On April 30th 2017 I purchased a Full Body Tummy Control Shapewear. (16163)...I had seen the advertisement on Facebook which had a video of a Plus Sized Model demonstrating the body wear...so pleased at the results in the video I purchased one...it arrived maybe 2 weeks later ...I was so anxious to try it on...but was very Dissapointed with the results...the Models was at least 2x's my weight...I could not understand how my weight being around 180lbs and I ordered a size Large why my results were nothing like the model in the video...such a Diss appointment...I can't even request a Refund because their saying that full body wear isn't returnable...I feel that this company needs to be Investigated quickly...who knows how many others have lost countless of dollars due to a Fraudulent Video!
I live in Canada I purchased a waist trainer after seeing the XTREME KuRVES ad on IG. I placed my order paying $40 canadian the first week of June 2019. I received the item the last week on June . What I received from Xtreme Kurves was not the item I had purchased from the online website. I received a regular waist trainer just like the one I had purchased from WISH.COM it did NOT have the XK LOGO nor was it any different from the one i bought from WISH.COM. Now we all know that WISH.COM their products are made of cheap materials and you get what you pay for so I decided to splurge a little thinking I was making a better investment only to be right back where I started . Now i sent a email to the company XK explaining all of this and we are now July 7th 2019 and still no reply to my e-mail. They have to realise that this is people hard earned money they are scamming. It will NEVER happen to me again because I won't be so gullible the next time.
I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. I was ied to repeatedly about the refund. The customer support phone number isn't a valid phone number. She keeps yelling at me in all CAPS that the refund has been processed, yet I paid with Afterpay and Afterpay has no record of the refund. This is a one person scam show! Now her Facebook page is "private", which doesn't seem to me the best way to promote a legitimate business. I am not sure how I will actualy get my money back, since Afterpay doesn't usually get involved on refunds, but I am hoping by showing them screen shots of the conversation that prove this individual is flat out lying, they will process the refund and remove this seller from their list of authorized sellers.
Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 garments i received an email confirmation and never received any other information regarding shipping. Company does not respond to emails. I called my bank and had the transaction cancelled. Do not waist your money on this site
Made a purchase with this company not to long ago I did received a tracking order the next day & waited a few days to see if it'll update, but it never did. called my bank to dispute all charges & thank goodness got my money back. This company is a scam ! they even emailed a thank you email for purchasing weeks later... After seeing this product advertised online, I placed an order for one of their garments on April 26th, 2017. I was told that the order would arrive in 14 days and i would be notified. It now May 23rd and I have not received any order nor notification confirming that my order was shipped. I have sinced sent an email enquiring on the order and received an automated response. My regret is that i did not checked reviews before placing the order. I am now out $94.00 and no item. I am very disappointed in this company,what concerns me is that despite all of these reports they continued to be allowed to operate on global platform.

First of all every waist trainer has you ordering up a size which is suspicious to start. The shipping is garbage!!! An order was placed the first week of Sept and took almost 2 weeks to arrive! When the item arrived it was a cheap piece of trash that still didn't fit! The vendor offers a refund with a 20% restocking fee minus shipping. So they are still keeping a good portion of your money! Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon and be weary of any vendor that does not use Paypal stand behind their products will a full refund!!!! She is ripping people off big time!!!!!!!!!

I Purchased the Xtreme Kurve waist Trainer and the size is not correct. They say you have 72 hrs to return a After it arrives to you but you have to speak with someone in order to return it. Tried calling the past 2 days still no answer so now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use because nobody want pick up the dam phone and I’m out of $90. Sad and like the rest I went by what I seen on internet and ordered this item. I’m Pissed. Waste of time and Money. There is nobody to contact to return but quick to take your money..
OMG, the reviews are terrible. I saw a video about xtremekurves waist trainers on YouTube and I was excited and thought I should get one for myself but something inside me told me to check the reviews and Wallah!!! This is extremely sad.

With that said, I emailed the company questioning if there was an estimate of shipment date, and if it was not going to be ready by the date I needed I wanted to cancel the order. I never received a reply-EVER? My item didnt even come in time for my function, and still I never received an email, explainization, nothing. This company advertise on instagram selling waist trainers and many other things. I placed order on 11/1/2016 and I was sentirely a bogus email with tracking number. When I emailed company to question regarding my order I was blocked off of instagram and the Facebook pages for this company. I was later informed by previous customers that indeed this company runs scams. You order and they take your money and run. Buyer beware!
