The problem is very simple. I paid for 2 months service, which is the minimum required by them. I paid on March 6th so I can use it March and April up until may 6th , that is 2 months...easy right? Nope! They have the amount , the date, the payment I paid, and what I paid for on their receipt and history page. But, they refuse to give me what I paid for. They said after less than 1 month that I needed to buy extra email credits even though their very own records show that they still owed me 1 more month of service. 3 weeks after I paid for 2 months of service they sent me a notice saying I cant use my account until I pay for more. I emailed customer service and got a reply that sounded like either she was stoned or was trying to be rude on perpose. It was terrible! NOw I have to do a charge back and file complaints. what a waste of time and my money. All I want was the 1 month of service I paid for.
This company recently put me on their most expensive tariff and charged my card €430 for a service I never subscribed to. I contacted them immediately and asked them to refund me, cancel the subscription and tell me why they had done this, their answer was that I was on a subscription service, I pointed out that I never subscribed to the service and they just stop answering my emails. I am currently undergoing legal proceedings to get this money back. They are crooks.
