I found a software program that I wanted to use for Facebook marketing. When I clicked on the link to buy it, I noticed that it took me to another website under a different name. This was my first concern. I went ahead and purchased the software on another branded page. At this point, I had been sent to 3 different websites to purchase the software. After the purchase, I was expecting an email
to access my software, but I never received this email. I called the company, Clinch Media, and could not get support on the phone. It sounded like a Google number. I was even more concerned about the legitimacy of this company. I went to Paypal and disputed the charge saying that I had not received my purchase.Later the company said that the email was sent to my junk folder since I had a Hotmail
address. They said that I should have read all their disclaimers and "fine print" before I made the purchase. At this point, I had already bought another comparable software from a different company. I told Clinch Media that I never had access to the software and that I wanted a refund. They said that it was my fault because I didn't read everything on the page before the purchase. I then started doing
more research on this company. I found out from other mad customers that this company is known for sending customers through a maze of screens, getting their money and the refusing to refund them after the fact. I also realized that they block all communications from customers on all their social media and YouTube pages. When I finally found the email they sent to me. I started to download the
software and it sent me to another site called Your Online Business Hub. It then started popping up all these one time offers. The language made it seem you had to accept these offers to proceed and to get the software I originally purchased. This was to final straw! I lost all trust in this company and realized what they were doing. I've seen other companies do this. After a long dispute with PayPal and a person that I assume is Sean Walters, I received a refund.
