Yaoye keeps sending me clothing that I did not order. I did order a top in Oct. 2018 which I would like to return because of the horrible fabric and construction. No paper work arrives with these orders so there's no way to tell how I'm being charged or how much the product cost and how to return.
I ordered what was advertised as a professional tech made light saber for my grandson. I waited some weeks and what I received for the $34.99 spent was a broken,. cheaply made plastic toy that isn't worth $5.00. No instructions and inoperable. It is not what was advertised on the internet therefore is a misrepresentation of the product offered. In short a RIPOFF.
On November 1st, I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a laser cutting tool for $29.99. I clicked on the link and ordered the product. I got a text thanking me for my purchase that contained a link where I could view my order, the link did not work. The next day I received another text telling me my order had shipped, again with the same link that still did not work.
Today I received a package from China that said "carving tool" in the "Description of Contents" box and $7 in the "U.S. Value" box. When I opened the package, there was this round, green, rubber thing with nubbies on both side (I think it's a scrubber). It is not even worth $1. I am now out $29.99.
Exactly the same thing happened to me as the above post, same facebook ad for lazer cutter that i clicked on. Recieved a $7 gel pad used for holing things on a car dahs board not a lazer cuttig device as advertised. Having to claim money back now via my banks international fraud department .
I ordered a laser cutter advertised on face book but actually got a scuba snorkel in stead, package contents states “carving tool” value $7 US !! RIPP OFF lesson learned!
Ordered a small laser carver for $29.99 that you hook up to your computer to design and send to the laser. It was supposed to be the smallest available and could be used with my iPad.
A few days after the money went I tried to check on my order and the web site is no longer available. I contacted the site that was used for the store and find that they dont check on any of the people setting up store fronts.
I get no responce from the email address that was included. What I received today was something from China that is valued at $7.00. It's listed on the outside as a carving tool but on the inside it's an attachment for your vacuum listed as a Dust Daddy that has the bristles for vacuuming crevices.
Ordered small laser cutter for $29.99 from a Facebook/ shopify store named Supreme-Q. Two emails, took our money and closed up shop in early November 2018. Just received dust daddy vacuum attachment from Yayoe w/o asking for it.

Advertized on facebook was a hand held snow blower for pathways and stairs that used a battery that last 40 minutes charged or could be used with 120 volt cord price was $69.99 I ordered on 11/16/18 today is 12/11/18 and was delivered a what looks like a 2" x 6" signal mirror in hard black case packaging says cost was $5.00 on my billing staement the $69.99 charge was billed to a company called sailingm London GB . I tried calling the # on shipping lable it also states on shipping label 1 snowshovel shipped weighing 0.07Kg valued at $5.00. So a $69.99 Snow Shovel that weighs 0.07Kg shipping value $5.00 arrived at my home in a 6" x 6" package. The phone # on shipping label is 18191560339 but IT DOESN'T GO THROUGH WHEN DIALED. I really hate being scammed it's what causes society to start being ubtrusting of everyone and that's a sad world to live in.
I ordered a cube laser cutting device from a Facebook add for $29.99. This amount was charged on my charge card. When my product was received, it was not a cube laser tool but instead, it was a pink, size large nightgown. I wrote to the Facebook page contact us only to receive a response that said to contact the person who sent it to me via the contact me button on their Facebook page. Well, I dont have a persons page information.
I waited months for the laser etching tool advertised on Facebook. Was excited to finally get package...saw that they listed on the package contents "Carving tool" and excitedly opened...to find an off brand of what looks to be florescent yellow mens croc type shoes. No phone number to call; no email to contact.
Came across the product/ad on Facebook. Thought the cube laser carver was cute, and for the price it was offering, wasn't expecting something powerful. Would have been for paper craft or something. Placed the order - it doesn't accept PayPal (should have been a red flag).
Although got a confirmation email, when I check the website a few days later, it was gone. Searched the internet, realized I got scammed. Surprisingly a package came through - not the laser cube though. Random foil packets...

This complaint relates to a laser carving tool that I’d ordered online from a FaceBook site. What arrived in the package, which was labeled with the description "carver tool” was a package of "Bare Lifts: The Instant Breast Lift Kit”... Needless to say, I was pretty shocked. I wrote to the sender and explained (with photos) their mistake, asking either for a credit refund or for them to send me the laser carver I’d ordered (and paid $49.99USD for
Unique design off the road 4 wheel bike with trailer - Momolucky.com on Shopify
We purchased this bike and trailer at a cost of 279.00$ (dollars) and received a yellow cotton womans top ?? worth pennies!!!
Tracked it as product having been delivered, only to find out today from local post office that there are a lot of scams going on, where you order goods, company sends you something small enough to go through your letter box, no signature required then states on tracking, goods delivered, no signature, In our case, a top was delivered to us, but description on packaging read as contents being bluetooth headset value of 5.00$.
I have been travelling to post office and telephoning customer care at post office to find out exactly where our goods were, as tracking stated delivered to post office. These people should be prosecuted.
I purchased and paid for a drone on line through a company called NEXT2DAY. They sent me tracking information that the item would be sent to me by a company called YAOYE in Beijing China. An item was delivered to me a couple of weeks later, but it wasn't the drone I purchased, it was a cheap hose nozzle.
Despite sending multiple emails to NEXT2DAY (my only contact) I have heard nothing from them. I have little doubt these two entities work together with this scam.
I ordered a night stand that the bottom had a night lite that lit up by foot motion. It also had installed in it a coolor, adapters for cell phones and plugs for lamp etc.
I just saw on my november bank statement that I was charge $169.00 on 11/24/2018 from a company called SUPREME-Q GB. They sent me a black long sleve blouse size M that looks like a small childs witches dress.
If I had ordered this it would of been in a L or XL. Their add for their products came up while I was playing games on my phone. I do not have a web address for them. But I think this game is linked to facebook.
This was supposed to of been a Christmas gift for my mother in law whom has vision issues. So disappointed and very upset that I did not get the product I orderd and for the amount I was charged for this so called blouse.
I never ordered any product, don’t know how they got my information. I have no grandchildren nor did I order any product from China. Now I have to go through my credit cards and see how they managed to get my info and what they charged me.

On November 19,2018 I ordered a laser engraver for $169.99 and my debit card was billed by SAILINGM LONDON GB. I never received an engraver but instead received two pairs of cheap Ray-Ban knockoff sunglasses, that would sell for $1.99 in the bargain bin at a garage sale. I can't wear non-prescription sunglasses, so bait-and switch scam is obvious.
Unable to get hold of customer service due to non working phone number and no invoice with package therefore i cannot return the boots they sent me that are not what they perceived to be.
I got a package from china today, with a dress size large, that i never ordered!! i can't find a charge on my credit cards... This is odd!!! guess i'll give the dress away, it looks like its fresh from the thrift shop anyway!
