numerous emails the answer from Kalilah Grey was that the photos are illustrative and may not represent the actual product. Ok, but the description should! And did not. Also said the actual product can vary due to stock available. Ok, but they continued to advertise it as in stock even after we got the bad product. That is simply a bait-and-switch ripoff.

I ordered a product for christmas from this company from an add I followed on Facebook. I ordered it in November because it stated that it took 3-4 weeks to ship. I never received the product and I was told via email that another was being shipped due to an error. I didn't receive that one either. I was then told it was "stuck" and I would be receiving a refund.

I email the company every week looking for, first the product, and now my refund and I get no where. There is no phone number, no address, I cannot get anywhere with this company. It's a total scam!! I checked multiple BBB and I don't think it is in the US.

I ordered items from Yourwishstore on Drc 24, 2016. i have recieved nothing yet after half a dozen emails, not even a correct tracking number. i finally recieved a tracking number today but it was for an order that was DELIVERED in October 2016 to someone in El Cajon Ca. I live in Florida and did not order from them in October.

COMPLETE SCAM!

My only wish is that I had read these reviews before I threw away $80 on this rubbish! I ordered five magnetic phone chargers for androids...for myself and my husband. Total garbage!

I am uncertain as to why they just can't take out their own garbage in China rather than ship it all the way to Arizona for me to throw away for them...and...I paid them $80 to do it!

They actually drain our phones rather than charge them because they are constantly...nonstop...charging and then not charging.

I had read a couple of poor reviews on the Facebook advert after I placed my order in December and attempted several times to cancel my order before I received it in February.

When they finally did respond, in February, they simply stated that the order showed delivered that day.

We used the products for one week and gave up. I emailed them to request a refund and they declined stating that I received what I ordered and their return policy is only good for seven days...WHAT?!

I could post my response email to them, if you like. I was slightly perturbed.

I wrote all of that to write this:

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND, ENERGY ON THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I hope I see the day that karma gets them

I bought a magnetic phone cord from them. It took 6 weeks on slow boat literally from China to arrive. It was total crap product which does not work. It cost $20.00

They gave me run-around with email, asking for irrelevant stuff. Finally said they would refund and let me know when done.

They didn't. Ignoring my emails now.

I ordered the iPockets for my car in October. They did not arrive until mid January and we're not as advertised. Customer service is lousy and often ignored. I didn't even get a response until I started negative posting on Facebook, under all their ads. I ordered two different items at the same time. One was cheap plastic hair curlers, which came later than Christmas, even though they were in stock. They are okay, but not something I would buy again or encourage others to buy. The second and most desired item was the car seat pockets. They don't fit in my car and they are not the color represented at the time of my order. Once I finally got their attention, they said I wasn't eligible for a return because it was the item I order and the "color" I ordered. Beige apparently turned to almost white white on all online pictures. I sent the below pictures to show that it didn't even fit.

They still have refused my refund. I contacted my credit union and they said to try direct contact. If that didn't work the process for out of the USA purchases for action by them to reclaim my money probably wouldn't be worth it and usually an unsuccessful and a long, drawn out process. Buyer beware and I suggest to block their ads on your Facebook pages and timeline feeds.

Ordered 2 iPhone cables at the beginning of December 2016. Was immediately charged for the items. never received an email or anything concerning the order. emailed them several times and finally received an automated email with tracking button and all it shows it has shipped from China. Shopify was used as the checkout.

I made an order for a pair of 2.4A High Speed Charging Magnetic Cable For Apple iphone. The order was made on December 21st and payment was made through PayPal. It said 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. After 4 weeks there was no delivery and the online tracking showed my package was ordered but nothing else. I emailed the company and asked about the order.

A few days later, I received a reply stating

"Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused to you due to the late delivery of your product.

We always prioritize complete satisfaction of our customers and make sure that the products reach them within the specified time limit. Unfortunately in your case, certain situations just came up suddenly and failed to deliver the items within the time frame due to logistic problem.

In this matter we would like to know if you want us to send another package to you at no cost.

We are truly sorry for what you have experienced and we are making an effort to ensure that such problem will not occur in future. We aim to continuously provide a fast and efficient service. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us back. We are hoping to have a future transaction with you again soon."

So I waited a couple more weeks, but nothing has changed with the tracking of my items. I sent another email to get more feedback on my items. I asked that they either send the items or cancel my order and reimburse me. I have not heard back.

I bought 4 magnetic USB cables ($50), one had a physical defect, the remaining would not charge my phone. My Nexus 6 would report that it was being charged, but the battery would still drain. No problem with regular cables. I contacted them, they asked for pictures, which I provided, but haven't heard from them since, even after multiple followups. I used PayPal for payment. I originally filed a claim because I didn't realize shipping would take 45 days. The claim was automatically closed, so I couldn't reopen for this new issue.

Ordered product. No product arrived. tracking number is bogus. Sent 2 email requests, no answer. Beware this fraudulent company. I wish I had checked here first, would have saved myself $70.00

Ordered magnetic usb charging cables from Your Wish Store (yourwishstore.com) before Christmas, 2016 - looked good in a Facebook ad. Paid via PayPal.

Received my 'Tracking Number' two weeks later - though, to this date it shows that the tracking number doesnt actually exist.

End of January, still havent received anything - tried contacting them. No reply.

Tried again, no reply.

Finally got fed up and filed a PayPal dispute - PayPal actually kicked it up to a claim immediately saying 'the seller is unable to respond', which generally means there have been so many complaints they locked the account.

Saw a fresh ad on Facebook under the name magnetphonecable.com - identical ad, identical website.

Magnetic phone charging

Same as the rest, ordered magnetic phone charger back in December, when I requested status of order I received an apology letter, I requested a credit back to my PayPal account, they said my request had to be reviewed, a month later I received another letter of apology and same thing, they needed to review my request, it's definitely a scam, I filed a claim with PayPal, hopefully they can run down this scum bag and get some retribution, I'm not holding my breath.

I ordered several magnetic connected phone charging cables. Never received them even though my credit card had been charged immediately. First few emails gave excuses. Then they stopped responding. I called my credit card company to report this and got a tentative credit as they dispute the charge, I have all my correspondence documentation. This place is a fraud.

Ordered an Android charging cable December 16, 2016 a total of $18.94. Was sent a delivery notification on January 6, 2017 but I did not receive it. Immediately sent an email to the address provided. Didn't receive an answer from an actual person until January 21, Ashley Reed. Was told to contact them if I didn't receive a tracking number within 3-5 working days. Which I did today, January 29th. Received an email notification which stated my claim was being reviewed (again) and assigned another request number.

Scam Outfit

I ordered something from this organization in November 2016 for Christmas presents. Have tried to follow-up several times. Once got a reply they would check on it but never heard back and it's now 29 January, 2017. Will report them to Paypal because this is a scam outfit.

Ordered three magnetic cables for my Samsung 6s cell phone. Received all three cables tried all three cables none of the three will even hook up to my cell phone and I selected the one for the Android phones. Email them to ask them how I can get a refund and still have not gotten a response back.

I ordered a magnetic phone cable on 12/22/17 and have never received it. I have sent 3 emails requesting information and only get a automatic response. No one has responded to my inquiry about where my product is.

I'v had enough and will now file a dispute with PayPal, as I already paid for this.

Placed an order for iPhone charging cable valued at $25.00, made payment with PayPal but item was never shipped. Payment/Order was made the 7th of December 2016 and no tracking number received. The report is being submitted the 24th of January 2017.

My 16 year old daughter ordered a gift for me online at Your Wish Store. She placed the order 12/24/16 It is now 1/16/17 and no word from the company. Their site says ships in 3-5 days. I have emailed them twice and twice I have received an automated computer generated reply letter, but nothing from them resolving this. When I track my order, it says order has been placed. That's it. They are a rip off company. I see now others have complained about the exact same thing.

Ordered that magnetic charger too 4 of them on - Dec 14th. Did receive a replay to my first email letting them know the tracking sent was no good. "Wait 5 more days." Still invalid. Hoping PayPal can help.

I put in an order a little before Christmas, 2016. Since then, I've only received notice from PayPal that the order was paid for. I've received no contact from Your Wish Store at their support e-mail address & there is no other contact information on the site.

My order is only $35 but it should be fulfilled, at least sent, if not delivered by now - 19 days later. On their site it shows my order is "Not yet fulfilled." It has shown the same information for over a week now.

I ordered one item on 12-14......tried tracking just before Christmas, no success......daily e-mails go ignored....glad it wasn't worth much $$$$...Must be a scam.....

Very Disappointing

I ordered a product on 12/17/16, nearly a month later still have not gotten the items I ordered, but they got their money!

They are unresponsive to my inquiries; will be giving it another few days and will be contacting my bank to get my money back.

They are HORRIBLE!!

Ordered 2 items, at the beginning of December I am still waiting for my stuff, it is paid for and WAS SUPPOSED to be a Christmas present well it is now January 2, 2017 and I am still waiting. They don't reply to mail or anything else for that matter I will NEVER use them and will give replies like the one I am doing now to prevent other possible problems for someone else, especially since it seems they love using China for their go to which really sucks big time.

still waiting for order

I placed an order online on December 13 .. received an order confirmation. It stated I should receive a tracking number 5 to 7 business days after placing the order. If not it said to contact them for a prompt reply. I have contacted them three times about this order and have yet to get a reply

Seems like a scam to me.

I placed an order a month ago. The items have been sitting in China for about two weeks. The company no longer responds to my emails. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to stop payment and refund my money. I wish I could award zero stars.

Don't trust them

Ordered one gift that was to arrive three days ago...tracking info is in Chinese. I will not be ordering from this company again, and will cancel the order and dispute the charge if the order hasn't arrived by Monday.

Never Received Order

Placed order Nov 1, followed up in Dec. Tracking info says was delivered to an address in Pennsylvania, I live in California. Notified mistake, they are taking no action, records show item delivered, closed case! No way to contact these people, show an email they do not respond to. No telephone number, no address, no website to post complaints. Total scam.

I ordered 7 items from www.yourwishstore.com and was supposed to receive 2 free items. 6 of the above items were the same and the site stated buy 3 get 1 free. Although I was billed for 7 items, I only received 3 and should have 9 items. I have emailed the only two email addresses provided and no one has contacted me. I tried calling a number I found for the company on another scam reporting website and it is just a very fast busy signal so the number is probably not in service.
