I call them at 1888 787 5565 all they tell they don't why and no one else has call them about it first they told me maybe send to wrong address i told them same adress for last 5 months when they toolk it bask from the bank in Jan. 2020 and I have resend the payment 3 time and they keep sending back i use bill payer and my bank check the addres and it the same i was told to use Yamaha motor Finance Corp USA PO Box 206536 Dallas Tx. 75320-6536
I have a Motorcycle Financed through Yamaha Financial Services that was prevoiusely managed by Synchrony Bank. In January of 2020 Yamaha sent out a lettter stating that Yamaha Financial Services would now be servicing the loans themselves and with an incorrect account number on it.
I mailed my next payment to the wrong account number that was provided by Yamaha Financial Services. Soon after the payment was made Yamaha Financial Services sent out a letter correcting the account number error.
Now they are claiming I missed a payment which I did not. Multiple calls to Yamaha Financial Services have been nothing but frustrating if you can even get through, the person on the other end can just read a computer screen and offers no help. DO NOT USE Yamaha Financial Services. I now have no recourse but contact an attorney.

I have a warranty that states diagnostic work is covered if found to be warranty issue... dealer said they required that the pwc be taken to lake to diagnosis work, yamaha will not cover $120 lake charge.
Yamaha Motors Finance is a scam. They say this card is how you take a loan. Their interest is 21.99% and they don't lower the % because my credit score was over 700. Funny right.. I'm not done.. I agreed to the bs loan because I was just going to transfer this loan to my bank the following week. The following week I requested a 10 day payoff letter for I can transfer this bs loan to my bank. YMF didn't send me the 10 day payoff letter until 20 days later. I was like WT@$!, I will have to request another payoff letter and pay 21.99% interest.. WOW You GOT ME! I asked why did you send a out dated 10 day payoff letter 20 days later? YMF said that the USPS held up this letter for the 20 days. HUH? This is bs! I requested how can I just pay this bs loan off now! They said by Western Union or money gram. I told them this will not work because both of theses have max transfers. So I called back with my bank in the room. Now YMF says they can take a bank check but the check must be out dated with 4 to 5 days of interest added. I overnighted this money with signature requested and I will never speak positive about YMF scam loan/Credit Card/Loan Shark. They got me for $230, when they where only suppose to get me for $40 of interest. If YMF does this to 1000 people a month = $230,000. Enough said!
YAMAHA YES PROGRAM is the biggest rip off you can ever allow yourself to be taken for. Yamaha first tells you that you can have piece of mind for repairs, which is why you buy it, and at a high price. We paid around $750.00 per Wave Runner and we when we had a problem, which Wave Runners usually do in the period of the warranty, your out of luck because the exclusions in the policy will find something that they can use to exclude any coverage.
The Piece of Mind selling point of the Y.E.S. Program is completely a false advertisment and we as many other people would think that if it came from Yamaha that it would be an honest program designed to cover what your paying for. The high cost of a repair should one happen.
I have had manhy jet skis and wave runners and always something comes up. A failed oil pump, a failed head gasket, something. So I purchased it under the belief that in the five years of coverage, that I could have piece of mind in the event of a repair. WAS I WRONG!!!
Do yourself a favor, DO NOT pay for this warranty because your throwing money away. Instead, save it for the repairs you will end up paying for anyway!.
