It is overpriced and over rated product. The Multi Level Marketing scheme is the worst I have seen created. Mary Kay Cosmetics in business for decades has a 30 day 100 percent refund on starter kit, or 90 percent return on a starter kit as a rep within 1 Whole Year. I called to return my tiny little box presenter kit from Younique Products cosmetics in Utah today within the 7 Day time frame of receiving the box. It was delivered to a UPS location. I called to get a return label, which I am willing to pay for my own shipping back to the cosmetic company for a refund. I can not present a company with this scam Love It Guarantee which is not a Love It Guarantee when you want to sever ties with the company. I would not be able to sleep at night with the prices I don't agree with. 40 dollars for their take forever 2 time mascara fibres which can fall in your eye. Looks not different and I am a cosmetic junkie than any other mascara for twice the price and risk of fibres falling off into my eye.
Besides the ridiculous price to cover the guy at the top for it is Multi Level Marketing, its not worth a penny to me. The Number Complaint is their lack of care of consumers dissatisfaction and just simply want out from their connection. 2 reps on the call center could not help me and sent my request supposedly to the Shipping office for a return email within 3 business days, was their comment Today as I may add in this report in case I do not get a return email from Shipping Dept. Absolutely ridiculous, that is another sign to jump off this scam of a company business practice ! Not consumer friendly. I will contact the State of Texas Attorney General for advice tommorow July 5, 2016. If I did not like the other products I can see a war going on trying to return something. I have been associated with the well known for decades multi level company Mary Kay. They are top notch all about consumer satisfaction as seen above on just the sales rep return policy on the starter kit. Most everywhere is within 30 days. 7 days really in 2016 ?? Which is Ok since I did call within 7 days. I will also write their compliance email which is [email protected]. The supervisor I requested to speak with on the phone since the phone rep was not able to help me said sorry you feel that way, I responded its not about feelings its about facts, your company is unprofessional when the supervisor can not send me a return label to return the presenter kit. She then hung up on me. A female co worker heard my conversation and said what a scam I wouldn't sign up with a place like that either. She thought I was professional, no screaming and no profanity on my part. I was frustrated and insulted by not receiving fair customer service. Do Not if you are business Minded person sign up with a Multi Level Marketing company that does not service their customers properly and efficiently.
I was dissatisfied when opening the box didn't even use the products to try out. You could find same stuff in the Dollar Tree on occasion. I prefer Estee Lauder, Mac, cosmetics. Mac has great pigments of lipstick and lasts forever for price less than this scam company. Totally shocked. Mac lipstick or even Mary Kay sell for less. Mary Kay if you want to sell on your own will protect you and satisfy you as well as your customers. I no longer sell Mary Kay but I had a wonderful experience when I did and I was proud to represent the products as well as the company. This is not a plug for Mary Kay its just comparing multi level marketing cosmetic companies and how they operate. Younique is like going to the ghetto and Mary Kay is like going to Beverly Hills in comparison of business practice as well as pricing and quality from what I saw. I better receive my 113.12 presenter fee back upon returning the kit.
