I ordered products on December 25 2017. I received an email stating my order was placed and that I would receive an email when my products shipped. $36.95 were debited from my account the same day. It is now January 25, 2018 and I have yet to receive an email stating my products were shipped. I have left numerous messages and sent several emails. I have been unsuccessful in reaching this company.

Every year, we order from this company for a huge non-profit naughty bingo. They have been great about getting back to us previous years, until this year. I had called before i placed an order and was promised a discount since we order a few hundred dollars of products. After i placed the order, no responses at all. But they were able to fill our order ASAP and send it to us. They usually added door prizes also. I get if they cant donate or help in any way, BUT TELL US. DONT TELL US YES AND THEN IGNORE US. It makes it 10x worse.
I made a purchase on the xtoysboutique website on the 3/3/18 and still haven't heard or received anything from them yet. I haven't received any email from the first time I made the purchase up until the the time I've been trying to contact them making a complaint. I've tried over 3 times to contact them but nothing seems to go through on their site. so I'm wondering if the received my order or even heard any of my complaints at all because again I don't even feel it's a real website but I still would to know if there was a way you guys could help me get my money back.

I ordered two items. They were never sent. No returns on voice mails, emails. Their website says I have no orders.
