I ordered and paid for a laptop through YonSalon. The payment was processed through Amazon Digital Services, LLC. I paid for it with a debit card.
I received a notice from Yonsalon that my computer had shipped. I tried to access their website to see if I could get the status of my item and I got a notice that the website was not availabe. I then emailed them and it came back undeliverable. Tried calling and their number is diconnected.
Read online that this company was a scam and other people were not getting their products as well.
Tried to purchase a TV Stand. Had to purchase a gift card type payment through Amazon / Playstation for payment. Waited time asked for purchase to arrive. Tried to contact Yonsalon for further information, they have disappeared.
*Took my money for products that were never shipped to me. They got away with 350.00 worth of psn50 gift cards. These people need to be arrested and the money refunded.*
I ordered 2 seat cushions and a wicker couch from yonsalon.com. The prices seemed too cheap and it was odd to check-out via Amazon gift cards, but they responded to emails and a phone call quickly and seemed helpful. There was even an informational video explaining the benefits of checking out through Amazon. I spent $150, received shipping confirmation, then nothing. Now when I email them, the emails bounce back. The website has been taken down. I was clearly scammed and feel stupid, but I am hoping there is some way of hunting them down and getting my money back!
Ordered 2 outdoor sheds from company. Went on amazon purchased 2 PlayStation cards worth 50.00 each. Send Yonsalon code number for each one Was sent emails saying merchandise was shipped and should receive product. Tried to go on website and now it's gone. Never received my 2 sheds
Hi, yonsalon.com is an ecommerce website. In that I bought a mobile phone, laptop and an iPad pro, they asked me to pay through psn (Play Station Network) gift card and I did the same. After that they sent order status emails such as processing your order and then sent, shipped your order, will receive in 7 business days. But I didn't receive anything. Then I contacted them through their email many times, [email protected], didn't get any reply. I am unable to to call them because phone number mentioned in their website didn't work. And then I sent an email that I am going to report in your website, now they removed that website.
I purcahsed two cell phones from internet company Yonsalon.com. The company did not take credit cards they wanted me to purchase PSN bucks from amazon which i did. They even sent a video to say that is how they keep the cost down. Now the website is down and I have no product and I am out of 100.00. The reason I used the site is because I don't have much money and I needed to get phones at a low price. Now I out of money. I am so upset.
I thought I did my homework ,I looked them up and only great things poped up so I went ahead and made a order, paid with Paypal and got 3 emails saying I'd paid, your order has been shipped and it will be there soon ,the low prices didnt set off any alarms because I thought they were just a clearance house selling off overstock products NOW no order waited 2 weeks and got screwed out of my money and whats worse is the coolers were for my kid that have been dieing in the heat but havent complained once ,Id really like to get my hands around their necks /Hope they go to hell for what they have done to everyone!

I ordered a cell phone (Samsung) for $50 and it asked me to pay through Amazon by purchasing a Play Station game card and getting a "code" that I needed to provide on Yonsalon's payment site in order to complete the purchase. After waiting for 2 days of processing and 7 days of shipping, the item was never delivered!! The site at the beginning when I first ordered it on 7/12, it has a customer service phone # and an address. 2 or 3 days later these contact information disappeared completely! Also, they sent me emails welcoming me and confirmation of the order as well as informing me the processing and shipping status of the order. I've watied more than 7 business days and the item still hasn't delivered so far! Now, the site, yonsalon.com, is completely gone and there's no way for me to contact them!
This website offers many different items but some will be offered at a special price of $50.00 and they will offer to take your credit card info or a video will pop up telling you to buy Playstation gift cards and pay with that. They offer a link to the an Amazon page and then tell you to pay with the number that you are sent digitally. Then they send you an email telling you that your item has been shipped. Called them and some lady answered and said to make inquiries through email and they would return any questions you had through email. then after a week you will get a call from phone number 000-000-0000 and you wont be able to call them anymore. you are blocked. Also the website will no longer be available.
We ordered a patio set off YonSalon.com. Paid for expedited shipping. Package did not arrive. I contacted them, they responded immediately and said expedited shipping fee would be refunded. Delivery was then said to be by July 22nd. No delivery. And now their website is gone. Workign with my credit card to dispute fees. Total Scam!!
This company offers products at $50 that are typically priced in the thousands. You purchase PlayStation codes through Amazon and give them the redemption number(s). This is a great scam because Amazon will not refund your money and YonSalon can resell the codes.
