Using Hotels.com website I booked a 2 bedroom "modular home" for 4 people. The photos shown were OK, and the reviews I read said that the interiors were nice so look past the exterior when checking in. Our booking was for the end of July 2018 for 1 night. We arrived at 3:30 (per the website check in is 3pm).
The place was a disgusting dump. Trash everywhere, run down trailers "modular homes", drug dealers across the street, pot holes all over the parking lot. And a sign in the window stating the office opens after 4pm and do not knock before then. We came back at 4:30. The "office" was a filthy room that stunk of cigarettes. I told the lady we wanted to see the room first as we were really not happy with the exterior. She would not allow it until she took an imprint of my credit card. I refused to sign until we were sure we would stay (I never did sign).
The "modular home" was equally disgusting. Dirty, sagging floors, hot (no A/C on), no windows in the 2nd bedroom, washer/dryer (also dirty) sitting in the kitchen/living room combo area. All the furniture was saggy and not well kept up. This was the only unit we saw, but we definately did NOT want to stay. We returned to the "office" (less than 5 minutes), and it was locked. No one answered the door, or phone.
We called Hotels.com and they tried calling on the number they had. No answer. Given no other alternative, we left the key under the door, and drove 4 1/2 hours back home. I also cancelled my credit card and immediately requestied a refund as I consider this false advertising.
The response from the owner Sessel Sagorin, was 22 pages of vile, foul, name calling, lying ranting. He repeatedly referred to me a worthless peice of scum, a scumbag, and a lying piece of slime. After further research into this man and this place we read multiple reviews from people with similar experiences and they lost much more money. Also, this man lives in Canada, and when you research the phone number associated with this company there are multiple names attached to it.
We are still fighting for a refund as it is now the principal and not he amount. Plus, we did not stay.
If you go on Trip Advisor 58% gave this company a terrible rating. Also check out Bundu Bashers Private Day Tours/ same owner and equally bad reviews.
I worked with Juan Rodriguez from Yellowstone Capital located in NY = Beware of Lies and Con Artist TacticsEverything I was told from Juan Rodriguez was a lie. From the terms of contracts that he violated, to the Junk Fees he charged me. He became un responsive after my funding and all the fees that was charged to me and taken off the top of my loan.Juan is a fast talker, and sounds like he has knowledge. reality is what he tells you over the phone he never delivers. Beware to all Business Owners looking for a business loan. You may get a call from Juan Rodriguez from Yellowstone and you will regret it.After filling out Juan Rodriguez application and providing him with all my info. My experian credit report had about 20 inquiries from different banks and lenders. Which dropped my credit score drastically. I am working with the lender Fusion who has been more than supportive and actually showed me that fees was only 3%. The real crook is Juan Rodriguez from Yellowstone.
