We signed up for a trial then a membership but they started charing us twice for membership. Once directly and once via Apple. When contacted they say our card is not on file but then they charge us again. This has been happening for 4 months now where they say we won't be charged yet they still charge us. Customer service now stopped responding to our emails and won't pick up the phone.
