They claim that China customes detains the merchandise because of taxes and they want more money to free the merchandise. They use phone tracking numbers to make you believe they sent the merchandise. Luckly I only buy samples before doing business with any company. Beware do not use them their company does not exist however they know the lingo and the process making you believe they are legit. Make sure you do your research online abut them before placing orders. They are cheats.
