This company changes their name every few months to avoid bad reviews. They are scam artist, not movers. The actual movers are they pick up outside of Home Depot or on Craigslist the day of. They quoted me half as much as it ended up costing and I feel like they did that just to get customers. They quoted me 4k and once everything was packed and loaded on the truck, they said it would now be $8,400. They wouldn't unload it, at that point you either have to pay up or they'll sell it at auction. We had zero contact with customer service, despite calling everyday once our stuff was paid and in transit, then the night before we got a call saying our stuff would be there at 8am and to be ready or their would be additional charges. They tried charging us extra for having stairs,
but I pulled out the contract and showed the mover that it wasn't over 15 steps, so we wouldnt be paying. They broke a leg off our piano, broke our king sized headboard, bookshelves, everything! All of our furniture was severely scuffed or trashed, all the boxes and totes smooshed. Then I got a call from a lady 800 miles away who said she ended up with my wedding dress and a few other boxes (my contact info was with the dress). I called Tom MiJilton with Yelp Moving and Storage and he said they'd get it shipped over. And pay to reimburse all the broken stuff. Then sent me a contract saying he wouldn't reimburse or arrange mailing of my stuff until I signed at bogus contract saying I'd take all my poor reviews down. I itemized all the broken furniture and items and it totaled $5,800 in damages. He laughed at me and said no, so here is my poor review. Worst move ever.
