In October, 2019, Bill Young of Young's Entertainment requested to borrow some sound equipment from my company, Lectrosonics, Inc., for demo/evaluation purposes for the consideration towards purchasing this equipment for use with his company.
Many attempts have been made my myself and others at my company to contact Bill and either retrieve the equipment or secure payment. Bill always has an excuse - first it was that he had paid for 1/2 of it and planned to pay for the balance shortly. More recently, he claimed to have paid for the equipment. When I asked him to send me a copy of the payment information, he wanted time to "talk to his CPA". Now (again) he won't return calls, texts, or Facebook messages.
We still have the same position: we are asking either for him to prove that he paid for the equipment (through his retailer, one of our dealers), return the equipment to us, or to pay us directly.
The professional audio equipment he borrowed includes an M2T digital stereo transmitter, and M2R stereo digital receiver, and related accessories, valued at about $4,000.
